Manage customer expectations and relationship. Manage senior level client relationships, looking for opportunities to up/ cross-sell products and services through relationship management

REQUIREMENTS
Experience in building delivery teams and solutions. Proven experience in driving scalable enterprise initiatives
Proven experience in driving large-scale transformational initiatives, ideally initiatives in large enterprises impacting both organizational and technological components of an organization
Significant agile practitioner experience, able to define and implement agile processes in complex customer and stakeholder environments and significant experience of delivering agile projects at scale
Experience in building and leading geographically distributed delivery teams, including experience in working with customer’s distributed team and defining right target operating model
Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills are necessary, experience with working with nearshore teams preferable
Expected to have exceptional organization, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, MBA or equivalent business experience preferred

Hands-on management of delivery stream along with management & growth of a team of Technology Delivery Managers - providing coaching, mentoring and development support to drive up delivery capability across the department

REQUIREMENTS
Experience in building delivery teams and solutions. Proven experience in driving scalable enterprise initiatives
Proven experience in driving large-scale transformational initiatives, ideally initiatives in large enterprises impacting both organizational and technological components of an organization
Significant agile practitioner experience, able to define and implement agile processes in complex customer and stakeholder environments and significant experience of delivering agile projects at scale
Experience in building and leading geographically distributed delivery teams, including experience in working with customer’s distributed team and defining right target operating model
Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills are necessary, experience with working with nearshore teams preferable
Expected to have exceptional organization, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, MBA or equivalent business experience preferred

Data Practice / Client Leadership:
Serve as an expert consultant leading Data initiatives and producing relevant deliverables

Data Solution Delivery:
Responsible for shaping Data solutions and properly scoping / pricing engagements, establishing optimal operating models and project team organization, and leading the transition from the sales process to the delivery phase
Understand the full end-end product cycle, from product vision/strategy, user experience design through development and release. Working closely with project/program management to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery model
Lead Data and Analytics practice development, driving and orchestrating transformation and product solutions, teams, strategic roadmaps, and continuous improvement/optimization programs
Drive Data MVPs / POCs / assessment projects hands-on

RESPONSIBILITIES
Delivery management covering the full project initiation and life cycle of the Big Data project: lead management, qualification for the bid/financing, staffing, client management, delivery and execution governance
Running multiple delivery streams and clients, to ensure governance at top management level

REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience of managing delivery of an organization of 40-100 FTE and or high business impact engagements of a similar size
Bring a wealth of experience in data analytics solutions based on big data tech stacks so as to drive a successful delivery but also participate in pre-sales activities, bids and pitches
Ability to apply a mix of business knowledge and delivery practices to projects to achieve the best results
Knowledge and ability to assess and propose a variety of methodology, process and technology on accounts
Ability to establish solid working relationships with clients, plus the ability to work effectively as a virtual member of a dynamic, dispersed team and to meet deadlines
Strong experience working with distributed teams on client side
Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills are necessary, experience with working with nearshore teams preferable
Self-motivated, multitasking, reliable to deliver on time, a quick-thinker, be able to work in a fast-paced work environment
Hands-on experience of delivering projects within the Big Data space and good technical background around Java, Scala or Python
