Your Mission
As a Data Entry & Information Processor at Mercell, you will be part of the Data Entry team in Sweden and report to Head of Data Entry Nordic. We are a team of 7 professionals responsible for ensuring that Mercells platform has an updated service with high quality data.
As a Data Entry & Information Processor, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of procurement data and other information. Your primary focus will be entering, classifying, and publishing data across various electronic systems, ensuring data integrity, and contributing to team goals.

Core Responsibilities 
 Data Processing: Accurately enter procurement/tender information and other specified data into various databases and electronic systems.
Information Management: Collect, classify, and publish information related to procurements, reports, and budgets according to established parameters.
Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy by making necessary corrections and updates within the database.
System Maintenance: Keep data collection tools (e.g., webpages, document register URLs) current and report any system errors or work-impeding issues to the responsible personnel.
Communication: Contact procurement purchasers/buyers to gather necessary information.
Reporting & Documentation: Report on work results, inform your direct manager of any work-related changes, and update the work manual accordingly.
Performance: Achieve set goals and targets both at the individual and team level.
Additional Tasks: Follow other work-related instructions as assigned by your direct manager.


Required Qualifications  
Experience in administrative work within Saas industry is a strong asset
Proficient in using standard computer software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Search)
Strong ability to read, analyze, and classify text-based information
Fluent in both Swedish and English language (written and verbal).

Your Mission
We are growing our Buy-Side Sales teams and looking for ambitious Sales Executives to join us in several markets. 
Our Sales Executives are at the heart of Mercell’s mission. You’ll be a trusted advisor to public sector customers, guiding them through the buying journey and showing how Mercell’s solutions can help them achieve efficiency, compliance, and real impact for society. You’ll manage the entire sales cycle – from prospecting and qualifying leads (both inbound and outbound) to running demos, negotiating terms, and closing deals. With each success, you’ll help strengthen Mercell’s presence in your market and expand our growing community of public sector partners.

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring experience in:
Managing a full B2B SaaS sales cycle, ideally within public sector or complex stakeholder environments

Engaging with senior stakeholders and decision makers, building trust and credibility

Your Mission

Your Mission

In Mercell, a Customer Success Manager (CSM) plays a pivotal role in fostering strong, lasting relationships with our customers. Acting as a strategic partner, the CSM is dedicated to ensuring the optimal use and satisfaction of the product. You will be part of the Customer Success & Onboarding team responsible for everything around customer onboarding in Sweden and Norway. We are looking for a Tech Lead to lead our Spend Analytics Team! Our Spend Analytics Team is working with a big amount of invoice and accounting data and presenting it to our customers in an intuitive way so we help them control their spend, be efficient in creating good tenders and in the end be more cost effective.

Who are you?
You are passionate about building great software, have a growth mindset, and last but not least you realise that you can’t do it all on your own and are capable of motivating and growing your team members. What are the challenges?
We are solving interesting and complex technical problems! We have built an application that allows customers to do ad-hoc queries and visually see representations of their own enriched data, customers are using this flexibility for things we could not have imagined. But we are far from done, we have many ideas to give our customers additional value. Many of these ideas require big technical changes involving especially elasticsearch and implementing custom algorithms to make sense of semi-structured data.

We are currently on a journey to increase test coverage, containerize deployment and automate onboarding of new customers because we know just as well as you that you and your future team's time is better spent on adding new value than fixing bugs and doing routine setup tasks.

You will be the technical leader of the currently 8 person team working closely with an experienced Product Manager, we believe that teams should be able to move forward on their own and create value without obstacles from the organisation so you will have a lot of freedom.

You will be reporting to Jakob Tikjøb Andersen, Director of Platform Engineering & Architecture as the spend analytics system is bridging two of our business areas.

Who are you?

We are looking for a person that is curious about exploring new and intuitive ways to create the best user experience. You thrive when you get to use your skills and insights to optimize and shape the experience to ensure that our users are in the center of the design process, and that our solutions deliver in accordance to our business goals.

To succeed in this role we believe you need to be solution oriented, fearless and have ability to function in a high-pace environment. We are looking for UX Designers who can work end to end - from research to implementation, with a high level of team collaboration.

Tasks and Responsibilities

You will be working in a multidisciplinary product team. To ensure consistency we also focus on keeping a tight collaboration between designers across teams.

Some of your common tasks and responsibilities will be:

- User- and market research
- Journey mapping
- Sketching and prototyping in different levels of fidelity
- Collaboration with the design team
- Contribution to the design system
- Testing
- Workshop facilitation
- Collaboration with your product team


Requirements

- Relevant experience as a UX Designer
- Minimum three years of relevant education within UX Design, Interaction Design or other relevant subjects
- Up to speed on working in Miro and Figma
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Good visual communication skills and a strong commitment to the user experience
