- Supporting the Senior Manager in efficiently managing agency-related projects from initiation to completion. This entails ensuring project delivery on time, within budget, and according to the defined scope and quality standards, coordinating resources, managing risks, and maintaining communication with key stakeholders.
- Leading and driving improvements in areas such as agency performance management, agency selection and contracting, operational systems and processes, and market intelligence support.
- Managing systematic approaches to generating, developing, and evaluating new strategic issues to build a better ecosystem both in the agency and Wallenius Wilhelmsen (WW) office through brainstorming, workshops, and meetings.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders across business units/teams in WW and agencies to drive further improvements and changes.
- Conducting risk management for agencies in relation to governance, compliance, environment, social responsibility, and WW reputation.
The accountabilities for these positions include:
- Overall Agency Management: Serving as the primary contact for agents and an internal advisor for global and local discussions on agents. Supporting strategic discussions and decisions at the Executive level.
- Agency Performance Management: Mapping out the current agency network, reviewing performance management metrics and tools, driving for improvements, and supporting agency audits and governance/compliance-related issues.
- Agency Selection and Contracting: Reviewing and improving the existing selection processes and contract terms, engaging with agency renewals and new selections with relevant teams.
- Agency Operational Process and System: Evaluating agent service delivery, reviewing remuneration systems, driving cost-saving and efficiency initiatives.
- Strategic Study and Recommendations: Identifying and developing potential strategic agency partners, studying optimal office network footprints, and recommending solutions for the Executive team alignment and approval. - Agency Intelligence Support & Others: Setting up market intelligence and insight reporting channels, managing WW brand and reputation.

The ideal candidates will possess:
- Solid industry knowledge and experience in Shipping and Logistics, understanding business models, service networks, and customer profiles.
- Good knowledge and experience in managing agency ecosystems, operations, and processes.
- Strong competence in working in complex, multicultural environments with good cross-functional leadership.
- Good analytical finance acumen for evaluating data, assessing complex issues, and making informed business decisions.

Eukor is looking for a Voyage Operator to join its international team in Stockholm.

Role description
You will have the overall responsibility for the planning and execution of voyage scheduling with the objective of maximizing profit for your trade.

Responsibilities

• Set-up standard schedules for the trade considering product requirements /commercial constraints.
• Optimize voyage cost, such as bunker, port and labour costs
• Allocate time slots for coastal and deep sea legs within agreed time and cost parameters.
• Continuously review and coordinate schedules with main stakeholders: VOs from previous / next trade, tonnage allocation and vessel masters.
• Be the main point of contact and first escalation point to vessel masters for the duration of the voyage, during coastal rotation and during sea passages till handover to next trade.
• Identify constraints and areas of improvement and challenge Capacity Management, Tonnage Allocation, Operations and Commercial departments where necessary.
• In any event of vessel / cargo accidents and/or strikes in ports, manage the situation and report to relevant parties.
• Check the feasibility of berthing and the port cost analysis of a port outside our regular service/product.

• Requirements and personal skills
• You have earlier maritime experience with a passion for the Shipping business. Experience within the RoRo industry and/or hands-on nautical experience is particularly advantageous. You are able to prioritize work tasks, have a sense of urgency, work efficiently and be well organized under pressure.
• We think you have strong analytical and decision-making skills, have attention to detail and are able to work independently as well as being part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• General computer competency (office programs).
