Financial Lines Claims Handler, Sweden
Zurich is one of the most specialized insurance companies within non-life insurance for local and international business in the Nordic market. Our Nordic Claims department works with a wide range of claims within different Lines of Business for Customers in Nordic as well as in the rest of the world. We are now looking for an outgoing and positive person to join our Claims team as a Financial Lines Claims Handler located in Stockholm.

In your role as Claims Handler you will independently handle medium to large and complex claims in the most effective, proactive and efficient way whilst delivering excellent claims service supporting both the customer and Zurich.

Job tasks:
· Handle Financial Lines claims including primarily Professional indemnity, Directors & Officers Liability and Crime
· Investigate and evaluate policy coverage, liability, represent the insured and negotiate with the claimant
· Communicate with all stakeholders, such as customers, brokers, claimants, experts, underwriters and claim colleagues. The job includes regular contact with regional and global referral points

Qualification & competencies:
· An academic degree in Law
· Experience within the insurance market, preferably within claims
· Ability to deliver excellent customer service
· Proactive and innovative approach to claim solutions
· Problem solving, decision making and judgment skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish are required

Liability Claims Handler, Sweden

We are now looking for an outgoing and positive person to join our Claims department in Sweden as a Liability Claims Handler.

As a Liability Claims Handler, you will handle all kinds of liability claims across the Nordic countries. The claims handling consists of gathering relevant evidence and information to accurately investigate the liability, assess the value including recognizing potential fraud and recovery indicators.

We are focused on a proactive and efficient claims handling and aim to deliver an excellent claims service supporting both our customers and Zurich. Communication with stakeholders, such as customers, brokers, claimants, experts, underwriters and claim colleagues is an important part of the job. In this role you will have regular contact with our regional and global referral points.

Qualifications and skills:
· A few years of experience as a Liability Claims Handler. Experiences in other lines of businesses is a plus
· Excellent technical knowledge along the claims handling core processes
· Working with international claims handling is a plus
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English are required, other Nordic languages a plus

Qualifications:
