About the role
Join Djerf Avenue as an Online Visual Merchandiser and play a crucial role in creating an exciting and engaging online shopping experience for our valued customers. With your exceptional eye for details, you will update and create content that consistently communicates our brand’s aesthetic across our e-commerce platform. Examples of tasks
Develop and implement innovative online visual merchandising strategies to enhance the overall customer shopping experience on our e-commerce platform
Curate and manage product imagery and videos, ensuring high-quality visuals that accurately represent the brand and products
Together with our Data Analyst conduct regular analysis on the regional performance of key site metrics across categories, search terms, and products; optimize local assortments and sequencing based on trends and customer preferences
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in online visual merchandising, incorporating new ideas to enhance our brand presence
Collaborate on planning and executing online marketing campaigns
Monitor and optimize the product categorization and navigation to improve user experience
Upload and manage various content, including campaign stories and information updates.
Participate in the maintenance and improvement of the e-commerce platform, including error reporting, testing, and approval to enhance user experience and usability
Update content based on sales data per market and seasonal trends
Assist with SEO initiatives and align work with the SEO strategy
Ensure consistent brand representation and messaging across all the platforms
Conduct daily audits of the site for quality assurance, facilitating the quick and efficient resolution of any errors
Fulfill any other duties as required to support the overall success of the online visual merchandising function

Qualifications
At least 2+ years of previous experience in e-commerce online visual merchandising, or similar roles within e-commerce
Strong understanding of trends, brand aesthetics, and the ability to translate them into effective online visual merchandising strategies
Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed and value-added merchandising decisions and actions
Flexible and proactive, with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks to tight deadlines and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
Proficiency in e-commerce systems and CMS systems is essential

About the role
We are looking to strengthen our organization with a Head of Tech to help us take our systems to the next level. As Head of Tech, you will be responsible for maintaining all systems and integrations as well as the implementation of systems and features that will enhance the customer experience and drive business growth. You will work closely with our Head of E-commerce to drive the development together with our web agency and will be responsible for the technical parts. Head of Tech is a new role, which means that your thoughts and ideas will weigh heavily on how we should integrate this role into our organization. You will be the go-to person to discuss systems, integrations, and functions within the area of technology and you will be communicating the development roadmap and upcoming changes with our Head of E-commerce and other stakeholders. Make sure Djerf Avenue gets as much as possible out of our various systems
Ensure that the companies technology infrastructure is secure, reliable, and scalable
Be responsible for the technical specification related to risk and quality
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation within the organization
Make sure we are up to date with cyber security by for example owning projects related to cyber security and have meetings with external suppliers and insurance companies
Responsible for the technology budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently
Create and drive the overarching road map for Djerf Avenues infrastructure in collaboration with Head of E-commerce



Who we are looking for
We are looking for you who have several years of experience in a similar role and a great understanding of digital development, the technical flow, system integration, and system processes from an e-com and product owner perspective. You are a self-starter with a proactive attitude to work and you thrive in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role you must have strategic competence but still be prepared and expected to work hands-on. You have good organizational skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize. You have a collaborative mindset and are a true team player who can work independently to complete your tasks. You have strong business acumen, attention to detail, a passion for solving problems; ability to bridge the gap between business and technology. You have strong competence in agile project management.

Qualifications
At least 5 years of relevant experience in roles such as System Architect, Applications Specialist, Product Owner, or Developer
Degree in e.g. data/systems science, IT architecture, technical leadership
Preferably experience in e-commerce or the e-commerce ecosystem
Good communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively within the team, other departments, and stakeholders
Experience from Business Central is meritorious

About the role
As a Purchase Controller at Djerf Avenue, you will have a broad role in purchasing and sales. A big part of your responsibility is to monitor and analyze sales and suggest actions thereafter. You will be responsible for order quantification and order-sizing to optimize stock turnover for our warehouses in Sweden and the USA and compile stock values. In the role, you will calculate and analyze current stock to manage refills, maintain a good stock level and to target best/low sellers. You will be part of our Production/Purchasing team with three other colleagues, where one of the colleagues works as Purchasing Coordinator. You will be based in our office in Stockholm.

Order quantification and order-sizing to optimize stock turnover
Propose and initiate re-stock orders with prices, lead times, and delivery dates
Ongoing contact with suppliers regarding restock purchases based on lead times
Price negotiation with suppliers in collaboration with the Head of Production

Create purchase orders
Monitor and analyze sales
Propose pricing for new launches in relation to margin requirements, mapping into the existing range, etc.

About the role
As Djerf Avenue's Sustainability & CSR Manager, you have an important role in inspiring, leading and managing Djerf Avenue to be a more sustainable business. The position is a brand-new role and you will be able to be part of shaping it. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our sustainability strategy. You will monitor and follow up on KPIs and be responsible for communicating about sustainability and CSR internally and externally. You work broadly within the area, primarily from a strategic perspective but also operationally and cross-functionally. As part of the role, you will visit our factories to make sure they are compliant with our CSR and sustainability strategy. This will involve travel, both national and international.
