Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate leads for our solar panel installation services. You will be responsible for developing brand guidelines, creating advertisements, managing website design, executing promotions, and enhancing our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook and others.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives and target audience.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure consistent and compelling brand representation across all digital channels.
Design and produce engaging advertisements, both online and offline, to promote our solar panel installation services and reach our target audience effectively.
Collaborate with the web development team to manage and optimize our company website, ensuring it showcases our offerings and provides an excellent user experience.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives, to drive customer engagement and increase lead generation.
Manage and enhance our presence on social media platforms, particularly Facebook, through content creation, community management, and targeted advertising.
Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices, particularly in the renewable energy industry, and propose innovative ideas to enhance our online presence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Product Development, to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals.
Support the marketing team with administrative tasks, such as budget tracking, reporting, and project coordination.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Coordinator or similar role, preferably in the solar energy or renewable industry.
Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including social media management, content marketing, SEO, and email marketing.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and website analytics tools.
Familiarity with website design and management, including basic HTML and content management systems (CMS).
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Facebook, and experience leveraging social media for business growth.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling digital marketing content and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
