About the job

You will be delivering everything mostly e-commerce parcels. The shifts take place in the evenings.

You will start your shift from one of our city hubs (Östermalm, Södermalm, Kungsholmen and Solna). From here you will be riding on the coolest of four-wheeled electrical cargo bikes around the city center of Stockholm.

This contract is a 0h contract where you decide when and how many shifts you want to work. You will be scheduled based on your performance and shift availability. The only requirement is that you request at least one shift per week where each shift is 3-6 hours long.





Requirements:

- Have Coordination/Personal Number issued by Skatteverket

- Have a well functioning smart phone you can use for work

We operate as a last mile delivery provider through our own e-cargo bikes. Today we operate in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö and Copenhagen, with more cities to come. We have a headquarters of 30 people, about 300 riders and a rapid growth. What You will do:

- Excellent programming and troubleshooting skills in JavaScript and TypeScript

Your responsibilities include:
Creating a strong recruitment strategy which can generate high quality applicants each week
Monitor digital spend and performance, and continuously improve our communications
Conduct high-energy interviews with potential candidates
Keep our recruitment flowing, controlling all parts of the funnel from outreach to onboarding
Train, coach, and motivate riders along with your team



We are looking for someone who:
Has a background in people or marketing (university education or work experience)
Has experience in a start-up or similar fast-paced environment
Can speak Swedish and/or English
Can work independently and collaboratively
Can fix issues as they arise, and a quick problem-solver
Is comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities
Has a positive and energetic personality, so you make everyone's working days fun every day

Arbetsuppgifter

Rollen är bred och du kommer stötta upp Community teamet i alla delar. Du kommer bland annat:

- Arbeta med hela rekryteringsprocessen. Allt från screening och urval till intervjuer och avtalshantering
- Genomföra utbildningsdagar
- Hantera löner
- Hjälpa till med schemaläggning
- Hantera supportärenden från våra anställda giggers
- Genomföra events
- Vara delaktig i diverse projekt inom HR-funktionens delar


Vi söker dig som

- Studerar en högskoleutbildning inom HR, Beteendevetenskap, Ekonomi eller Marknadsföring och kan arbeta cirka 2-3 dagar/vecka
- Har erfarenhet från administrativt arbete och god vana av att arbeta med datorn som verktyg
- Har mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i såväl tal som skrift


Det är meriterande om du har tidigare erfarenhet av support, service eller rekrytering, men det är inget krav. För oss är din drivkraft och personlighet viktigare.

Som person är du kreativ och har ett öppet mindset. Du kan se dig själv i en dynamisk start-up miljö och har förmågan att prioritera ditt arbete även i ett högt tempo. Du är orädd och prestigelös och tar dig gärna an nya arbetsuppgifter. Du delar med dig av feedback och teamwork är för dig självklart.
