Job Summary:
The risk controller is responsible for the production of shrinkage and wastage reports for a number of airlines across the Scandinavian network, identifying risk, solutions and liaising with the last mile providers to ensure data accuracy and fraud and loss management.
The risk controller should have a clear focus on understanding the business challenges related to the process area, best practices and opportunities and recommend process solutions that drive the Scandinavian business to achieve its goals. The Risk Controller will have experience of more than one business sector and an appreciation of the importance of the role of Finance in a fast growing and changing organization.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Understand, in detail, the processes across the business, identifying pinch points and work together with the business process owners to close the gaps.
• Initiate process and policy documentation and ensure understanding within the departments to maintain on an ongoing basis.
• Identify design and develop supply chain KPI’s encompassing all business manual touch points
• Shrinkage Reporting Internal and external
• Actively communicate with internal and external customers
• Continuously develop and improve shrinkage models in line with business requirements
• Identify and document risks across the supply chain to ensure effective business management
• Document and develop/implement controls to ensure that risks are reduced and/or kept at an acceptable level
• Participate in IT developments with related areas and systems
• Educate the business on the importance of accurate data and the impact on shrinkage
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree required; Business Management and Finance, Accounting (or similar)
Work Experience:
• At least 3-5 years experience within a finance department
• Understanding of account payable and account receivable and reconciliation
• Experience from all industries are relevant for the position
• Systems experience (eg BI systems, back office systems etc.)
• Desirable: Previous experience from loss management or risk management
• Desirable: Experience from the airline or retail industry
Language / Communication Skills:
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Swedish
• Must be able to effectively and professionally communicate
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
• Additional languages is an advantage

Travel %: Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
