Job description
? Expense management: whole process of account payable, fixed asset management, corporate income tax and VAT booking, monthly closing;
? Clearing: SWIFT message handling, Nostro account maintenance;
? Loan settlement;
? Other daily operations and reports.


Basic Requirements
? University Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Economic, or relevant subjects
? Experience of working in an international company or environment, particularly knowledge about Chinese/Asian culture
? Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, speaking in Swedish is a plus

Job description
- Assist to update marketing progress, and provide the financial products and services of the bank for financing projects;
- Maintain relationship with existing customers, offer financial consultation, and explores additional business opportunity with existing customers;
- Provide loan and trade finance services towards corporate customers;
- Carry out daily transactions and completes the tasks and goals set by the team leader;
- Assist with credit analysis, annual review, risk classification, credit rating, and internal reports;
- Post loan management of existing customers, archive and document management;
- Understand, comply with and monitor the activities, if necessary, of all applicable laws and regulations regarding Anti-Money Laundering, Compliance and Bank Secrecy Act etc.;
- Conducts AML, CDD, ODD and KYC work following the business regulation;
- Report suspicious activities to deputy head/head, and/or Branch Compliance Officer when necessary.

Product Management
- Carry out the operations of trade finance and International settlement related business including external and internal communications, drafting internal reports and forms, internal system operations and daily management of all existing business in the team;
-Under the guidance of Parent branch, enrich the product offering in the branch with new products;
-Assist Customer Relationship Manager in marketing with providing professional information about the product to customers;
-Recruit customers for global match-making events arranged by Head office. Assist customers with registration and meeting arrangement;
Administration and Operations
- Assist with the monthly or yearly reporting and administration tasks in the team?
Compliance:

-Prepare relevant materials with related business for internal and external audit investigation and any regulatory checks. Assist with further rectifications;

-Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience
