The Job

Responsibilities

Your goal is to plan and improve Hem's procurement - making sure we always have the right products on hand at the right time. You will be in daily dialog with Hem's internal teams - sales and customer experience team, staying up-to-date with their current and future stock needs, enabling sales and keeping our customers happy. You will be the bridge between product development and logistics, making sure we launch new products in a timely manner.

Here follows some of the key areas of responsibilities:

- Plan, purchase and improve Hem's procurement

- Be on top of current and future needs from the Sales team (Pipeline projects, quotes, orders)

- Plan containers between our warehouses

- Allocate team resources, to ensure the team spend their time on current top priorities

- Design and set-up complex made-to-order purchasing

Your goal is to ensure smooth daily fulfillment through shipping out orders according to customers expectations and Hem's internal metrics. You will be in daily dialog with Hem's amazing partners within warehousing and transport to review current processes and secure best-class fulfillment. As you grow into your role, you should set new processes with stakeholders to ensure Hem’s daily operation scale according to growth trajectory. Teamwork is key and you are expected to establish frictionless communication between Hem’s different team, ensuring transparency towards our customers. The Job

As a Global Inbound Coordinator you will join a results-driven team that is not satisfied with average and wants to disrupt an industry.

With production all over the world, your main duty will be to handle all inbound shipments within our network, ensuring products arrive in time to our warehouses in both Poland and the US. This position play an important role in Hem’s growth journey, being responsible for inbounds comply with import regulations and also making sure our warehouses receive and register our products in a correct and timely manner.

You will work and improve on our existing processes, enable our customer facing teams with information and be the link between Hem’s Assortment and Operation teams.

You will also be expected to assist and drive small to big projects, from annual stock takes to labeling projects.

The position is a good fit for you who excels in clear communication in both written and spoken form, is process oriented with an eye for detail, thrives working in an international team, and can balance the fast-paced start-up environment needs with creating and establishing new standards and processes.

General Responsibilities

- Be aware and on top of all Hem’s ongoing purchase orders within our ERP system, Microsoft Navision
- Monitor production timeline with Hem suppliers on a weekly basis, proactively making sure purchase orders are ready on time
- Understand purchase order delays and how it affects sales orders
- Ensure inbound shipment follows import regulations and support suppliers if needed (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Lacey Act, TSCA etc.)
- Communicate delays to sales and customer teams. Own it and find more efficient ways to increase transparency
- Setting up new SKUs and introducing how to handle new products with our warehouses. With help of customs agencies, assign HS codes for products and translation
- Investigating stock differences, understand what causing differences and how to avoid it moving forward. Adjusting stock levels if needed
- Assist with returns, working alongside sales and finance. Ensure stock level is reflected based on type of returns

Job Description

As E-commerce Product Manager you will be an instrumental part of Hem’s growth and development. You’ll have both people management as well as product management responsibilities and will be a key cog in the organization working closely with other departments such as Sales, Brand & Communications, Customer Experience and Product Development.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the online customer experience end-to-end from research, strategy and roadmapping to launch and maintenance of our e-commerce platforms

- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Hem’s digital platforms, and ensure that the digital experience lives up to the same quality as the physical products

- Align perspectives and requirements from stakeholders in business, brand, and technology to define and prioritize work

Project Development

The Customer Experience team consists of 5 motivated colleagues with a strive to constantly improve the Hem customer journey. The team is based in two different locations (Stockholm and Los Angeles).

About the role:

By leading the CX team, you will work very closely with the Head of CX and will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the team. You will be leading a team located in two different time zones, which requires some flexibility regarding the work hours.

You will support the team in all matters related to product requests, order delivery issues, claims and promotional campaigns. You will help to identify improvement areas for the CX team as well as for the Hem customer journey. - Lead the daily operations of the Customer Experience team, including Customer Experience Coordinators and Customer Support Representatives located in both Stockholm and Los Angeles.
- Lead the CX team to ensure comprehensive objectives and common understanding and ownership of goals/priorities.

