Job Description
As the E-Commerce Manager for Europe at & Other Stories, you will be responsible for executing the global strategy and driving profitable growth across our online channels. You will lead the development of the customer offer and brand experience, ensuring alignment across all touchpoints. Your role will be central to optimizing the digital customer journey, increasing sales, and enhancing the overall online experience.
Your Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Execute the global strategy to drive profitable online channel growth across Europe.
Continuously improve and innovate the e-commerce experience to optimize selling.
Steer daily site operations and optimize the customer offer through customer, web, and sales analysis.
Monitor and evaluate digital marketing performance in collaboration with the local marketing team, Media, and CRM teams.
Provide insights on customer shopping trends to identify growth opportunities.
Drive unique digital activities in collaboration with other departments.
Responsible for sales and profit projections in partnership with the Online Business Controller and Head of Merchandising Online Europe.
Optimize the P&L (topline and bottom line) and update forecasts and budgets.
Follow up on KPIs and take action to drive performance.

You will collaborate with the Digital Marketing team, Global E-commerce team, Merchandising, and Local E-commerce Managers. Together, you will ensure a seamless and commercially strong online experience for our customers across Europe.

A broad business and digital background with experience in digital development and sales optimization.
Proven experience in e-commerce and digital, preferably within fashion and with an omnichannel mindset.
Demonstrated success in increasing online sales and improving digital customer experience.
Strong visual and customer-centric approach to digital merchandising.
Genuine interest in digital growth and technology, with knowledge of the latest developments and functionalities.
Strong leadership skills and experience in leading and developing teams.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This is a full-time position for a maternity cover of 11 months based at our Head Office in Stockholm Kungsholmen

In this role, you will be able to take advantage of a hybrid working arrangement. You will have the flexibility to work both remotely and from the office. While remote working is part of our offer, approx. 4 days per week office presence is required to foster strong collaborations and teamwork.
