What We’re Looking For

Collaborate with distributors and partners to ensure brand consistency and operational excellence.



What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, brand management, or marketing — ideally within spirits, wine, or premium FMCG industries.

Your Role

Role Description
This is a full-time onsite Logistics Coordinator role at AliasSmith. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to distribution logistics, inventory management, supply chain management, and customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
In charge of processing incoming export, on- and off-trade orders, being responsible for the order until satisfactory clearance.
Maintain good communication with warehouses to ensure a high-efficiency level.
Sustain the supply chain for AliasSmith.
Ensure the inventory is updated and organized.
Develop and improve the logistic chain.
Support the operation of the logistic team.
Study alternative solutions to logistic problems.
Review forecast with the sales team.
Communication with the sales team to predict customer needs.
Control stock levels and maintain healthy stock levels in warehouses.



Skills and qualifications:
Analytical Skills.
Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Excellent software use of Excel & Outlook.
Experience with an ERP and WMS is desired.

You will work closely with the AliasSmith team as well as with the Finance, Communications, Sales and Logistics Development, and other teams to help out and synchronize work streams – ensure that things run smoothly across the company. You will have very varied duties as the Executive Assistant to the CEO. One moment you’ll assist in proofing texts, collecting and preparing information for meetings, composing and preparing correspondence both for internal and external purposes and, producing complex documents, reports, presentations, enquiring about customer satisfaction, following up on compliance with agreements, or assisting in negotiations, all as needs arise. You will also attend international fairs and events, meet customers abroad, and visit the producers in Mexico.
We will provide you internally with training and guidance on our systems, products, and industry so that you can manage your tasks. If you are ambitious and have the right profile, we will encourage you to take a leading role in the company.
Your Profile
Since our market is Europe/EuroAsia and most of our suppliers are from Mexico, you must be fluent in English and Spanish, and a great advantage if you speak Swedish. We expect you to be proficient in Microsoft tools like Excel and Word. The most important of your qualities are accuracy and an eye for detail, besides being an easy learner.
We believe you have a university degree. Nevertheless, you should be a structured, detail-oriented person with well-developed prioritization and problem-solving skills. You are prestige-less and like to have contact with customers and provide good service. You are positive, can handle many tasks simultaneously, are discreet, and knows how to identify and communicate sensitive information. You have a high level of integrity and excellent judgment. You like to work independently but also care about the group and contribute to a good atmosphere. Previous experience in project management is an advantage.

In order to create a solid business, we need assistance in the financial department. The job is primarily parttime but depending on your potential could be offered as a full-time job. The position starts as a project position with possibility of extension and permanent employment. You will work at our office at Odenplan, in central Stockholm.

Your Profile
We search for a skilled finance assistant with AAT qualification (or study towards) that will report into the CFO and will be responsible for processing high volume of expenses, invoices, supplier statement reconciliations and ad-hoc investigations along with managing relationships and resolving internal and external queries. We believe that you are a structured and careful person and have well-developed prioritization and problem-solving skills. You are prestige less and like to have contact with providers or customers and provide good service. You are positive and can handle many tasks simultaneously. You like to work independently but also care about the group and contribute to the good atmosphere.

Your duties
As Financial assistant in AliasSmith, you will play a very important roll participating in most activities the CFO over sees. The following list of duties is not exhaustive but gives a flavor of the duties the Finance Assistant undertakes:
· Matching and coding invoices
· Posting Daily bank transactions and performing reconciliations
· Ensuring suppliers are paid in a timely manner and resolving any queries
· Month end duties including bank reconciliations
· Credit control duties, chasing unpaid invoices
· Responsible for uploading and approving employee credit card expenses
· Responsible for posting monthly journal adjustments into our accounting software
· Assist with the year-end audit and liaising with auditors
· Assisting with the smooth running of the finance department
· Undertake additional ad hoc duties when required.

Your role – Key Account Management and Procurement-Assistant
Now when we are about to take the next step in our expansion, we need to strength our team with a colleague that can help us implement best practices in key account management towards Key Providers. In other words, we believe that you will become essential in the expansion helping in the overall communication to our providers, setting brand management strategies and implementing new routines to give the best service to our providers.

In your role, you will establish and implement Key account strategies, perform analyzes, report KPIs, and ensure budgets and objectives regarding sales, share and profitability targets both for our providers brands as well as our own. Your work is also to identify, realize and develop new potential portfolio collaborations. We expect the Key Account Management duties to require approx. 50% of the total employment time.

In the remaining time as CEO-assistant in AliasSmith, you will play a very important roll participating in most activities the Chief Procurement Officer oversees such as planning, negotiations, communication and executing parts of the agreements made. One moment you’ll assists proofing texts, enquiring customer and provider satisfaction, follow up compliance of agreements or helping in logistics, all as needs arise.
We will provide you internally with training and guidance on our systems, products and industry so that you can manage your tasks. If you are ambitious and have the right profile, we will encourage you to take responsibility for any of our projects.

You will be stationed in our office in Stockholm but expected to eventually travel to visit our providers and partners as well as clients and participate in various events and fairs.

Your Profile

The position we are offering is a full-time job starting ASAP with an initial probationary period of 6 months followed by an indefinite contract if the candidate is deemed suitable. Salary is on a fix month salary plus performance related bonus.

You will become an essential part of the team, holding a key-role in the expansion driving the relationship building and closure rate. You will be stationed in our office in Stockholm but expected to eventually travel to visit our clients, providers and partners as well as participate in various events and fairs.
First goal would be to enhance the sales in HORECA in Sweden.


Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you have a relentless drive for practical, applicable outputs. You simply love to sell and see that your efforts pay off. You probably have 4 - 6 years of proven experience working with sales and three or more of these years have been in the spirits industry but not a must.
As you will have contact with our European customers and represent foreign brands, proficiency in English is a pre-requisite and good knowledge in Spanish an advantage. As the company is based in Stockholm, knowledge of Swedish is also an advantage, but not a pre-requisite.
Other desired qualities include “out of the box” thinking, a strong work ethic and effective decision-making abilities. You should possess a university degree, but IT-fluency (CRM, ERP, Mass communication systems), analytical skills and gift of persuasion combined with the ability to learn easily are more important.
