Your Role
With guidance shape & implement our brand strategy through our purpose & brand vision
Always having sustainability, consumer centricity and digital top of mind
Responsible for creating & implementing the marketing plan including both ATL and BTL communication & activation
Portfolio management and analysis and launching new products to the Nordic market
Effectively steering and implementing global & local product launches in close relationship with the global marketing team
Responsible for the brand websites and Meta accounts for Loctite & Pritt brands
High attention to digital content at pure players and brick & click customers' online shops
Regularly monitoring and analysing competition, market trends, consumer behaviour and turning insights into actionable recommendations
Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as the marketing & sales teams, customer service, business planning, Nordic leadership team & global marketing colleagues



Your Skills
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing.
Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in marketing.
Experience from retail or FMCG is an advantage.
Competence and experience in Digital Marketing.
Excellent analytical and verbal skills.
Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
You are fluent in English, and preferably also in one Nordic language (Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian or Danish)
Strategic thinker with high level of commercial & business acumen.
Highly creative with the ability to translate and funnel it to meet consumer needs.
Team player with the ability to work independently.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong sense of responsibility and a solutions-oriented mindset.

YOUR ROLE
Acts as Business Partner for all Business Units (BUs) on customer credit risk management.
Conducts customer credit risk assessment and analysis and proactively monitors credit exposure while working with business & other stakeholders to optimize cash net working capital minimizing bad debt losses.
Operates the day-to-day credit management activities including review of credit held sales orders and credit limits according to approval matrix.
Collaborate with GBS+ and other stakeholders to provide timely reporting & ensuring the quality of the process while ensuring compliance with the corporate standard “Customer Credit Management”.
Participate in/lead local & regional OTC Europe projects aimed at optimizing the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process.

YOUR SKILLS
University degree in Finance or Business administration
Experience in Credit Management, Controlling or working closely with customers on a commercial basis would be an advantage
Good understanding of Business law (law of contract, insolvency law).
Knowledge and experience of SAP preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a must.
Knowledge of Power BI & other BI tools would be a plus.
Strong analytical & interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and within teams including in a virtual setting.
Excellent English written & verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of Swedish or other Nordic languages would be a plus.

YOUR ROLE
Jr. KAM responsible to drive sustainable growth in the E-Commerce channel ensuring Henkel market share gain, assortment, campaign strategy and content.
Identify How to Play and invest to win with customers based on KAM agreements and JBPs
To develop, present, and sell-in profitable general and account specific trade campaigns
To monitor and evaluate customer development, market conditions and competitive activities
To initiate, build, and maintain strong trade relations with the assigned Key Accounts
To establish and maintain an OMNI-channel Customer business plan
To ensure optimal information flow and coordinate with the full Sales team on all Key Account a

YOUR SKILLS
Commercial experience with proven successful track record
Knowledge of sales and category related challenges/opportunities acquired through 1-2 years' experience
Experience of Digital Sales and Marketing
Knowledge of the Swedish trade environment
Familiar with budgeting and reporting in a multinational environment
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and especially Excel
Experience of E-Commerce Growth Platforms (Profitero as example)

YOUR ROLE
Enable the development of superior demand plans in dynamic markets with most accurate sales forecasts and a high end-to-end visibility while ensuring ideal stock levels.
Support and run optimal Co-Packing setup in alignment with Sales and Global Supply Chain requirements.
Lead, coach and develop a diverse and multi-faceted team of 6 employees in the Demand Planning and Co-Packing team.
Support launches, relaunches and promotions by providing business with visibility on existing stock and secure a proper implementation of projects with respect of timings and limitation of costs.
Lead a regular complexity reduction process and the alignment with all stakeholder.
Develop performance KPIs for Demand Planning including budget for scrapping and regularly track & review them.
Act as a deputy/backup of the Head of Supply Chain.
The position is suited in Stockholm, Sweden.



YOUR SKILLS
University degree in Economics, Supply Chain or comprable.
Fluent in Swedish and English
Preferably a broader experience of Supply Chain including warehouse, logistics and customer service
