Job Description
As a Sr/Jr Pattern Maker at this assortment, you will work with diversified silhouettes, different kind of qualities and fun details. Working at the Kid's Assortment you will specialize in the fit and pattern making aligned to the children’s growing bodies. You get the chance to be creative and enjoy the challenge of working with kid´s collection. We have come far in the digital journey and work in a fast pace to capture the needs and wants for our exciting ever-changing young customer.
The Senior Pattern maker is accountable for creating desired silhouette and maintain good fit in all sizes (2-14 + Years), always with the customer in focus. Together with the product team, you are securing sustainability and profitability when creating the collection.
The Junior Pattern maker supports the Senior Pattern maker in the above tasks.
You will both work with diversified silhouettes, different jersey qualities, and fun details.
You will both specialize for the pattern creation adjusted to the growing developing body of kids and how children’s safety is used and considered.
The Senior Pattern maker is accountable for creating, updating, and communicating correct fit and size technical package based on design goals, our customer, fit and size strategies, product type and timeline throughout the product development.
The Junior Pattern maker supports the Senior Pattern maker in the above tasks.

Qualifications
We are looking for a driven and flexible Senior and a Junior Pattern Maker, who love Kid’s fashion and want to develop and secure best fit and quality for our customer. We believe you are visionary, like to inspire and involve the team to work towards common goals within sustainability, creativity, inclusion & diversity
Degree within Pattern Making
+ For the Senior role: 1-3 years minimum of work experience
High knowledge working with patterns, fit and technical solutions
Knowledge working in 3D CLO or other 3D systems is meriting
Have a good eye for size & proportions and basic knowledge of grading?and body
Knowledge of materials and fabrics, production process and how garments are made
Creative problem solver
Customer centric mindset with clear understanding of the target customer
Self-reliant and independent but also a true team player
Effective and structured
Flexible and adaptable
Prestigeless and humble

Our customers are fashion-conscious young women between the age of 15 to 21 that flock to Divided for clothing that expresses the most current in fashion. All?products?are?to be in line with the division’s trends and keys?to?build?a strong assortment that will be sold in all our sales countries – all over the world.




Job Description


As Pattern Maker you will work in close together with the product team to create the best products for the Divided customer. In the product team you will work in close collaboration with Product Developers, Designers and Product Manager, driving the product development in a responsible way with sustainability and profitability in focus.?Your responsibility will be creating the best fit, size and silhouettes for our target customer and work actively with production to find efficient and sustainable solutions. This includes driving a clear and relevant size, fit & silhouette strategy for the target customer, and identify, evaluate and act on how materials will affect fit and silhouette. You constantly follow, identify and react on assortment opportunities and risks, based om selling, customer insights, feedback and surrounding analysis together with the team.




Qualifications


To be successful in this role, we believe that you have previous experience working with knitwear. You have a passion for fashion and the Divided customer, seeing all the opportunity for creativity and innovation this this category allows for. You thrive in a fast-paced environment with a lot of responsibility and a sustainability mindset is something that drives you. We believe you can find new ways of improving existing and new technical details, shape, and fits. Further, we believe you:
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Pattern Maker in knitwear
Have a?degree in pattern making, sewing and design courses
Skilled in Shima and Lectra Expert
Previous experience working in 3D CLO or other 3D systems
Are passionate about working with patterns, fit and technical solutions
Have a good eye for size & proportions and knows grading
Good knowledge?of yarns and materials
Can “think outside the box” and be a visionary for the concept
Like?to guide, involve, and inspire the team
Always see possibilities, improvements, and simple solutions- Growth mindset

This is a full-time temporary position for 11 months with possible extension, placement in Stockholm.
