About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Partner Account Manager to join our high-performing commercial team.
You’ll thrive on building relationships, stakeholder management and take ownership of an account portfolio driving revenue growth, strengthening partner performance, and increasing Ztorm’s relevance market share.
Managing some of the most exciting brands and product launches across a portfolio of exclusive & non-exclusive partners, you will play a significant part in driving the success of these partners both at Ztorm and within the market.

Key Responsibilities
Account Management:
Managing a broad portfolio of PC Digital partners


Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with your account portfolio, delivering best in class service.


Deliver new release, promotional and other commercial activities



Account Development: Use data, tools and commercial insight to identify opportunities, forecasts and deliver results within your accounts.


Planning & Execution: Create clear account plans and run day-to-day execution to meet or exceed revenue targets and partner objectives.


Market Awareness: Stay on top of gaming industry developments, new releases, platform updates, and player trends to inform decisions and spot growth areas.


Negotiations & Stakeholder Management: Lead discussions with publishers and retailers to secure balanced agreements that create value for all parties.


Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Business & Product Development to ensure smooth execution of partner initiatives.


Documentation & Reporting: Prepare accurate documentation and reports to ensure compliance and effective follow-up.


What We’re Looking For
This role suits a commercially astute, proactive relationship-builder who’s keen to develop and grow while shaping the future of digital game distribution.

Experience: ~3+ years in account management, business development or a related commercial role. Video games Industry knowledge is preferred

About the role
In this role, you will play a central part in managing product promotions, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring our publisher partners' offerings are accurate and up-to-date. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Promotions Manager in coordinating discounts across our partner network. Additionally, you will help to manage stock levels, update pricing, maintain product pages, and handle various administrative tasks. As a valued member of the Operations Team, you will join six enthusiastic and dedicated colleagues, working closely with the Commercial Team and publisher partners to ensure smooth operations.
Key responsibilities
Assist the Promotions Manager: Coordinate product discounts for our partner network.
Promotions data entry: Entering discounts in the Ztorm Platform.
Stock Coordination: Monitor inventory levels, manage key stock and ensure product availability.
Catalogue & Data Management: Update product metadata, remove end-of-life products and ensure catalogue accuracy.
Pricing & Reporting: Assist with pricing updates and generate sales reports as required.
2nd line support: Respond to support tickets from retail partners using Zendesk, assisting with product queries and resolving issues.
Publisher Coordination: Communicate with publishers regarding support needs, stock levels, pricing and other updates.

Skills & Experience

About the role

As Partner Development Manager you will manage some of our key partnerships, including both retailers/etailers and publishers globally. You are expected to develop a complete understanding of the accounts managed in order to drive the day-to-day business, find synergies and grow each account as you are responsible for all commercial and sales related activities. You will work closely with each partner to establish KPIs and priorities as well as execute on account strategies.

You report to the Head of Commercial.

As Partner Development Manager you will

- Be the main representative for some of our key partnerships consisting of game publishers and retailers/etailers.
- Drive sales, achieve GP targets and other KPIs.
- Build strong relationships with the partners managed.
- Establish and execute on account strategies.
- Advise both publishers and retailers on digital distribution best practice and deliver insights.
- Develop and improve our routines, standards, and processes, including Hub.
- Travel overseas to visit key partners and attend industry events.


Your skills and experience include

- Experience from the games industry or digital consumer products, either from the publisher or retailer/etailer perspective, is highly desirable.
- A few years of experience in similar sales role (e.g. account management).
- Ability to manage and develop international accounts and partnerships.
- Ability to work both operationally and strategically.
- Fluency in English, written and verbal.
- Willingness to continuously learn and improve.
- Ability to prioritise and get things done.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Exertis Ztorm is looking for a Senior Financial Controller to join our team in Stockholm.

About the role
You will work broadly in the financial controlling area with both internal stakeholders, such as our financial team, commercial team and the wider Exertis UK group, and external stakeholders, such as our retailer and publisher partners. Your main expertise is within financial controlling and accounting but we also encourage skills and/or an interest in business controlling as we believe it’s a natural next step in your own development. As an important part of our financial team, we believe you enjoy taking ownership and have an interest in working with continuous improvement.

