I denna roll blir du en nyckelperson i att stötta verksamheten i miljö- och hållbarhetsfrågor. Du ansvarar för att utveckla och förvalta kundens miljöledningssystem, säkerställa efterlevnad av lagar och krav samt vara kontaktperson gentemot myndigheter vid inspektioner. Du får möjlighet att arbeta nära deras lokala verkstäder, bidra till att minska deras miljöpåverkan och öka medvetenheten kring hållbarhet inom organisationen.

Ansvarsområden
Förvalta och utveckla företagets miljöledningssystem (inkl. ISO 14001och ISO 50001)
Stötta kundens verkstäder och interna projekt i miljö- och hållbarhetsfrågor
Vara kontaktperson gentemot myndigheter, kommuner och andra intressenter
Säkerställa lag- och kravuppfyllelse genom självutvärderingar och rapportering
Internrevisor för kvalite, arbetsmiljö, miljö och energi


Kvalifikationer
Har relevant eftergymnasial utbildning inom miljö, naturvetenskap, hållbar utveckling, teknik eller liknande, samt erfarenhet av att arbeta med miljöledning, gärna enligt ISO 14001 och 50001
Har minst fem års relevant yrkeserfarenhet och är van att arbeta självständigt med ansvar för att driva och utveckla miljö- och hållbarhetsfrågor i en operativ verksamhet
Har mycket god kunskap om gällande miljölagstiftning, föreskrifter och hantering av kemiska produkter, samt hur dessa tillämpas i praktiken
Känner till interna styrande dokument och ledningssystem inom miljöområdet, och har erfarenhet av att arbeta med processer, instruktioner och myndighetskontakter
Har förmåga att kommunicera, utbilda och engagera andra i HSE frågor – både muntligt och skriftligt, på svenska och engelska
Innehar B-körkort, då resor till våra verkstäder ingår i tjänsten

As a Principal Engineer for Quality Operations, you are to provide expert input in scoping and driving the implementation of quality standards and processes globally. You’re working closely with the needs of operations regarding quality standards and providing expert input to strengthen and secure the quality setup in our revolt factory in Skellefteå. The function also needs to secure the recertification of the ISO standards for the Revolt Västerås organization.
Key responsibilities
Be the principal engineer that guides and drives activities needed for achieving the necessary quality standards to reach a quality operations organization.
Act as an intermediary between all stakeholders inside revolt organization and external parties.
Drive root cause analysis for high impact problems, assist in issue resolutions with crossfunctional team for solutions.
Analyzes opportunities for optimization, time, cost, and resource-saving in work and material flow in Quality.
Implement, improve and maintain high housekeeping standards across the organization.
Take responsibility for establishing an excellent working culture with the stakeholders involved to achieve a high level of engagement, and a positive attitude making things happen with good team spirit.

Requirements
Degree in MSc/ MEng in engineering field or BSc if working experience can compensate for the lack of master’s degree.
20+ years of experience in Quality systems, reliability engineering, failure analysis, test, quality, or service engineering
Own leadership and coordinating skills in a highly flexible and frequently changing environment.
Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 , ISO 14001 and other relevant standards for recycling of battery materials and process industries
Experienced in implementing quality management systems and standards
Experienced in quality improvement and problem-solving tools such as six sigma, 8D etc Specific skills
As a principal engineer it is a must to have 10+ years management experience from quality organizations to understand stakeholder management and business needs.
Knowledge of quality management systems, e.g. ISO 9001, IATF1694, IQC (incoming quality control), PQC, (Product Quality Control), OQC (Outgoing Quality Control). • Highly knowledgeable around 8D and quality troubleshooting tools and in problem-solving and process optimization

Responsible for receiving and analyzing incoming materials, product intermediates and finalized products for Research & Development and Production using a range of analytical instruments according to set work instructions.
Key Responsibilities including but not limited to the following:
Perform testing of all routine control plan inspection items including some special requests analyses using a variety of laboratory instruments.
Execute work instructions accurately and follow protocol.
Report data/results as instructed, and take correct actions when results are found to be out of specification.
Able to troubleshoot basic problems arising on the instruments, utilizing the help of senior personnel for more major issues.
Understand the fundamentals of method development and validation and participate in the execution side.
Execute method improvement plans; help write and update standard operating procedures as needed.
Perform regular (daily, weekly, monthly) preventive maintenance on instruments as instructed by instrument owner.
As required, take on equipment ownership responsibility including:
Ensure consumables, chemicals and other tools required for the instrument are in stock and ordered on time.

About the job

About you

About the job
We are looking for you who have experience from the process or the chemical industry. In your role you will be developing, defining and implementing the inspection methods for evaluating the incoming details, intermediate and final products for our Production. Furthermore, you will a part of developing quality standards, procedures and documentation associated with the manufacturing inspection techniques. This includes sample analysis, sample retention, standards management, raw material qualification, outsourced testing, material characterization, inventory management and document management.
You will have an important role in the development of our QC Lab and will get the opportunity to join a start-up team in one of the most exciting and fast-growing industries today. To succeed in the role, you should be flexible, driven, structured and can act decisively. You are pedagogical and have the ability to arouse commitment. You will be working in a cross-functional team and will be reporting to the QC Manager.
About the team
You will be an important member of the Revolt Ett QC team. In your role you will be ensuring that quality standards are followed throughout the production. Your main responsibilities will include following up on shift quality performance and continuously look for improvement. You and your team will be developing, defining, and implementing the inspection methods for evaluating the incoming details, intermediate and final products for Revolts production. Furthermore, you will be reviewing quality data, Measurement System Analysis studies and work with the R&D team to evaluate and compare product quality including participating into Root Cause Analysis.
The QC Lab team should be the experts, having experience in measuring methods, potentially advanced Destructive and Non-Destructive Testing methods and instruments. You and your team will play an important role to support the Production teams in measuring and improving our product quality.
In general, you have strong analytical background and a long experience in quality control with different measuring & inspection techniques and work independently with a good sense of responsibility and commitment and are used to structure your work in an efficient way. Specifically, you have a deep understanding of working and cooperating cross-functionally in a multicultural environment together with our Process team, R&D and Production. You will be based at Revolt Ett in Skellefteå.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Together with your team start-up of first measuring methods and instruments.
Develop and document methods and procedures for quality measurements of incoming details and production intermediates.
Run testing on a range of instruments and report data/results.
Work across many parts of the organization, collaborating with R&D technical team, Process engineering, Supply Chain, IT & automation.



The person we are looking for is a team player, curious and eager to learn. A background within battery, materials testing, materials science and materials engineering is very good to have. Especially the ability to manage method development and experience with validation.
