Strong understanding of Power Systems and HV applications

Helios Nordic Energy AB utvecklar storskaliga solcellsparker inom Norden. Detta innefattar alla de moment som krävs för att parken slutligen kan byggas och driftsättas - markselektering, säkerställa mark-rättigheter, tillståndsförfarande med kommun och länsstyrelse, upphandling, förprojektering och försäljning av projekträttigheter. Affärsutvecklaren har en central och viktig del i bolaget då markförvärv är en förutsättning för att kunna utveckla projekt. Du kommer att arbeta med hela processen, från att identifiera och kontakta markägare till beslut om arrenderande av mark. Dina arbetsuppgifter
Syftet med rollen är att säkra ett växande och kontinuerligt flöde av mark för projektet. I rollen ingår bland annat att:
-Uppsöka kontakt med markägare för att etablera stora solcellsanläggningar
-Vårda relationer och vara delaktig i tillståndsprocesser
-Förhandla fram avtal med kund
-Samverka med projektavdelningen inför kommande arbeten
-Ansvara för, och stötta marknadskonsulter
-Tillsammans med övriga i teamet analysera och selektera vilken mark som passar för denna typ av projekt
-Omvärldsbevakning samt i samråd med VD utveckla markanskaffnings-strategi

Energy and Infrastructure Asset Management
Downing own and manage 440MW of energy assets across the solar, hydro, wind, reserve power, AD and storage sectors. A 18 strong dedicated team provide asset management services to energy the portfolio, spanning accounting and finance, data, operations and engineering. Supported by recent fundraising and widening investment mandates the asset management team is establishing a permanent office in Stockholm, Sweden. The small team (of three or four) will be fully integrated into the London team and will work across the energy portfolio, including having responsibility and oversight of the Nordic portfolio of hydroelectric and wind assets.
About the position
Responsible for the operational performance of the hydroelectric portfolio (based in Sweden and Norway). Through building relationships with contractors and advisors, the successful candidate will ensure effective long-term performance of the assets, including, but not limited to, dam and environmental safety, long term dam reinvestment and maintenance schedules, and generation planning and dispatch. Ensuring the best performance possible of the portfolio in terms of WHSE and QA/QC.
You have an interest in continuous improvements and in developing structures and processes for the assets. We look for an individual with responsible ambition and an unpretentious approach.
Key tasks
-Optimizing generation and returns across the Nordic wind and hydro portfolio.
-Support and enhancing the safety of stakeholders and enhancing local environments through the development of environmental plans.
-Stakeholder reporting regarding operational performance and showing an understanding of financial performance.
-Working with off takers and specialists to maximize revenue through the proper planning and forecasting of near- and long-term generation.
-Regular site visits, knowing the needs of the assets and feeding back required actions to the wider team.
-Identify potential process improvements with a focus on efficiencies and other possibilities to further improve the assets.
-Oversight of reinvestment and capital expenditure plans relating to operational hydro assets.
-Providing support and advice to the wider team and generally supporting team objectives.
-Initiating a PEP (Project Execution Plan) for the individual assets.

About the role
Your role will be focused on providing administrative support to our growing team and renewable energy activities in Sweden. Your main-focus will be to provide back-office support to the Land Organization and Management Unit, as well as act as Office Manager for the Stockholm Office. However, given the entrepreneurial and fast-moving environment, your skills will allow you to flexibly support other parts of the business, as required. You will report to the Country Manager for Sweden but work closely with the Head of the Land Unit to achieve your primary tasks. Your day-to-day tasks will primarily involve:
The preparation, filing and post-processing of land lease agreements and other agreements required during the development, construction and operation of renewable energy projects.
Coordinating with and taking accountability for existing outsourced administrative services in Sweden, which can be considered your team.
Office Management responsibilities for the Stockholm office, ranging from organising coffee or stationary orders and preparing refreshments for meetings, through to providing administrative support to other departments located in Stockholm (and everything in between).
Other ad hoc tasks may include things such as helping to organise all-company events, providing local administrative support to Fu-Gen senior management in liaison with the Executive Assistant, etc.

About you

About the position
• Supporting the successful management of the portfolio, including contractor compliance e., all scheduled maintenance activities are undertaken and that portfolio management systems are complete and accurate. You will work closely with the Portfolio Director and Portfolio Manager (as well as the London team) and support them in their day to day activities,as well as external service providers.
Key tasks
• Oversight of KPI variance analysis and proactive identification of issues affecting performance issues.
• Optimizing generation and returns across the Nordic wind and hydro portfolio.
• Support on regulatory, health & safety and environmental compliance across the Nordic energy portfolio. Maintaining relationships with advisors and ensuring all policies and regulations are appropriate and being adhered to.
• Onboarding new acquisitions into IT systems and asset management processes, including data collection and document organisation.
• Identifying, managing and resolving non- or low-level technical incidents.
• Ensuring complete and accurate record keeping, satisfactory completion of contract milestones.
• Support in the management of O&M contracts across the Nordic wind and hydro portfolio, by ensuring contractual compliance, monthly report review, measuring contractor performance and supporting tender processes. Acting as first point of contact with the O&M providers.
• Providing support to the wider team and generally supporting team objectives, including office administration.
Job specific requirements

• A five years experience of the renewable energy sector, or the energy power industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills and ability to present technical solutions clearly.
