Din huvuduppgift är att samordna fältservicetekniker på fältet ut till kund, beställningsprocessen.

Detta inkluderar bland annat att arbeta proaktivt med serviceplanering, beställa delar, skapa och följa upp offert och order. Du kommer att stödja både den svenska och den finska marknaden. Du kan också behöva stödja andra nordiska marknader när det behövs. Våra produkter är främst värmeväxlare, separatorer och decanters.

Din roll innebär samarbete över hela den nordiska serviceavdelningen och du kommer att vara en del av serviceteamet i Tumba. Du kommer att rapportera till Country Manager, Service division.

För att lyckas i den här positionen måste du vara kommunikativ och ha förmågan - och till och med - hantera mer än en sak samtidigt. Det är viktigt att vara en lagspelare inom organisationen.

Du har en "kan-göra" -attityd för alla situationer, ingen uppgift för stor eller för liten för att hantera.

Du måste också vara korrekt, strukturerad och ha en välutvecklad känsla för att upprätthålla relationer med kunder och andra inom serviceorganisationen.

Du är en samordnande profil med ett starkt kundfokus där du snabbt agerar på kundförfrågningar och förstår vikten av att agera korrekt och få saker gjorda.

Teknisk kunskap samt erfarenhet av Alfa Lavals produkter kommer att vara en fördel.

Vad du kan
Du måste även ha god kunskap om Microsoft Office-program och andra affärsrelaterade system.

What you know

You hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. You have worked with high standard of accuracy and have the ability to work under pressure to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Your background
* You have some years of experience from piping design and have a good understanding of different systems, materials, piping standards etc
* It is required that you have some years of experience from the food or life science industry
* You have experience from applicable standards and regulations, e.g. machinery directive and ASME BPE
* You have experience working with AutoCad, Cadison or other CAD-software
* Your English is excellent
* You have an interest of details without losing speed and ability to take decisions
* Your work approach is constructive, structured, and systematic
* You are a good technician with great networking capabilities who like to share your competence with your colleagues

The Portfolio Manager is responsible to secure a competitive total offering of products and services for target industries and customers.

Your key tasks will be to:
* Review and analyze the competitiveness of our HSS offerings from customer and industry needs, as well as sales and profitability performance

Finance Manager and Business Controller

About the job

This Management role will offer you both of that through being a part of the PureBallast and Oceanbird Management teams. Both these companies are 50/50 joint ventures owned by Alfa Laval and Wallenius but operated as independent companies. In the role, you will not only provide financial leadership, but also contribute to the strategic and business develoment.

AlfaWall PureBallast is preventing the spread of invasive species. PureBallast is the market leading provider of Ballast Water Management Systems to be retrofitted on all already sailing vessels and to be installed in all new built vessels. The company has sold some 5000 systems to the worldwide Ocean going fleet. The company has competence centers in Stockholm and Shanghai, and manufacturing in Aalborg and Qingdao.

AlfaWall Oceanbird aims at preventing contribution to climate change from shipping. Oceanbird aims at becoming the market leading provider of wind propulsion solution to the shipping industry and thereby contribute to the much-needed transition of shipping. The first installations are scheduled to be in operation on a transatlantic car carrier in 2025.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the shared Finance department of AlfaWall PureBallast and AlfaWall Oceanbird1 joint ventures
* Oversee the financial performance and operations with full accountability on the P&Ls; and Balance Sheets
* Develop strategic plans, support new business initiatives and identify and drive efficiency opportunities.
* Act as a strategic Business Partner to the Managing Directors and be an active member of the management teams.

Who you are

To succeed in this role, we believe that you need 5+ years of experience from a Finance manager or/and a Business Controller role. You have experience from working close to business development or sales processes. Experience from working in a manufacturing environment is a merit.

You are a strong team player who can formulate and understand business issues and significantly contribute to the management team tasks.

You are an action-oriented decision maker with a strong analytical and strategic business understanding. You have strong leadership skills to clarify priorities and create ownership and accountability. You have experience from working in an international environment and you always work with integrity.  

You have the ability to quickly go to the core of the problem, recognizing irrelevant details and conveying complex information clearly.

About the job

As our new financial controller, you will support the management team in the Marine Division in a broad variety of tasks. Your primary tasks are:
* Management accounting and reporting
* Support the Marine forecasting process
* Responsibility for financial and review templates for the division
* Cost control and cost allocations
* Develop and maintain support tools in the group (reporting dimensions, systems etc)
* Support the Marine IT road map from a financial flow and data quality perspective
* Ad hoc tasks and analysis, e.g., Strategic enabler follow-up etc.
* Be involved in M&A and support the financial integration of acquired companies

What you know

You have a master’s degree in finance or accounting with at a couple of years’ experience from, preferably a larger industrial organisation.

You are experienced within BI, Excel and you are strong with IT systems in general.

Engineering & Supply (E&S) at Business Unit High Speed separators integrate the key component, disc stack Separator, into a complete solution including piping, process components and controls that fits into the customer process. Our deliveries are both engineered to order and configured to order (pre-designed)

We are responsible for executing customer projects for food and life science applications and to maintain and develop our configured range of separator systems.

We serve such industries as Brewery, Beverage, Edible Oil, Biopharma & Industrial Fermentation and Ethanol, Starch & Sugar and many more.

About the job

As Engineering manager, customer projects, you will be responsible for a team of 15-20 engineers dedicated to deliver on our customer commitments. The team consists of mechanical, electrical and automation engineers. In addition, there is a technical documentation team. The direct reporting organization consists of a mix of direct reports, team leader and manager for sub organization.

Your main tasks:

Lead a team of dedicated professionals with the common vision to satisfy our customers. You will be interacting with the full E&S and Alfa Laval organization. You need to secure that we have a competent, well sized and agile engineering team.

What you know
* You hold a degree in Engineering at university level.
* You have a technical background and experience from working with customer projects.
* You are motivated by leading and developing people
* You have proven leadership experience.
* Experience from engineering and/or manufacturing of products and systems to the biopharma and food industry is meritorious.
* Potentially experience from consultancy management positions.
* Excellent communication skills and a team focused mindset.
* You are fluent in English.
* Your work approach is constructive, structured, holistic and systematic.

About the job

Engineering & Supply Business Unit High Speed Separators is responsible for engineering and delivery customer projects for separator systems to biotech, pharmaceutical, starch, vegetable oil, protein, brewery, biofuels and the beverage industry.

Your main tasks:
* Handling hardware design jobs independently according to the main PM instructions, delivering electrical drawings and specifications at the lowest possible net cost at the agreed time
* Carry out electrical and automation engineering which include electrical specification of complete process plants, calculations, hardware specification of electrical and control panels, necessary technical documentation
* Ensure cost optimization on projects by optimizing design, procurement etc.
* Stay up to date with new technology and tools and be able to implement if necessary.

What you know
* Degree in electrical engineering
* Some years of experience of technical design within an industrial construction group or a consulting company.
* Committed to project deliverables with systematic and structured working style
* Proactive approach to tasks and high motivation to solve customers´ problems to their satisfaction
* A team player who is ready to help and cover for colleagues
* High curiosity within the discipline and application area and eagerness to develop further
* You are a good technician with great networking capabilities, well-structured and service minded
* Experience from working with ePlan

Practicalities

The position requires approximately 15 travelling days per year and is based in Tumba, Sweden.
