Om Funktionens Roll
Våra tjänster inom destinationshantering utgör kärnan i vår verksamhet. Tillsammans med våra destinationsexperter genererar våra sälj- och kontohanteringsteam affärer genom att samarbeta med våra kunder (researrangörer, resebyråer) för att utforma spännande resplaner anpassade efter deras resenärers behov. Vi tar hand om allt från marksupport, hotellbokningar, sightseeing, restauranger och lokala guider, samtidigt som vi tillhandahåller kundsupport dygnet runt så att resenärer från över 50 länder kan njuta av minnesvärda reseupplevelser utan bekymmer.


Om Rollen
Syftet med rollen som “Operativ Koordinator” är att ansvara för markservicetjänster som bokningar av restauranger, guider, lokala bussar, specialförfrågningar etc., men även att koordinera hela turen och säkerställa att bekräftelser sker i tid, inom budget och med hög operativ kvalitet. Alla uppgifter ska utföras i enlighet med Kuoni Tumlare’s riktlinjer, mål och tidsramar.

Jobbkrav
Nyckelansvar:
• Nära kommunikation med försäljningskontor om leverantörsbokningar och turplanering
• Kommunikation med reseledare på plats med gruppen
• Hantera turer över hela Skandinavien och Baltikum
• Planera turer inklusive intäktskontroll och effektiv leverantörsval för serier och enskilda grupper
• Förbereda serier och ad hoc-turer enligt försäljningskrav, destinationsspecifika förhållanden, budget och leverantörsvillkor
• Förbereda och bekräfta bokningar för alla kategorier av markservicetjänster, specialarrangemang för alla typer av turer och serieturer
• Säkerställa att verksamheten utförs enligt de rutiner som fastställts av Kuoni Tumlare
• Dubbelkolla och koordinera alla tjänster inom en tur inklusive slutliga hotell- och nattfärjebokningar
• Intäktskontroll – förhandla om med leverantörer, säkra bästa möjliga priser, fokusera på turens lönsamhet, undvika budgetöverskridanden
• Upprätthålla goda relationer med alla leverantörer och försäljningskontor
• Hantera sista minuten-ändringar av reseledaren under resan samt nödfall som rapporteras av reseledare eller försäljningskontor
• Tillhandahålla kundservice
• Säsongsförberedelser under lågsäsong i samarbete med andra turkoordinatorer samt teamledare och destinationskontor
• Delta i tilldelade utbildningar, workshops, inspektionsturer, utbildningswebbinarier

An International Master’s Degree in Finance & Accounting or a fully qualified ACCA/CIMA or similar is required

Ability to work in a dynamic business environment, previous experience in the travel industry is desirable but not essential
