JOB DESCRIPTION As a Production Engineer at Moleculent, you will play a crucial role within our Operations team. You will work closely with our R&D experts to fully understand product specifications and requirements. Your main responsibility will be to complete the production transfer of our innovative analysis instrument and flow cell and support ongoing production and manufacturing scale-up through your technical insight. You will leverage your expertise to ensure product quality and reliability by establishing robust production processes.
Key responsibilities include:
Collaborate with the R&D team to successfully complete the production transfer of the instrument and flow cell (optics, fluidics, electronics, mechanics).
Secure the necessary tools, equipment, and materials to efficiently support the production process.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of production procedures, instructions, and standards.
Identify and resolve potential issues or challenges that arise during production.
Take responsibility for assembly and testing of initial instruments and flow cells, and train additional team members as the team grows.


QUALIFICATIONS
To qualify for this role, you should hold a university degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering. You also need at least three years of proven experience as a production engineer or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment. Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
Skills that will strengthen your profile include:
Experience with embedded systems involving electronics, mechanics, and software – ideally with exposure to analytical systems incorporating fluidics and optics.

JOB DESCRIPTION As a Laboratory Technician at Moleculent, your main focus will be on reagent manufacturing to meet the company’s increasing production demands. You’ll work closely with the Senior Laboratory Technician to produce reagents at scale, contribute to quality control (QC) testing, and help ensure that the lab maintains high operational standards. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be deeply involved in daily lab operations, supporting both routine manufacturing and broader production efforts.
Key responsibilities:
Manufacture reagents following established work instructions
Maintain accurate documentation of reagent batches and assist with inventory management
Support execution of QC testing and contribute to troubleshooting
Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment

QUALIFICATIONS

As a Data Analyst at Moleculent, you’ll help design and develop data analysis tools, including software running on our instruments. You’ll define key metrics for assay and instrument development, analyze experimental data, and visualize results.

Key responsibilities include:
Leverage expertise in image processing techniques to extract meaningful insights from complex biological images.
Contribute to the development of Moleculent analysis SW by driving the implementation of new functionalities, optimizing and refactoring code.

 QUALIFICATIONS
To fit the role, you have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in bioinformatics, computational biology, computer science, or a related field. A Ph.D. with demonstrated results in a data-intensive field with applied data analysis skills is an advantage.
The right candidate has 2–3 years of experience programming in Python and a track record of implementing complex algorithms and tools, preferably for the analysis of complex biological images. It’s an advantage if you have experience in convolutional neural networks and graph-based analysis.
Must have qualifications:
Expert programming skills in Python

Experience with image processing techniques, including segmentation, feature extraction, and analysis

As a Computational Biology Scientist, you will be key in executing data analysis workflows for customer and internal validation projects. We’re open to hiring at either a junior or a more senior level for this position. Depending on experience, the role may focus on processing and delivering standardized reports (Scientist level) or take on broader responsibilities, including project design and biological interpretation (Senior level). You will be responsible for developing and refining PCBAs, improving cable design, ensuring compliance, and driving EMC testing.
