Role overview
As Lead Legal Counsel Nordics, you will be a key member of both the global legal team and the Nordic leadership team, providing hands-on commercial legal support across the region. The role focuses on commercial, tech, and data protection matters, with a strong emphasis on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex contracts in a SaaS-driven environment. You will act as a trusted advisor to the business, supporting strategic discussions, client negotiations, and major commercial deals. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will also line manage one Legal Counsel and help strengthen the quality and consistency of commercial agreements across the Nordics.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract covering a parental leave. The role can be based fully remotely or in a hybrid setup from one of our offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, or Copenhagen. The preferred start date is May or June, or as soon as possible thereafter.
Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including SaaS, customer, supplier, and public sector contracts


Lead and support commercial negotiations for larger and more complex deals


Attend customer meetings to provide legal input during contract discussions and negotiations


Provide strategic, pragmatic legal advice to stakeholders across the Nordic organisation


Identify legal risks and propose commercially sound, business-oriented solutions


Support GDPR, data protection, and broader IT and tech-related legal matters


Contribute to the development of legal templates, processes, and internal knowledge sharing


Manage multiple parallel workstreams independently, escalating when appropriate


Line manage and support one Legal Counsel within the Nordic legal team.

What we are looking for
Minimum 6 years’ experience as a qualified lawyer


Background from a reputable private practice law firm


In-house legal experience


Strong, hands-on experience with commercial contracts and negotiations


Experience working with Swedish companies and Swedish commercial agreements


EU-qualified lawyer


Fluent in both Swedish and English


Comfortable acting as a senior advisor and challenging stakeholders when needed


Strong commercial mindset with the ability to constructively challenge the business


Able to balance strategic thinking with practical, detail-oriented execution.

Role Overview ????
As a Transaction Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire transaction flow for our customers in the Nordics and internationally. The role involves significant customer contact, primarily via phone and email, while working against ongoing deadlines. You will handle both scheduled tasks and case management, with tasks varying depending on the phase of the month.
First half of the month:

Receive and process supplier data from orders placed by end users in the portal (e.g., movie tickets, bicycles, salary exchange, cleaning services, insurance)


Ensure all data is accurate through checks and troubleshooting


Identify and resolve incorrect orders that cannot be processed


Manage payroll reports for users who have ordered from our suppliers


Second half of the month:

Troubleshoot and resolve incidents from customers’ finance departments, including reporting discrepancies between supplier and customer


Execute manual accounting entries and month-end closing tasks


Proactively identify improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and quality


Handle both simple and more complex cases


You will be part of a team, work closely with Benifex functions, and belong to the Delivery Nordics department.


What are we looking for? ????

Experience in an administrative back-office role with a customer focus, such as administrator, order administrator, payroll administrator, technical support, or a relevant higher education role


Fluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written


It is also a plus if you have advanced Excel skills, including experience with formulas, filtering, and Pivot tables. Experience in driving improvement projects or handling large volumes of data is also considered an advantage.

Role overview ????
As a Product Marketing Manager at Benifex, you will be the strategic bridge between Product and our commercial teams, ensuring that the value of what we build is clearly translated into compelling messaging, positioning, and go-to-market execution. You will take ownership of several key products and support them across all markets. Your work will include research, market insight, GTM strategy, enablement, and performance follow-up.  
This is a fixed-term role covering parental leave, starting in early May 2026 and running until August 2027. Conduct market analysis and competitive research to inform product strategy and positioning. 


Develop and refine product messaging and value propositions.

Role Overview ????
As a Project Manager (Pension & Insurance), you will play a central role in shaping Benifex’s benefits offering within Pension and Insurance. What are we looking for? ????

You have around 3–5 years experience in project management or similar within the insurance industry.

Experience working in the insurance sector, preferably at an insurance broker and/or insurance company.

Familiarity with insurance regulations in the Swedish market. While legal support is available, it is beneficial to have a foundational understanding.

Technical knowledge and interest.

Fluency in both Swedish and English.


Nice to haves:

Experience from working with financial products in a digital environment.

Role Overview ????

What are we looking for?
2+ years of experience in project management, SaaS solutions, or similar.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
Knowledge of how to interpret and use a project methodology.
Experience working directly with customers, preferably in B2B environments, with a genuine passion for creating value and building strong client relationships.
Intermediate ability to adapt the delivery method.
Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken, is required for this role.

Role Overview
As an Application Configuration Specialist, you will work closely with our clients and internal teams to configure, adapt and optimize our platform to meet client-specific needs in the Nordics. Requirements

Strong project management skills with the ability to structure and prioritize effectively.
Experience with stakeholder management and the ability to gather insights on products, tools, and priorities.

Experience in programming (preferably in Java, JSP, Python or C#)
Experience from system integration and have the ability to deal with large amounts of structured data with varying quality
Strong knowledge in Low Code Tool (preferably in NodeRed or Mulesoft)
Good knowledge in English and Swedish, both orally and written

About the role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be a key member of our support team, helping clients and suppliers with day-to-day inquiries. You’ll ensure every interaction is handled in a friendly, efficient, and professional way, leaving a lasting positive impression. Your may responsibilities will include:
Responding to client and supplier inquiries via phone, chat, and email with a professional and service-minded approach.
Managing receipt handling—reviewing receipts, contacting end-users for missing details, and ensuring accuracy.
Handling simpler cases independently, and escalating more complex matters to the right internal team.
Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Who we are looking for
To excel in this role, you’re collaborative and enjoy tackling challenges with a proactive, customer-focused approach. You have strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail, enabling you to handle customer cases efficiently and with care. Organized and adaptable, you manage multiple tasks at once while maintaining a high level of service. Your ability to work well with others and stay focused on delivering results helps create positive outcomes for both customers and the team.
Required qualifications:
1–2 years’ experience in a service-oriented role, ideally in a high-paced environment.
Strong skills in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word).
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
It's a plus if you have: Previous Customer Service experience.
Experience with Jira and/or Salesforce.
Good skills in Excel.

Are you passionate about building seamless technical solutions and ensuring smooth data flows? Join Benifex as an Application Integration Specialist, where you’ll help connect systems, applications, and processes across our international organization. As an Application Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of integrations between various software systems. Your work ensures data consistency, accuracy, and reliability, and directly contributes to the successful launch and maintenance of our client solutions.
This position requires a strong technical foundation, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You’ll be part of a team of Application Integration Specialists based in both Sweden and Lithuania, working cross-functionally within a squad that operates in sprints. In this role you will:
Configure, customize, and develop integrations using the Benifex platform, APIs, web services, and tools like Node-RED.
Scope, implement, and troubleshoot data transfers between systems.
Test integrations to ensure functionality and quality.
Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful deployments.
Maintain and improve integration solutions.

Personal attributes You enjoy working across teams and get energy from translating technical needs into scalable integration solutions. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a role with multiple points of contact, working closely with stakeholders across teams, both locally and internationally.
We also see that you have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Fundamental understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (e.g., Java, C++, .NET).
Proficiency in integration technologies, APIs, web services, and messaging protocols (e.g., SOAP, REST).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
