The Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA) is an agency under the Ministry of International Trade & Industry. MIDA is the Malaysian Governments principal agency that promotes, develops and coordinate investments in manufacturing and selected services sectors in Malaysia.

MIDA Stockholm is looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Investment Officer who will be able to assist with:
1. Building relationships with Nordic companies, associations/chambers and other partners to highlight investment opportunities in Malaysia;
2. Organizing meetings with companies, potential investors, Chamber/Associations;
3. Implementing investment promotion programmes/events with partners and stakeholders to enhance Malaysia's and MIDA's visibility in the region;
4. Building and managing a database of contacts and projects;
5. Monitoring and reporting industry and market trends and leading sectors in the Nordics;
6. Preparing reports related to economical, business and political developments in the region.

Minimum Qualification:

1. Bachelor's Degree in business related fields
2. Minimum 3 years' experience in business development/promotional activities
3. Fluent in English and Swedish (both written and spoken)
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office
5. Social Media savvy
6. Self-motivated and able to work independently
7. Willing to travel and work after office hours (when required)

The Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA) is an agency under the Ministry of International Trade & Industry. MIDA is the Malaysian Governments principal agency that promotes, develops and coordinate investments in manufacturing and selected services sectors in Malaysia.

The MIDA Stockholm office, based at the Embassy of Malaysia, Stockholm is looking for a suitable Clerk to carry out the following duties:

1.Administration matters - to maintain and manage office filing system, inventory, office supplies and preparation of official correspondence.

2.Finance matters - to maintain and manage the financial activities of the office (i.e: preparation of vouchers, accounts, payroll and payments).

3.To assist the Director of MIDA in preparing budgets, financial statements and records.

4. Managing office assets and inventory.

Salary: SEK 23,965 (före skatt)

Minimum Qualification:
1. Degree holder in relevant field.
2. Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience.
3. Fluent in English and Swedish (both written and spoken). Knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
