Financial Lines Claims Handler, Sweden
Zurich is one of the most specialized insurance companies within non-life insurance for local and international business in the Nordic market. Our Nordic Claims department works with a wide range of claims within different Lines of Business for Customers in Nordic as well as in the rest of the world. We are now looking for an outgoing and positive person to join our Claims team as a Financial Lines Claims Handler located in Stockholm.

In your role as Claims Handler you will independently handle medium to large and complex claims in the most effective, proactive and efficient way whilst delivering excellent claims service supporting both the customer and Zurich.

Job tasks:
· Handle Financial Lines claims including primarily Professional indemnity, Directors & Officers Liability and Crime
· Investigate and evaluate policy coverage, liability, represent the insured and negotiate with the claimant
· Communicate with all stakeholders, such as customers, brokers, claimants, experts, underwriters and claim colleagues. The job includes regular contact with regional and global referral points

Qualification & competencies:
· An academic degree in Law
· Experience within the insurance market, preferably within claims
· Ability to deliver excellent customer service
· Proactive and innovative approach to claim solutions
· Problem solving, decision making and judgment skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish are required

Travel Claims and Accident & Health Handler

Our Nordic Claims department works with a wide range of claims within different Lines of Business for Customers in Nordic as well as in the rest of the world. We are now looking for an outgoing and positive person to join our Claims department as a A&H and Travel Claims Handler located in Stockholm.

As a Travel Claims handler, you will handle travel related claims. Communication with customers by telephone and email is a major part of the claims handling process. Claims handling includes receiving and registering claims, investigate them and pay out compensation. You will be responsible for all aspects of the Danish claims handling and also be part of the team with the handling of Swedish claims and customer service. The working hours vary, and you might be scheduled to work evenings on a regular basis.

When needed you will independently handle different kind of A&H claims in the most effective, proactive and efficient way whilst delivering excellent claims service supporting both the customer and Zurich. Investigate and evaluate policy coverage, liability, represent the insured and negotiate with the claimant. You will communicate with all stakeholders, such as customers, brokers, claimants, experts, underwriters, and claims colleagues.


Qualification & competencies:
· Service minded with the ability to deliver excellent customer service

· Fluent in Danish, and solid Swedish as well as English skills

We are now looking for people having a driven, positive and engaging attitude to join our Nordic organization as a Senior Risk Engineer within Property. You will formally belong to our Stockholm office, but the position can be placed remotely elsewhere in Sweden.

As a Senior Risk Engineer, you will:
· Identify, assess, and improve the risks of our customers - large and mid-size Nordic and international companies in the Nordic region.
· You will have technical customer responsibility and work in close co-operation with our Underwriters, Claims Handlers, Relationship Leaders and Customers.
· You will have account engineering responsibility.
· You will do risk assessments in the field.
· You will do desktop assessments for prospect accounts.

Besides traditional property engineering you will have the opportunity to:
· Develop yourself within Construction Engineering performing desktop assessments and assessments in the field.
· Join one of our Global Technical Committees.

Qualifications:
· Solid experience from working as a property risk engineer at a broker or an insurance carrier
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Fluent Swedish.
· Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering or risk management

· Good presentation skills
