Acne Studios is looking for a Regional Sales Coach to educate, coach and develop our store sales teams in excellence service, selling techniques, storytell and clientelling efforts. Our Sales Coach will be mainly responsible to follow-up the performance of our Scandinvian market where we operate with 16 studios in total located across Sweden, Denmark and Norway. The role also requires travel to other markets around the world when needed.

As a Regional Sales Coach, you will also participate in the development of training content, clienteling tools and sales strategies. You will lead all key supports needed to guarantee the right navigation of our CRM Platform. You will train our Client Advisors with the aim to cover all Clienteling opportunities in the shopfloor.

This is a temporary position covering a parental leave, starting from February 2020 and the role requires traveling 60% of the time. You will report to our Global Sales Coach & Clienteling Manager.

Primary tasks and responsibilities:


• Coach and train our store teams as well as Store Managers within our studios in sales, service & product
• Support store management team in how to drive business
• Proactively develop quarterly actions plans in order to improve KPIs and store business results
• Analyze the store sales key figures and identify needs/opportunities to cover
• Develop the company’s sales and service processes, trainings and tools
• Follow-Up Secret Shopper visits in your market and enhance the performance with your training actions
• Secure the company’s clienteling strategy and guarantee the strategic value behind it
• Be a role model in order to motivate and inspire our sales team to improve results and performance

Requirements:


• Solid management background/skills with at least 2 years of experience in service
• Fashion-Luxury Retail background with at least 2 years of coaching and experience of working with different cultures
• Experience from working with clienteling sales
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook

I rollen som A/P Coordinator kommer du ansvara för leverantörsreskontran inom ett antal bolag i koncernen. Rollen innefattar bland annat månadsavstämningar, faktura- och påminnelsehantering och support till intern personal och leverantörer både via email och telefon.

Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer främst att bestå av:

• Hantera leverantörsreskontra för dotterbolag inom koncernen för Acne Studios.

• Ansvara för olika konton inför månads- och årsbokslut

• Behandla och hantera påminnelser, betalningar samte-postmeddelanden / hantera samtal från både intern personal och leverantörer

• Övriga administrativa uppgifter inom finansavdelningen
