What you’ll be doing
As a Software Engineer at Coody, you’ll build, scale, and improve modern digital products with real end-to-end ownership — from architecture and implementation to deployment and continuous improvement.
Assignments typically last 6–24 months. As a consultant, you’re expected to ramp up quickly, take ownership, and deliver value from day one.
Depending on the assignment, you may work across backend, frontend, cloud infrastructure, integrations, data flows, CI/CD, or other parts of the tech stack. You’ll design and develop scalable, robust solutions in modern cloud environments and contribute to high-trust, high-performing teams.


Who you are
We’re looking for a Software Engineer with at least 5+ years of experience and a strong ability to turn ideas into working solutions.
We believe you have:
5+ years of experience in software development
Experience working with modern architectures and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure or similar)
Experience with containerization, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code is a plus
Experience in one or several modern programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, Kotlin, Python, Go, etc.)
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
Based in Sweden (citizenship, valid work visa, or residency required)
Fluency in English (spoken and written)

What you’ll be doing
As a Data Scientist Consultant at Coody, your role will involve helping interesting companies create value from their data. Everything from creating analyses, models, and insights from raw data, to improving and developing machine learning models in production. The work also involves driving product and design decisions based on data together with our clients.
Since this is a senior position, you are expected to support the organization and the team by working in a data-driven way. As well as sharing your knowledge both within and outside the company.
You’ll need to be adaptable and ready to hit the ground running in new environments. Typically, you’ll work on 1-2 assignments per year to tackle impactful projects with real-world results.


Who you are
We’re looking for a Data Scientist with 4+ years of experience and a proven ability to get things done. Here’s what we’re after:
A solid track record working as a Data Scientist
Hands-on experience with at least a couple of production-level data science projects - from prototyping to deployment and ongoing improvements
Deep understanding of LLMs, Neural Networksone and tools such as Python, , Numpy, Pandas, R, TensorFlow
A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
Based in Sweden - You must have Swedish citizenship, a valid work visa, or permanent residency
Fluent in English (spoken and written)

What you’ll be doing
As a Generative AI Expert, you will help customers become AI-ready by working closely with engineers, data scientists, and the business team. You’ll design and lead workshops, conduct analyses, and guide customers in exploring and implementing AI solutions — from integrating AI into products to training users on AI tools.
In this senior role, you’re expected to take ownership from concept to delivery, applying your technical expertise, business understanding, and passion for what’s possible with AI. You’ll also support the team by working data-driven and actively sharing knowledge both within the company and externally.


Who you are
We’re looking for an Expert in Generative AI with at least 4 years of professional working experience, preferably in a consultative role where you have combined tech, AI, and business activities. Here’s what we’re after:
Strong knowledge and interest in generative AI, and related products
Experience from a consultative role working closely with customers and engineers
Great communication and leadership skills
A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
Based in Stockholm - You must have Swedish citizenship, a valid work visa, or permanent residency
Fluent in both Swedish and English

What you’ll be doing
As a Machine Learning Engineer at Coody, you’ll dive into exciting and challenging AI projects to build and optimize machine learning models for production use cases, ensuring they are highly efficient and scalable. You’ll also design and build machine learning infrastructure, often in cloud environments, to support large-scale deployments for our customers. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning products
Build and maintain infrastructure and tooling as a platform for data scientists
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into production systems
Monitor and maintain the performance and reliability of ML models post-deployment
Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning and related technologies
Collaborate with clients, support colleagues, contribute to knowledge sharing



Who you are
We’re looking for Machine Learning Engineers with at least 3-4 years of experience and a proven track record of delivering real results. If you’ve got the following, you’re probably a great fit:
A track-record of delivering machine learning models in production
Cloud experience (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud, Kubernetes)
Experience with distributed data tools (e.g., Spark, Dask, PySpark, Apache Beam)
Expertise in Python and modern ML/AI libraries (PyTorch/TensorFlow, Transformers, LangChain, LangGraph, Vertex AI)
Strong understanding of ML infrastructure: deployment, monitoring, debugging, optimization
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or something related
Based in Sweden - You must have Swedish citizenship, a valid work visa, or permanent residency
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
