Your Role
As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical system designs and ensuring compliance with relevant standards, project specifications, and safety requirements. You will work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to develop efficient, robust, and innovative electrical solutions for industrial, plant, or building infrastructure projects.
Your role includes contributing to the full design lifecycle, from concept development to detailed engineering, documentation, and support during installation, testing, and commissioning.
Key responsibilities include:
Designing electrical systems including power distribution, control systems, lighting, grounding/earthing, cable routing, and protection systems.
Producing detailed engineering documentation such as single-line diagrams, load calculations, cable schedules, and equipment specifications.
Performing system analysis, technical evaluations, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to align technical requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Supporting installation, testing, and commissioning activities by providing technical guidance and reviewing as-built documentation.
Participating in design reviews, risk assessments, and troubleshooting during project execution.
Contributing to process improvements and standardization of engineering workflows and documentation.
Investigating and reporting technical deviations, ensuring timely corrective actions.

Your Profile

Qualifications:
Academic degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
Experience in electrical system design for industrial, plant, or building applications.
Strong knowledge of relevant electrical standards, safety practices, and regulatory requirements.
Experience with design tools such as CAD/CAE systems (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar).
Understanding of power distribution, grounding/earthing systems, cable dimensioning, protection coordination, and lighting design.
Ability to coordinate engineering interfaces and follow up on supplier deliveries from a technical and quality perspective.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer / Engineering Team Lead with a strong background in .NET, Python/Django, and Azure cloud technologies. The ideal candidate has experience leading teams, building scalable microservices, and working in agile environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using .NET (C#), Python/Django, and microservices architectures.
Lead cross-functional development teams, ensuring technical excellence and fostering collaboration.
Architect and deploy cloud-native solutions using Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS), Azure Functions, and other Azure services.
Optimize database performance using Postgre, Redis, and RabbitMQ to ensure high availability and efficiency.
Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar to streamline deployments.
Monitor system health using NewRelic, Azure Monitoring, and Application Insights to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Ensure best practices in cloud security, DevOps, and test-driven development (TDD).
Work closely with product managers, frontend developers, and DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.



Required Skills and Qualifications:
6+ years of hands-on experience in backend development with .NET (C#) and Python/Django.
Strong expertise in Microservices, gRPC, and API development.
Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services including:
Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS)
Azure App Service
Azure Storage Service
Azure Monitoring & Application Insights
Experience managing CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps.
Deep understanding of database management, including Postgre, Redis, and RabbitMQ.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe, Kanban) and test-driven development (TDD).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in high-availability, cloud-based SaaS environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Azure or related cloud technologies.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
