We are seeking a dynamic Media sales manager / Supplier Partnership Manager to join our category management team. The Media sales manager will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with existing and new investors to secure marketing funds for our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media selling, negotiation, partnership management, and marketing.  As a Range and Promotion Manager Ferries in the Category Management department, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing range changes and promotions from a category management and consumer marketing perspective.  Space management:


• Be responsible for the allocation of space in the shop across categories and organize the shipment and loading of furniture if branded gondolas are needed.

 Price:


• Suggest price strategy together with the retail manager.
• Conduct price analysis with price benchmark tool. Analyse the price position of competitors and give recommendations on future pricing.

 Administration


• Responsible for sending through data to master data in regards to registration of information in AX (product, prices, assortment, ..). Collaboration with category coordinators during peak seasons such as range changes.

 Client contact


• Be the key point of contact for general category management related questions from the stores and contact person at the client’s HQ
• Conduct regular visits onboard the ships.

Working as a Production analyst in gateretail means that you will plan and analyze our onboard carts using excel as your main sidekick. Not only do you to get to plan the optimal structure in the carts but you also get to test your calculations in real life!

• Analyze consumption data and do the relevant planning changes to meet passenger demands.
• Using statistic modelling to optimize aircraft galley and carts during assortment changes.
• Perform physical test packing exercises for upcoming assortment changes.
• Be the point of contact for customers as well as taking part in internal & external meetings.
• Other relevant tasks that are handled by the department such as but not limited to, proof reading catalogues, invoice control etc.

 Qualifications

Education:
High School degree or other relevant secondary education

Work Experience:
3-5 years of working with analysis.

Retail Manager

The Retail Manager will be responsible for the effective delivery and administration of the assortment onboard each airline. The primary focus is on 3 aspects: Managing the range change process for onboard and pre order sales including planned assortment and monthly/weekly promotions. Management of crew engagement activities and incentives including education of crew in sales and using the onboard sales tool EPOS. Read, take action and respond to all cabin crew reports for each airline.

The Retail Manager will have a solid reporting line into the Account Directors to ensure that the service and delivery is fully embedded in the region and is aligned with the regional strategy.

Communication with the client /airline is of central importance to the success of the relationship.                                   

Main Duties and Responsibilities:


• Assortment change owner of Onboard - Project leader for the onboard production

The Retail Manager will be responsible for the effective delivery and administration of the assortment onboard each airline. • Ensure that the service being provided by the Last Mile Providers (LMPs) conforms to GATEGROUP Standard Operating Procedures and best practice.Establish and implement strategic planning initiatives, marketing efforts, and sales process improvements in order to meet sales objectives and support overall strategic direction
• Support retail to ensure compliance with tender management processes and reporting requirements
• Monitor adherence to standards for commercial contracts, pricing, marketing collateral, and product presentations
• Monitor overall sales performance, take measures to achieve goals
• Be a part of educating crew – educate them in both the OBT as well as sales training. Manage and maintain OBT manuals, sales manuals, and cabin crew procedure manuals.
• Support sales and service process and reporting requirements, responsible for review and approval of P&L
• Supporting the EPOS operations team in start-up of assortment. Checking the assortment in the EPOS, make tests before a new assortment launch and educate crew in the OBT system.
• Cabin crew reports. Read and act on the cabin reports. Send back feed-back of actions to customer.

Qualifications

Education: Degree level in business or related discipline

Work Experience Account Manager:  At least 2 years’ experience in Key Account Management and/ or Operational knowledge of the airline retail business. Air hostess experience is an advantage but not essential.

Language / Communication Skills:


• Complete fluency in written and spoken English is essential.

Job Summary:
The Financial Controller located in Kista, Stockholm is responsible for controlling the integrity and accuracy of the IFS P&L and balance sheet, as well as analysis of data and improvements of processes. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Month end reporting and SAP month end processes and submissions in HFM (including reconciliations to HFM and BW as required).
Balance sheet reconciliations
Assistance with Statutory Accounts preparation including notes.
Assistance with Tax Calculations and annual returns.
Analysis of actuals vs budget (ZBB).
Analysis of large amounts of data.
Significant involvement in the budget process.
Leading/taking an active part various finance projects.
Development and improvements of financial processes.
Ad hoc tasks requested by the Senior Accounting Manager or the Finance Director.

Qualifications
Education:
· Finance relevant university degree educated
Work Experience:
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a finance analysis or reporting role, including profit and loss/balance sheet analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.
· Advanced Excel user
· Experience with SAP
· Experience with HFM is preferred.
· Experience with Swedish Statutory Accounts production
· Experience with Swedish Annual Tax returns
· Experience of analysis of large amounts of data

· Must possess excellent financial and analytical skills including experience creating complex excel spreadsheets
