About the role
As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of customer-centric, insights-based marketing and decision making in our Marketing & Communications team. You will collaborate with Marketing leadership to analyze performance, customer behavior, and campaign ROI, providing insights that inform strategy and optimize investments, engagement, and customer understanding.
This role is ideal for a proactive person who enjoys collaborating with diverse teams, isn’t afraid to dig deep for insights, can communicate clearly, and brings energy, accountability and a customer-focused approach to every project they take on.
Please note: This is a hybrid role based in Stockholm. Occasional travel (10%) may be required and will be communicated in advance.

In this role you will:
Analysis, Modelling & Reporting
Conduct in-depth analyses on customer behavior, segmentation, targeting, lifetime value, and trends to identify opportunities for improving campaign targeting, messaging, and user experience.
Manage data, models, and reports to track marketing KPIs, including Net Promoter Score (NPS), and create unified views of customer and marketing activity.
Perform media mix analysis to evaluate how different marketing channels interact and optimize channel performance through targeted modeling.
Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and models that integrate data from multiple sources, generating actionable insights to inform strategy.
Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., BI, IT, commercial, engineering) to ensure data quality, infrastructure support, and alignment with business goals.

What you’ll do
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to operate in a business-facing role at an international company leading and executing our legal strategy. Besides strategy related work, you will be hands-on with drafting contracts and negotiating a wide range of complex commercial agreements and more.
The role sits within the Finance department and is part of the Finance management team. You will have close collaboration with the CFO and work cross-functionally with product development, sourcing, and other functions. You will also act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and lead the Legal team, including three direct reports. The team is responsible for legal, IP, trademarks, compliance, privacy, and data protection (GDPR/DPO/HIPAA).The aim with the legal function is to streamline and integrate it closer to the business, while maintaining a smaller team size.
Most of your stakeholders are working from our Stockholm (Sweden) and Pittsburgh (US) offices, and our aim is for you to spend the majority of your time working from the Stockholm office, with the option to work remotely.

About the Role:

About the Role:
As our Logistics Coordinator, you will join our EUROW Logistics & Production team and coordinate the day-to-day logistics that keep our operations running efficiently. By ensuring our products get to our customers in the most efficient way possible, you will help us amaze the customer with every order we send out.
This is a hands-on and structured role focused on picking and packing orders, handling inbound deliveries, preparing shipments, and ensuring accurate stock handling. We are seeking a skilled, proactive and adaptable QA Engineer to join our Enterprise IT Engineering team as our first dedicated quality assurance professional, supporting quality assurance across our custom-developed internal systems as well as Salesforce CRM, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP platforms. You will play a key role in establishing testing standards and practices while ensuring the quality, reliability, performance, and compliance of business-critical applications and integrations.

You will work closely with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to design test strategies, validate complex workflows, and support high-impact releases.

Key responsibilities


Test end-to-end workflows that span across Salesforce, D365, and internal platforms.



Design and execute functional, integration, non-functional and regression test cases to ensure quality, performance, and data integrity.



Identify opportunities for test automation and implement scalable, reliable coverage by integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for early and continuous quality feedback.



Advocate security-aware development through validation of access controls, data handling, and compliance with regulations like GDPR and HIPAA.



Participate in sprint ceremonies to align test coverage with business and technical requirements, fostering a quality-first mindset through early involvement, close collaboration with developers, shift-left testing practices, mentorship, and quality standards.



Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and lead post-deployment validation activities to ensure production stability and stakeholder confidence.



Investigate, document, and track defects, conduct root cause analysis, and work closely with development and business teams to ensure timely resolution.



Monitor and assess the impact of Salesforce and D365 platform updates on existing customizations, workflows, and integrations, ensuring proactive test planning.



Continuously improve QA practices by analyzing testing outcomes, capturing metrics, and identifying process optimizations for better quality, speed, and collaboration.






Required Qualifications


At least 5 years of QA experience, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies, Agile processes, and SDLC.



Proven experience with both manual testing and test automation across modern technology stacks.



Experience establishing QA practices in growing organizations



A strong grasp of testing strategy, prioritization, risk-based assessments, and quality metrics.



Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).



Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate test outcomes, risks, and recommendations.



A collaborative and hands-on mindset with the ability to influence teams toward quality-driven practices.



A degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

About the Role:
As a Software Engineer for Language Systems, you will join a team that develops innovative mobile and desktop applications in a complex, cross-platform environment. Our work is centered on improving assistive communication tools, ensuring that individuals with disabilities can effectively express themselves. You will contribute to the evolution of our language models, improve our software architecture, and work with experts in linguistics, speech-language pathology, and machine learning to refine and advance our solutions.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for someone that has:

As a Test Automation Engineer, you will take on the important role of defining, maintaining and executing on test suites, both manual and automated, but with an emphasis on modernizing test suites and moving towards automation. What We're Looking For:
We are looking for someone that has:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.



10+ years in program management, process management, and quality assurance.



3+ years of managerial experience.



3+ years in regulatory environments (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, etc.).



Proven track record of leading cross-departmental projects.



Experience with scaled agile frameworks and combining hardware/software development (preferred).



Global/international experience and working with ISO auditors (preferred).

Lead the development and optimization of firmware for speech-generating devices, integrating subsystems like USB-PD controllers, audio codecs, LCD drivers, and SD cards.



Collaborate with hardware engineers to bring up new platforms, optimize device drivers, and ensure smooth hardware-software integration. Debug using tools like JTAG debuggers and oscilloscopes.



Implement custom USB devices (audio class, HID, proprietary protocols) and firmware for USB host controllers to integrate peripherals like eye trackers.



Design software exposing hardware and firmware functionality via user-friendly APIs and maintain cross-platform integration.



Analyze and optimize firmware for power, memory, and processing efficiency while ensuring reliability under real-time conditions.

As Learning & Development Partner, you will play an important role in delivering our organizational and talent development strategies. Your role will include a wide range of responsibilities such as crafting learning designs, facilitating trainings, developing onboarding processes, working both with our global onboarding process and onboarding tailored to specific groups with large hiring volumes.
You will enable our growth through collaborating with multiple teams across the organization as the point of contact, ensuring the effectiveness of the performance management and talent review processes and optimizing learning design with best case practices and latest tools in AI. Additionally, you'll provide support for our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.

We are seeking the following qualifications:
Recent achievements in driving and developing onboarding processes.
Advanced skills in designing learning modules and development offerings.
Employee engagement knowledge and experience (e.g. surveys, data analysis, and action planning)
Experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is appreciated.
Admin experience on Workday or experience working with Workday Learning and Talent modules is a plus.
Project Management skills and experience (PM certification is a plus)
Time management and prioritization skills.
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
Interpersonal skills to interact professionally with various levels across the organization.
Clear and professional communication in English, both written and verbal. German is a plus.

Our Customer Service team is the go-to team for resolving problems which ensures a class experience is achieved for all stakeholders (customers, recommenders, partners, sales teams, etc.).
As part of this team, you will have an impact on arriving our orders to our users (customers) successfully. You will also have a chance to develop the processes relating to the services provided by the Customer Service team, with your open-minded approach to optimization.
In this role, you will be a primary contact for our Sales, Finance, and Logistics teams for Customer Service-related challenges and escalations. By listening to the needs of our customers and our Sales department, you will pick up on services we can provide from within the Customer Service team to enhance the customer experience and the efficiency of the entire company.
Your week in this experience will include the following range of tasks:

Assisting Customer Service Management in regularly reviewing processes and training needs to maximize team efficiency and knowledge sharing.

To fulfill these tasks and thrive in this role, we are looking for someone who has:
Proficiency and experience in CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce, Visma, and Dynamics, as you will be monitoring incoming information in these systems.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in customer-focused roles.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
High school diploma or equivalent of educational background.

Responsibilities:
Partner with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT to understand current processes, identify opportunities for improvement within Salesforce (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud), and ensure data alignment across platforms.
Analyze user data and activity to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for optimization, particularly in the context of supporting multiple business models.

Our company is growing steadily, and Information Technology is considered to be one of our most strategic assets in this journey. Our key project right now is the implementation of a new ERP and we have chosen Microsoft Dynamics F&O to be our new global platform.
