The Opportunity
We are strengthening our Nordic Analytics team with a Pricing & CRM Analyst. This is a critical role on the commercial side of the business, driving new business growth and performance in sales.
In this role, you will be the enabler of success in our Tele and Partner sales teams by leveraging on our data insights. You will be responsible of our full Sales commission reporting, including the responsibility of data and technical setups of automated commission models in Salesforce, as well as producing custom reports in MS Excel. In addition to secure a timely and accurate reporting you will also develop the models to steer sales behaviors and adapt the models to changing needs in Sales.
In parallel you will also keep an eye on portfolio pricing and margin. In this area you will be working on various projects where you identify and implement pricing and revenue assurance potentials, mainly on existing customers. You will also take part in new product launches from pricing point of view.
You work in close collaboration with our Nordic Sales managers and KAMs, and based on their needs you take action. The role is a combination of hands on work and strategic thinking, with a mix of problem solving and Salesforce skills and an ability to understand the sales process and its different steps. You will also be working a lot with the local Nordic Salesforce development team.
Over time you will also take on CRM data analytics tasks outside of the sales commission area, conducting analysis and drive recommendations supporting our sales teams. This could cover areas such as lead generation, sales prospecting, marketing and sales performance.

About the team
The Nordic Analytics team is a small and hardworking commercial team with a history of generating strong growth for the business. We are based in Stockholm and currently consists of 4 people, all focused on improving the business based on data insights. We operate across all Nordic countries and all SMB sales channels to deliver on high set growth ambitions. We are given a high mandate to use the internal data to deliver on those ambitions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities?
Ensure timely and accurate commission reports to internal sales agents and external partners
Ownership of automated commission models in Salesforce, including proactively improve models to align sales behaviors in line with strategy and solving issues when needed
First point of contact for sales commission related questions and issues
Identify, implement and follow up on repricing and revenue assurance potentials on backbook portfolio
Drive pricing aspects of new product launches
Support the Sales organization with pricing expertise when needed
General sales and pricing performance reporting, based on CRM and BI data

The opportunity
You will provide our customers with top-class support, via telephone and email, within technical challenges and also guide them in financial solutions. At Worldline, we are eager innovators, so you must be flexible and forward-thinking, but never let it be to the expense of details!
The Customer Support team is one of the main contacts for our customers, so you must have outstanding communication skills and a burning desire to help people. Of course, delivering excellent Customer Service is your passion!

Your day-to-day responsibilities include
Find solutions to technical issues
Assist with new settings for the payment terminals and online payment solutions
Guide customers through installations and functions
Troubleshooting
Assist customers with questions regarding invoices and settlement reports
