This is a pivotal role where you will own the architecture, governance, and build of a cloud-native, event-driven platform that powers both advanced analytics and the consumer journey across Europe. You will combine strategic vision with hands-on technical leadership, setting the standards and patterns that enable the safe, scalable, and trusted use of data across the bank.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and operation of Avarda’s modern data platform, ensuring it is cloud-native, event-driven, and fit for both operational and analytical use cases.
Define and enforce data contracts, standards, and documentation to provide trusted, reusable, and accessible data products.
Build and maintain the canonical “single view of the consumer” that underpins both analytics and production systems.

Strong skills in data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and streaming architectures (e.g., Kafka, Event Hubs).