About the Team
The Procurement and Sourcing team at Hem consists of motivated individuals with a drive to improve the way we work today. The team is based in Stockholm, and works in close collaboration with the Product development team and external Suppliers to ensure we receive the best quality products at the best price possible. About the Role

As Procurement and Sourcing Director, you will be managing a team that consists of a Global Demand Planner, a Procurement Coordinator and a Strategic Sourcing Specialist, and work closely together (informal leadership) with the Heads of Product Development & Engineering and their teams.

You will support the team in all matters related to supply planning, procurement and sourcing. You will help drive supplier relationships, run quotations and price negotiations, and implement best practices from your previous experience. You will also be part of the leadership team, assisting with setting the strategic direction of the company and will report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities

- Report on and improve our key supply chain metrics (such as "Products available for purchase") while maintaining and balancing the cash flow position
- Coach and lead the Procurement and Sourcing team (3 direct reports)
- Set priorities and ensure the team is delivering at its' fullest capacity
- Sign off on orders and ensure orders are in line with budget and sales numbers

- Implement process improvements and best practices
- Build out our global supplier network
- Ensure optimal stock levels
- Communicate impact on NWC for your vertical
- Assist with supplier sourcing and price negotiations for new products
- Negotiate annual agreements and contracts with suppliers
- Review and improve supply chain setups
- Ensure our company strategy is clearly communicated to internal and external stakeholders


Qualifications

- 7+ years experience in Procurement and Sourcing of physical products, preferably from both start-ups and larger companies
- Experienced (procurement & sourcing) team leader with a track record backing it up
- Strong intrapersonal skills combined with a data-driven mindset
- Knowledge of the furniture and/or design industry is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, any additional European languages are a plus
- Systems & Tools such as Excel, ERP systems (MS Navision is a plus) and the Google Suite is part of your backbone.
- University degree or equal through experience

About the job

Do you want to help make a website come to life with new products, fresh imagery and thoughtful merchandising? Are you detail-oriented and comfortable learning new systems? Then you might be our new E-commerce Administrator.

This role serves to strengthen Hem’s Digital and E-commerce team. We are looking for someone who is interested in learning new tools (Shopify, Mailchimp, and more!) and can help us manage all the day-to-day activities that come with having a top-notch e-commerce website.

Your main duty will be to, in collaboration with our E-commerce manager, visually merchandise our sites, support new product launches, and present promotions in order to increase site performance and sales while maintaining Hem’s brand identity. Additionally, you will create our e-campaigns in Mailchimp--our e-mail marketing tool--with content defined by our E-commerce manager and Creative team.



What you’ll do

- New product uploads - Working closely with our E-commerce manager and Creative team, you will be responsible for uploading new products to our 6 Shopify stores
- General website housekeeping - Maintain our site categories, collections, and product tags as well as update product pages with new imagery and updated product information
- Merchandise - Curate and optimize product exposure online to improve sales and capitalize on in-stock products
- Landing pages - Create landing pages for our paid marketing ads that are aimed at optimizing our conversion rate
- Mailchimp: Prepare and send out mailing list emails with provided graphics and copy

About the job

As a Product Design Engineer, you will be an essential asset to the R&D team. You will work closely with the entire R&D team consisting of a mix of designers and engineers, bringing designs from concepts to reality. - Ensure that the day-to-day operations run smoothly: - Schedule JIT transports from factories to warehouses

- Follow-up on Logistic partners’ weekly performance and KPIs, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Be the key figure in the dialog and information flow between Hem’s Logistic providers and our internal Customer facing teams
- Guarantee procurement and stock related data (lead time, quantity incoming) is up-to-date, accurate, and accessible across all systems and teams.
- Drive Operational improvement projects to gradually improve both internal and external processes to maximize team and customer satisfaction.
