Our Creative Studio
The Creative Studio team is an inspiring group of creatives that develop, construct and execute the product communication and design process in its entirety, beginning to end. This includes everything from project managing and planning to creating concepts, initiating visual expressions, executing productions, and enhancing a beguiling flow of aspirational material for Oriflame's products in all channels — worldwide.
Simply put, we create and guide a vision for our products, supporting it with a flourish of content and inspirational words.
To strengthen our Global Photo & Video Production team we are looking for a Sr Retouch Manager. As a sr Retouch Manager you will lead and manage the Retouch team to create high quality retouched images that support the Global Creative Studio. You will ensure that the team delivers on brief, follow our brand guidelines and support our company strategy. You will also work hands on with advanced image retouching of models, products, compositions and textures for the Global Creative Studio.
What will you do?
Manage a team of 4 Retouchers
Initiate and drive development of the Retouch internal work processes.
Drive improvement of projects for the team.
Be the spokesperson and main contact for the team towards stakeholders in the
business.
Overall leadership and planning for the team’s work and direction, managing responsibility split between team and workload.
Coach, develop and grow the team.
Lead and manage Integrated Performance Management for the team.
Conduct and set up inductions and trainings for new colleagues in and outside
the team.
Ensure a close collaboration with the GCSs teams.
Work closely with the Art Director and Creative Manager in order to deliver high quality retouched images of models, products and final compositons.
Ensure that the images support the Oriflame brand, product brands and cultural differences of our markets.
Work effectively with montage of illustrations and Artwork, compositing, and color correction of raw photography, incorporating a strong familiarity with retouch of a wide variety of materials and textures.
Responsible for retouch brief templates together with Senior Retoucher.

You work well, both alone and in a creative team. You can communicate your ideas and solutions to your team and stakeholders.
You have a strong creative ability leading the retouch process, striving for newness and efficiency.
You have proven and extensive retouch skills, a combination of artistic qualities and technical knowledge.
As a leader and as a person you are structured and well organized manager with an good ability to prioritise when working on multiple projects in parallel.
To enjoy working in Oriflame you need to be an excellent team player with a positive and flexible attitude.
You can articulate your ideas to internal stakeholders with passion and persuasion. You are able to take and give feedback in meetings and use it to lift the project to a higher level.
Qualification & Experience
Must have:
Great experience in leading processes within creative projects
Minimum 5 years' experience working as a retoucher
Outstanding Photoshop skills
Good knowledge of the entire Adobe Creative suite
Knowledge in creating gif’s and stop motion
Good knowledge in the fundamentals of photography
A good knowledge of prepress, graphic work flow and printing processes
Native Russian speaker
Ideally have:
Experience working in censhare
Experience of working with 3D, videos or animations
Knowledge of InDesign
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
