Your role at a glance ???????
We are seeking a KYC Analyst to join our team. Your job is to strengthen Juni’s fight against financial crime. We are looking for someone eager to join a high-performing team of KYC experts. This is an operational position, but there is an expectation that you will want to upskill in a department constantly. We need individuals who can get stuck in, adapt, and handle whatever is thrown at us. Expect a startup environment.
Role & Responsibilities ????

Act as the first line of defense for new business banking applications.


Perform KYC Due Diligence on new applications and escalate any red flags and potential risks as appropriate.


Perform holistic risk analysis and provide risk-based recommendations


Ability to review complex company ownership structures and assess the risks using Juni’s Risk Instructions and Risk Appetite, balancing this with great customer experience.


Perform periodic due diligence reviews of customers' files


Perform PEP, Sanctions and Adverse Media checks


Support the optimisation and update of existing processes, systems and procedures


Knowledge of financial crime risks - including money laundering, terrorist financing, bribery and corruption, fraud, sanctions risk, tax evasion and reputational risk.


Remaining up to date on global financial crime trends, events and issues


What we're after ????

1 - 3 years of customer KYB experience from a Bank or Regulated Fintech

Your role at a glance  You’ll tackle complex challenges and develop clean, scalable solutions. Translating software requirements into stable, working, high-performance software
Participate in architectural and design decisions, creating and reviewing proposals and polishing them through team collaboration
Work on key projects related to the kyb and customer domain: kyb flows, notifications, pricing, cashback, credit assessments and obligations, funding providers, risk scoring, fincrime management, customer profile, etc.

Din roll Som Sales Manager på Juni blir du en nyckelperson i vår Commercial-organisation, med ansvar för att leda och utveckla ett team av Account Executives (upp till 8 personer). Du kommer att rapportera till Head of Commercial och spelar en avgörande roll både vad gäller prestation och teamkultur. Detta är en möjlighet att bygga och forma ett AE-team från grunden i ett av Sveriges mest dynamiska scaleups inom fintech. Du blir en del av ett målinriktat team, där samarbete, energi och lärande står i centrum. Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Consolidate GL accounts for EU & UK and its subsidiaries.
Coordinate transfer pricing agreements.
Ensure accurate and timely closing of the books for monthly and annual reporting.
Assist in managing the accounting policy, updating as required and ensuring regulatory financial reporting requirements are adhered to in accordance with Juni’s EMI-license.
Support with annual statutory as well as interim audits.
Assisting in maintaining a hard close month end structure under set accounting policies.
Manage the IFRS9 reporting for the loan book and update the ECL model on a monthly basis. Translate and analyse the results to the business in a clear, concise way to identify operational drivers for change working closely with the Credit Team.
Deliver process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting process; both via automation and control.

Customer Experience: Lead the vision for financial experience within the platform- bank transfer, invoice payment, credit usage etc. Ensure the financial and banking features are chain-linked into cohesive end-to-end workflows. Work with designers to build UX that WoWs customers.
Financial Product Ecosystem: Unpacking the Swedish banking ecosystem and liaising with regulators, Swedish banks and payment third parties, to unlock new payment rails and banking partnerships. This would require you to attend events, conferences and build a strong network in the payment eco-system. The same will need to be replicated for our other GTM geographies.
Customer Research: Conduct thorough customer research to understand customer (ICP) needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape in the financial product space. This includes gathering insights through customer interviews, surveys, and data analysis.
Cross-functional collaboration: Working closely with various departments such as engineering, design, commercial, and finance to ensure effective product development and launch. This includes facilitating communication and alignment among different teams.
Product Development Oversight: Managing the product backlog, prioritizing features, and working closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of banking products
Market Positioning and training: Developing strategies for positioning and pricing banking and financial products in the market. Ensuring that the commercial teams have been trained on product features and value propositions clearly understood by all.

Krav:
5–7 års erfarenhet av B2B-försäljning, gärna inom fintech eller affärsbank.
Dokumenterat starka resultat i att bygga och stänga komplexa affärer.
Minst 2–3 års erfarenhet av att leda eller coacha säljteam.
Ett ”lead by example”-sätt att leda – du deltar själv i affärer och kunddialoger.
Erfarenhet av att rekrytera, bygga och utveckla team i tillväxtfas.
God förståelse för CRM och pipeline-hantering, gärna Hubspot.
Flytande kunskaper i både svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift.

Meriterande:
Erfarenhet av B2B sales tech stack: Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism.
Erfarenhet från SaaS eller B2B fintech (bank, spend management, treasury eller finansiering).
Förmåga att skapa och kommunicera tydliga business cases med strategisk påverkan.

Your role at a glance  As a Payment Operations Officer, you'll be a vital part of our expanding Treasury team, ensuring Juni’s growth journey. Your role at a glance  Join our dynamic team at Juni as a Compliance Officer or Senior Compliance officer. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements, supporting our mission to provide secure and compliant financial services. Your responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Implement and oversee monitoring programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards

Participate and conduct New Product Approval Process (NPAP) assessments
Design and deliver training programs to enhance compliance awareness among employees
Manage Juni’s data privacy related controls from a second line perspective
Monitor and participate in incident handling
Draft and review Juni’s policies, ensuring alignment with current regulations
Prepare and submit compliance and regulatory reports to authorities, senior management and the Board as required
Secretary and point of contact to Juni’s Governance, Risk & Compliance Committee
Act as the internal liaison between internal audit and the rest of the business

Qualifications
What we need to see
Fluent in Swedish and English
Must reside in Sweden
Law degree
Min. 2 years of experience in a second line of defense role within the financial sector
Min. 2 years of experience in an AML/CTF first line of defense role within the financial sector
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standard
Practical experience with payment related regulations

What we’d love to see
Previous experience as a Data Protection Officer (DPO)
Prior experience in fraud prevention, either in the first or second line of defense
Previous experience in sanctions domain

Your role at a glance 
You'll work closely with designers, engineers, specialist stakeholders, and the Product director to develop Banking capabilities and customer onbaording experiences, which form a core part of our platform and value proposition. You will act as the voice of our customers and be a stable bridge between engineering and the business. You will also help the team function as an empowered product team by setting the right product culture and vision, and help the team deliver high quality impactful features. 
Your responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision: Defining the strategic direction of Customer products, aligning them with the company's overall business strategy. This involves creating product roadmaps that outline planned features and enhancements based on customer feedback, competitors, market demands and business priorities.
Customer Onboarding & activation: Collaborate with UX designers to build smooth registration flows, KYB/KYC checks, and pre-assessments to reduce friction and shorten time-to-activation.
Customer Lifecycle & unified profiles: Develop and maintain unified customer profiles which acts as a single source of truth for customer data, enabling personalized experiences and efficient support.
Internal Tooling for Billing, Pricing and credit operations: Standardize the way we present & charge SaaS plans. Build tools for Credit Operations and for delivering secure and intuitive authentication and authorization.
Cross-functional collaboration: Working closely with various departments such as engineering, design, commercial, and finance to ensure effective product development and launch. This includes facilitating communication and alignment among different teams.
Product Development Oversight: Managing the product backlog, prioritizing features, and working closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of banking products. Within 1 month you will: Understand how Juni’s product teams work
