Key Responsibilities
Events & Engagement
*Plan and execute internal events (workshops, team-building, technical sessions) to foster culture and collaboration.

Your Profile
- 2+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or event management.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Marketing, PR).
- Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken) with exceptional communication skills.
- Project management prowess: Organized, proactive, and able to juggle deadlines.

We are looking for an engaged Electrical/Electronic Engineer to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of complex engineering projects. In this role, you will work with the full lifecycle of electrical and electronic systems, from design to implementation. You will collaborate cross-functionally and play a key role in driving projects forward.
Role Description
As an Electrical / Electronic Project Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing engineering projects related to electrical and electronic systems, including automation. The role involves both technical expertise and project coordination to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Job / Skills
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, develop, test, and implement electrical/electronic systems and components
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and analyses using relevant tools and software
Develop project plans including schedules, cost estimates, and resource allocation

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of complex industrial products. You will play a key role in designing mechanical components, creating 3D CAD models, and supporting manufacturing and verification processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-  develop and maintain 3D CAD models, assemblies, and technical drawings;

- design mechanical components and subsystems for complex industrial products;

- collaborate with manufacturing teams and suppliers to ensure designs are manufacturable;

- support verification, validation, and continuous improvement activities;

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO HAVE:

-  bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

-  minimum 4 years of experience in mechanical design within industrial or technology-driven environments.

-  strong knowledge of at least one advanced CAD system: CATIA, Creo (PTC), SolidWorks, or NX CAD.

-  experience with PLM systems, such as Teamcenter (Siemens), Windchill (PTC), or ENOVIA (Dassault).

-  ability to work in structured development processes with high-quality standards.

-  fluent in English.

We are now looking for an experienced Technical Director to lead, develop and strengthen ALTEN’s engineering organization in Sweden. In this role, you will set the strategic direction for the technical department, ensure profitable project delivery and support our customers and teams in building world-class engineering solutions.

As Technical Director, you will be responsible for the overall structure, strategy and performance of the engineering department. You will define and improve our service portfolio, drive operational excellence and ensure that our ways of working align with ALTEN’s international standards.

Du kommer att vara involverad i hela processen för mjukvaruvalidering och -verifiering inom områden som försvar och flyg, telekom med mera.

 

Dina dagliga arbetsuppgifter inkluderar:
Analysera krav och skriva testfall
Utföra automatiserade tester
Skapa testautomationsskript
Analysera resultat och rapportera buggar
