Stillfront is now recruiting an ambitious Business Analyst to the finance team. Considering the strong growth journey ahead and the challenges that it entails, Stillfront Group is now looking to recruit a person who will match the future needs of the company. You will play a crucial role in the development of the business intelligence and finance function at group level and work closely with the studios globally. In this position we are looking for someone who thrives in a high performing, fast paced and international environment. Your responsibilities include building and supporting the development of the existing BI tool “Stillscreen” and support the finance team with other areas of analysis and project. The office is based in Stockholm and in this position, you will report to the Manager Business Control and Treasury but will work closely with our Head of BI/ Senior Business analyst. Your challenges

- Improve Stillfronts analytics capabilities through expanding Stillscreen and its use cases, as well as developing a deep understanding into the key drivers of the business
- Interact directly with IR/CEO/CFO/COOs/M&A to identify, lead and deliver business analyses that include both internal and external perspectives
- Support business control with ad-hoc analysis, forecasting and budget process

External qualifications

- For this position, we are looking for a person with an academic degree in finance or an engineering/physics degree.
- You have at least 3-5 years of experience from working within finance, business control and/or data analytics or similar with a strong interest of focusing your future career on data analytics and business intelligence.
- If you have experience of reporting and presenting information to senior management, it is seen as a merit.
- We also see that you have the ability and interest in dealing with large sets of data and it is seen as a plus if you are familiar with or similar query languages. You are an advanced Excel user and you are fluent in Swedish and English.

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Office of General Counsel Team in Europe. This Team consists of Surveillance, Legal and Compliance teams located throughout the Nordic and Baltic region.

In this role, you will support the Managers and the Team of approximately 80 people. You will support the Team on day-to-day tasks, including managing meetings, document flows, filings, web management, coordinating with vendors and more. Additionally, you will focus on process and project management within the team.

The Best-Suited Candidate:

Approximately 5 years of experience within administration
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Highly organized and structured in order to handle multiple tasks
Approachable, collaborate well with team members and can work well independently
Have high attention to detail
Have high level of integrity
