Job description :
1. Responsible for pre-sales / after-sales technical support work, including but not limited to technical support for customers in the development of sales opportunities, technical support of the project delivery process and commissioning, as well as after-sales technical support after delivery.
2. Responsible for timely resolution of technical issues raised by customers, including tracking feedback, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. Additionally, the role involves gathering customer requirements and communicating them effectively to the R&D department at headquarters.
3. Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing customer feedback to identify trends and areas for product improvement. Drive product enhancements and upgrades by collaborating closely with the R&D team.
4. Responsible for creating and delivering technical documentation and training materials. Additionally, the role involves compiling repair case studies.
What You'll Need
1. Bachelor degree or above, relevant working experience, majoring in electricity, communication, electronics, measurement and control technology and instrumentation, automotive service engineering, automotive engineering, and other science and technology;
2. Working experience in charging pile, battery, automobile, electronics, four-wheel alignment, ADAS, and other industries is preferred;
3. Strong organization of work ideas, strong execution ability, good anti-stress ability, and good team awareness;
4. Strong learning ability, good service consciousness, a strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and rigorous work;
5. Strong self-driven ability;
6. Fluent in English and Chinese, other European languages ??are preferred.

Job description:

· Timely handling of customer feedback on product technical issues, responsible for tracking customer feedback on technical issues and their eventual resolution, collecting customer requirements, and providing feedback to the R&D department;

· Production and training of product technical information and compilation of maintenance cases.

Responsibilities:
1. Developing new customers and managing the regular customers.
2. Achieve the target of sales/marketing/service in nordic market.
3. Identify market potential in Nordic and align product portfolio with SAJ HQ in China.
4. Pre-sales support and technical/commercial alignment with clients (Distributors/EPCs/System Integrators, Investors, Technical advisors).
5. Providing periodic salesforecasts, reports, and market research as required.
6. Frequent benchmarking of SAJ products against the competition.
7. Building brand, promoting SAJ products to market/customers, convincing them to buy SAJ products.
8. Attend national and international fairs and congresses as a representative of SAJ.


Qualifications:
1. Teamwork player.
2. At least 5 years of work experience in sales, business development or project development in the solarindustry.
3. Bachelor degree in international trade, electrical engineering, electrical & electronical engineering, or a comparable higher education qualification.
4. Thorough understanding of solar business and wide contact with active players in the market.
5. Excellent communication skills in Swedish, English. Chinese languageskills are a plus.
6. With Independent team management capability, organizing ability, andhandling stress ability.
7. With a strong sense of purpose,responsibility, passion, motivated.
