To do's
As Credit Officer, You will join the Consumer Finance department, where we work on issues related to loans, credits and savings accounts for private individuals. Your duties will largely consist of the following:
– Credit assessment and granting of credit loans in accordance with the company’s current credit instruction.
– Provide service regarding the entire credit process towards our loan intermediaries and customers.
– Manage daily incoming and outgoing payments
– Manage savings accounts
– Management and monitoring of existing customers
As a Credit Officer you are part of a team of six people where your inputs are incredibly important in the team’s development and improvement work.


Are You the one?
We are looking for you who is service oriented, accurate and flexible. For this role, it is for sure your lovely personality that is most important. 
The phone is your main tool, so we are looking for you who are driven by good customer service.

I rollen som pre collection på Avida får du möjligheten att skapa dig bra erfarenhet av service och samtidigt få in en fot i finansbranschen. Som pre collection kommer du arbeta med telefon och mail som främsta verktyg och dina främsta arbetsuppgifter kommer vara:

* Kontakta och påminna kunder om deras fakturor
* Gemensamt med kunderna komma överens om en betalplan som fungerar för alla parter
* Svara och hantera inkommande mail
* Stötta kundtjänsten under sommaren och ledigheter

DIN PROFIL

Vi söker dig som är student och har ett par år kvar på utbildningen. Vi söker dig som vill ha ett flexibelt arbete och vill arbeta i en serviceinriktad roll. Vidare söker vi en kommunikativ person som gillar att ha kontakt med kunder och utveckla förhållandet därimellan. Har du tidigare erfarenhet av att arbeta med telefon som främsta verktyg ser vi det som väldigt meriterande.

In the role as Pre-Collection Officer, your main job will be to actively work with customers with payment difficulties to help them reach a sustainable solution. You will also be responsible for customer monitoring, administration and contact with the external collection agency in Finland.
At Avida there are great opportunities to participate in and influence the business. Part of your role will consist of working with the head of department, to build, develop and improve the processes linked to pre-collection.


Are You the one?
For this role, we are looking for those who have previous experience of pre-collection and / or collection business where you have worked close to the end-user/ consumer. To succeed in the role, you need to be solution-oriented, accurate and flexible.
We are looking for you who are comfortable in a role with many and varied contact areas and who is able to independently pick up solutions in relation to the demands placed on the business.
