Role Overview:
We are seeking a structured and service-oriented IT Customer Support Technician to provide initial technical support to end users and ensure efficient handling of IT-related incidents and service requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for IT support via phone, email, and ticketing system
Register, categorize, and prioritize incoming incidents and service requests
Perform initial troubleshooting related to hardware, software, user accounts, and network connectivity
Provide guidance and support to users in a clear and professional manner
Resolve issues at first contact when possible, according to established procedures
Escalate complex incidents to second-line or specialist teams when required
Document all actions, solutions, and relevant information in the ticket management system
Follow internal processes, SLAs, and IT security policies
Contribute to knowledge base updates and continuous service improvement



Qualifications and Skills:
Basic to intermediate knowledge of IT environments (Windows OS, Office applications, common business systems)
Understanding of hardware, peripherals, and workplace IT equipment
Experience with ticketing systems is an advantage
Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to tasks
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Customer-focused mindset with a professional and service-oriented attitude
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Do


We are seeking a person who can Script, develop, design and build solutions using latest tools and technologies. This role requires extensive hands-on software design, development skills, technical expertise of frontend and backend technologies and quality assurance in focus. You will manage all aspects of the software lifecycle with focus on design, testing, implementation, deployment and maintenance.




What's Required


? 5+ years of software and test development experience
? Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
? Ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas, thoughts, and opinions during requirements and design sessions with the development team
? Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills while understanding the scope and impact of your work
? Willing to take initiative, learn quickly and be able to adapt to shifting priorities is essential
? Lead by example in terms of code consistency, performance, robustness and intuitive APIs
? Excellent problem-solving skills and TDD (Test Driven Development) practitioner who believes in producing quality code.










Must Have Strengths and Skills


? 3+ years of experience of using .net/c#/Java and or python
? 3+ years of on-hands experience of front-end design, development and test with ReactJS, Html, CSS.
? Good knowledge and on-hands experience of DevOps tools such as Kubernetes and Docker or OpenShift.
? On-hands experience of working with AWS/Azure or GCP cloud services.


Nice To Have


? Certified DevOps/Developer/Solutions Architect
? Comfortable with Unix / Linux
? Experience with Atlassian products such as Bitbucket, Jira and Confluence
? Experience of designing and development of micro services.

Together with the team you will:
- Analyze and break down different functions of a product/service to testable requirements.
- Plan and determine if the solution is testable
- Design test cases and write test specifications
- Perform systemtests as well as functional and user acceptance testing.
- Provide feedback to the team on performed tests
- Demonstrate the results
- Log defects and follow-up on retests of defects fixes.
- Provide Test Manager and Project Manager with input for plan and strategy.


Who are you?
You like to work in an agile and fast paced environment. You have some kind of university education or diplomas. Experience from working in team and projects. You manage english both in speech and writing fluently.
