About the Role: Justera is currently recruiting a Senior IT Systems Administrator on behalf of one of our key clients, a fast-paced, modern technology company based in Stockholm.
In this role, you will be the architect of a cohesive tech suite built on security and efficiency. You will join a team that prioritizes a "frictionless" employee experience, managing a modern ecosystem that includes Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Apple/MDM. We are looking for a proactive professional who doesn't just manage systems but actively automates workflows to ensure the company scales securely.
Key Responsibilities:

Identity & Access Management: Own the Okta environment, including SSO (SAML 2.0/OIDC), MFA enforcement, and complex Okta Workflows. Manage Entra ID for hybrid scenarios and conditional access.


Lifecycle Automation: Design and maintain SCIM-driven automated provisioning/deprovisioning to ensure seamless employee onboarding and offboarding.


Google Workspace Admin: Full oversight of the Google Workspace console, including DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), email routing, and security configurations.


Apple Device Management: Lead the full lifecycle for macOS and iOS devices via MDM (Kandji or Jamf), utilizing Apple Business Manager for zero-touch deployment.


SaaS & Tooling: Administer and optimize business-critical platforms like Slack, Zoom, and Workwize, keeping integrations and licenses aligned with company growth.


Security & Compliance: Partner with the Security team to implement Zero Trust principles and maintain compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.


Office Infrastructure: Maintain on-site IT, including wireless networks, meeting room AV, and hardware. Lead IT planning for potential new office rollouts.



Requirements:

Experience: 5+ years in IT Administration or Systems Operations within a high-growth tech environment.


IAM Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with Okta (or similar iDP) and a solid understanding of Entra ID (Azure AD).


Ecosystem Knowledge: Strong command of Google Workspace administration and the Apple/macOS ecosystem.


Automation Skills: Practical experience in Python, Bash, or PowerShell, with the ability to connect systems via REST APIs.

About the Role:

In this hands-on leadership position, you will own the architectural foundation of the project. In this role, you will help achieve the targets of the Authorisation & Compliance team and act as an ambassador for the Finance Systems mission and strategy. Key Responsibilities:
Manage authorisation and access administration tasks across the organisation and partners, including handling access requests and troubleshooting issues in systems such as IAM, SAP (Classic and S4), SRM, etc.

About the Role: The QA/QC Lead-Mechanical is responsible for developing and owning the quality plan specific to the mechanical engineering aspects of the project. The role ensures that the right tools, methods and equipment are used for quality work in the mechanical area and reports to the overall QA/QC Lead. You will supervise the activities of dedicated QA/QC coordinators (for example for rotating equipment and piping systems)
Key Responsibilities:
Own and assist in the development of the quality plan for the mechanical parts of the project, and ensure that it meets project specifications, standards and regulations. 
Ensure that the right tools, procedures and equipment are used for quality assurance in the mechanical area.
Oversee all QA/QC activities in the mechanical area, including inspections, audits and tests, to ensure that quality standards are met.
Coordinate and support the QA/QC team in the mechanical area to ensure effective quality control.
Collaborate with work area managers, construction management and technical teams to quickly resolve mechanical quality issues and provide guidance.
Ensure that all mechanical Construction and manufacturing activities comply with projects, specifications, industry standards and regulations.
Work closely with contractors to ensure quality assurance and quality controls are met including reviewing the contractor's quality plan and providing feedback.
Evaluate the contractor's quality system as per contract.
Review inspection reports from contractors to the rest of the team.
Coordinate with the contractor's engineering team to make necessary adjustments to design decisions and prepare change orders as needed.
Organize regular meetings to follow up on results of quality audits.
Coordinate with third party inspectors and other relevant agencies as needed.
Provide regular updates to the QA/QC Lead on mechanical QA/QC performance, issues and solutions.
The role is also expected to participate in key cross-functional meetings to coordinate interfaces, as well as ad-hoc and internal working meetings and monthly meeting.
