I rollen som produktionstekniker hos Aroma är du tillsammans med en kollega ansvarig för att underhållsplanen efterlevs för att minimera tiden för potentiella avbrott.
I dina arbetsuppgifter ingår felsökning, problemlösning samt koordinering av maskinernas service-, reparation-, underhåll- och installationsarbete.
Du har en god teknisk förförståelse och är duktig inom mekanik. Du roterar mellan olika arbetsmoment och du har ett öga för vad som behövs göras i rätt prioriteringsordning.

About the team
Our team is growing and we are now looking for two permanent Junior Product Developers. The Junior Product Developer reports to the Product Manager and works closely with the Product Developer.
As part of the Product Team, you will play a pivotal supporting role in driving the product development process from the initial design concept through to commercialization.
The role gives you an opportunity to play a central part in the product creation process at GANT within the apparel department. It is crucial that you have a good basic understanding of fabrics, trims & high-quality production level, as well as a clear passion for product together with a sharp commercial eye. You will be part of an international team that is driven by the mindset of ‘Never Stop Learning.'
Responsibilities
Interact daily with Designers, Product Developers, Graphic Teams, Sourcing & Technical Department & Global Vendors
Support in creating a competitive assortment and updating internal systems to reflect the collection changes & updates
Support in making sure that internal development processes are being followed, communicated and understood by all involved parties.
Support in sample handling and development of products in the right quality, price and at the right time.
Support in communicating clear product specifications to vendors and understood, ensuring vendors are able to meet the requirements in-line with Gant Global Product Standards.
Support in sourcing of fabrics, yarns and trims that are in line with the product design brief and category range plan.
Follow and act up on test reports of materials and final samples to ensure a high-quality standard across the products.
Support the development of garments in the most sustainable way.



Your skills
University degree in textiles or related
Fluent in written and spoken English is mandatory
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google, Excel, Word & all Google Related Docs
Ability to work at a high-paced work level in order to meet strict deadlines and maintain flexibility

About the role
GANT is now looking for an experienced Global Technical Director to join our Technical team and drive the next phase of our Technical Transformation. The role will be based in our Swedish HQ but you will lead the Global Technical team.
We need a proven leader who has strong communication skills together with a concise knowledge of both manufacturing and Garment Technology gained offshore and through frequent travel to the supply base.
Pattern knowledge coupled with fitting and construction expertise as well as a clear understanding of “best sealing process” to deliver consistent fit and premium quality.
A clear understanding of “Best in Class” technical process within a global setting and experienced in implementing change progression Digital awareness is a must, with knowledge of the latest Quality and Fit solutions out there! Trims and packaging also sits under this role giving the Technical Director complete ownership of the product quality.

Your skills
As a leader, you should promote a positive and enthusiastic team environment. You will be responsible for cascading strategic initiatives to direct reports and empowering team members to drive the business forward.
You should have at least 20yrs experience in the industry with a strong Technical background, previously operating at Head of Garment Technology or Technical Director level
Proven experience directing a large, successful, global team from both a Quality Assurance and Garment Technology perspective.
High level of Technical fit experience, coupled with sealing best practice and customer focused knowledge of markets
Solid understanding of manufacturing with an ability to review and correct technical processes at a factory level
Strong capability to resolve all technical issues, delivering solutions and corrective action plans
Knowledge of global testing requirements for all countries, including China
Strong English Language skills, both written and spoken
Strong communication capabilities
Change management experience in and capabilities to deliver the plan
Bachelor’s or master’s degree within relevant field