You will report to our Head of Finance, Mikael Berggren.

Key tasks and responsibilities

- Lead the financial control and analysis function and drive process improvement and overall development of the function.

- Secure quality and the timely closing of month and year-end together with finance operations.

- Primary contact to external and internal auditors. Coordinate and prepare relevant documentation for the annual reports.

- Actively monitor financial performance, identifying risk and opportunities as well as ensure cost control and follow up of results.

- Internal controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

- Drive financial planning, forecasting and actively participate and support the Head of Finance in the yearly and quarterly budget and forecasting process.

- Support in development of business cases, and provide financial analysis to senior business leaders to support decision making.

- Drive development and improvement projects across finance and collaborate with cross functional teams in the wider organization to drive process improvements and financial outcome

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners; Publisher, Retailers and Suppliers.

- Take active part in finance operations where needed.

Your experience include

- A few years of experience in working with accounting and controlling.

- Strong experience in consulting external partners and/or clients within finance.

- Relevant degree in economics, finance or similar.

- Strong knowledge in IFRS (must-have) and preferably experienced in working in an international environment (nice-to-have).

- Excellent understanding of large data sets and financial systems.

- Strong Excel skills.

- Fluency and experience in working in English.

- Preferably worked within retail, distribution or similar, with understanding and knowledge in the supply chain from publisher to consumer (nice-to-have).

About the role

As Product Specialist & Customer Support you are a detail oriented, thorough and service minded person with excellent communication skills as you manage our catalogue and stock. You have a professional and positive can-do attitude as you liaise with our retailers and publishers regarding products and releases. You are a natural problem solver and team player who thrives when working closely in a team with shared team responsibilities. You will work closely with the Operations team and report to the Operations Manager.

Tasks and responsibilities

- Product ingestion and catalogue management; create new, update existing and delist expiring products
- Price new products
- Send product related announcements to our retailer partners
- Stock and campaign management; ensure we have sufficient key stock for each product and products on campaign
- 2nd line support; respond to support tickets from our retailer partners
- Liaise with publishers via email, Skype and telephone regarding new releases, product related matters and support related issues
- General administrative tasks and process documentation
- Manage Jira tickets; create new and update existing tickets as well as assign tasks to other team members
- Support our continuous improvement through your own development and by providing feedback on our platform & processes
- Backfill for campaign data entry during vacation and sick leave


Your skills and experience

- Fluent in English, written and verbal
- 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in customer service and support
- Professional and positive can-do attitude
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office
- Preferably experienced in using Zendesk, Mailchimp, Jira, and Photoshop
- Preferably interested in games and the gaming industry
- Preferably fluent in Swedish, written and verbal; additional languages are beneficial

About the role

Your primary responsibility as Head of Commercial is to drive performance and innovation through building and executing a strong commercial strategy.

We see Commercial as the primary lever in our 3-part strategy - commercial, customer success and platform services. Coupled with this, you play a senior leadership role to secure the long-term future of Exertis Ztorm from a people, strategy and cultural point of view.

Your key responsibilities

- Lead the Commercial team through coaching, support and development, on an individual and team level.
- Create and develop the Commercial strategy; identify new market and business opportunities and additional services to our partners to create value and differentiation.
- Drive strong partner relationships with key publishers to drive strategy and execution.
- Develop methodology and programmatic approach to manage ‘tail’ vendors to create uniqueness and breadth in the Exertis Ztorm offering.
- Play a leadership role to drive a culture of having fun and high performance.


As Head of Commercial, you are part of the management team and report directly to our Managing Director William van Kerkvoorde.

Your key skills and experience

- Strong experience and network from gaming and publisher industry.
- Strong experience in team responsibility; managing, supporting and developing team members.
- Strong experience in budget responsibility.
- Strong eco-system business development skills in a global environment.
- Strong experience in developing and improving processes.
- Hands-on and analytical.
- Fluent in English, written and verbal.
- Preferably fluent in Swedish, written and verbal.
- Expert skills in Microsoft Office and Qlikview or other BI tool.
