Gaston Luga is now looking for a new team member for our E-commerce Marketing team to focus on the Asian market. This is a full-time position located at our headquarters office in central Stockholm. A perfect position for you to start your career!
Your role will primarily be centred around online marketing and developing brand awareness for Gaston Luga in the assigned market. You will be required to take the initiative to develop an online strategy for brand recognition in the assigned market via various online channels with an emphasis on social media. You will be tasked with creating and maintaining relationships with key influencers including but not limited to; bloggers, social media influencers, press contacts, and management agencies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and develop product lines for Gaston Luga AB.
• Actively participates in the conceptual development of product lines (i.e., sells ideas/concepts and convinces others to adopt a course of action)
• Responsible for the entire product design process including market research, inspiration boards, designing, sketching, creating a design card, and working with all departments to ensure all information is communicated internally and overseas factory. Including visiting factories in China.
• Ensures that product is consistent with market trends as well as business strategy
• Know the competition, walk the floor, and anticipate new designs/ideas
• Ability to update best sellers and to reinvent next best seller product
• Understand price point Ability to structure and design high perceived value products with a price point in mind.
• Detail-oriented to ensure the quality of design and fit. Make sound judgments and make decisions using objective and subjective data.
• Partners with Sourcing to ensure designs meet pricing and margin requirements.
• Partners with Sourcing to find solutions to issues that may arise during production
• Researches trends and ideas. Writes reports to support the findings Keeps up with news, blogs, and fashion magazines on a daily basis. Researches current and develops future trends for color, silhouette, fabric, and trim.
• Designs new silhouettes along with clear detail sketches and interior sketches. Draws silhouettes and illustrations in Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Responsible for communicating design details through accurate detailed flat sketches
• Assign descriptive names, pattern numbers, color names, and color codes to all fabrics.
• Attends all fittings and actively participates.
• Updates sketches, and makes design comments for any style changes post fittings
• Ensures Bill Of Material / Trim sheets and summary sketches are accurate and updated as needed in PLM
• Work closely with the Product Coordinator/Developer to send out fabric developments, strike-offs, and lab dips.

Det är en bred och omväxlande roll som ska säkerställa att koncernen levererar högkvalitativ finansiell information i tid. Du är spindeln i nätet kring koncernens redovisningsfrågor och stöttar affärsområdena i dess rapportering till koncernen. Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:


• Driva och ansvara för koncernens redovisning och bokslut.
• Månadsavstämningar till styrelsen.
• Ansvarig för finansiell analys av koncernens resultat och finansiella ställning.
• Driva och utveckla KPI:er och övrig finansiell rapportering till styrelsen och VD.
• Ad hoc analyser avseende redovisning och finansiell analys.
• Vara delaktig i skattemässiga frågor.
• Bidra till utveckling och effektivisering av processer och rutiner inom ditt område.

Din Profil
Vi söker efter dig som är driven och har en god förmåga att se verksamheten ur ett helhetsperspektiv men även ha god förståelse för detaljerna. THE JOB
We are now looking for a Junior Art Director with strong digital competence who challenges and wants to be challenged in order to make a difference for Sudio's success in the best possible way.
You have an interest in understanding our business from a digital perspective. As a Digital AD, you actively participate in preparations and presentations. You should be aware of the new media landscape, be used to working completely channel-independent and be able to present creative solutions to traditional problems.
You should be strong in ideas and form with a focus on digital concepts. You will work with many different types of customers, in both B2B and B2C. You will support the existing creative team in realizing concepts in the digital channels.


ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone with one to two years of experience working in a similar role. Your Role

Responsibilities
Identify marketplace expansion opportunities in key markets and beyond
Learn and understand our business and competition, and do regular competitor and trends analyses on online marketplaces
Set up end-to-end processes for selling on online marketplaces, working with cross-functional teams across the world
Manage daily operations of all online marketplaces with cross-functional teams and external vendors, such as the coordinating and updating of stock/inventory, product listings, campaigns, ad creatives, prices, etc.



Success will be measured by the sales growth within marketplaces, organic sales, and awareness growth through online marketplaces such well as operational efficiency.

YOUR ROLE
Gaston Luga is now looking for a Junior E-commerce Marketing Associate focusing on the Polish market. This is a junior position, located at our headquarter office in central Stockholm. The internship will be compensated.
Your role will primarily be centered around online marketing and developing brand awareness for Gaston Luga in Poland. You will be required to take initiative to develop an online strategy for brand recognition in Poland via various online channels with an emphasis on social media. You will be tasked with creating and maintaining relationships with key influencers in Poland including but not limited to; bloggers, social media influencers, press contacts and management agencies.
This job offers you both freedom and responsibility. Hence you will be able to come up with your own strategies for gaining market exposure. You will be able to share best practice with your colleagues, but will also be responsible for your own actions.
