The Office Mood Manager Role

As the Office Mood Manager you will make the SNS World HQ a place everyone loves to work. You'll do that through your energy and enthusiasm as well as your attention to detail and those surprising little touches that make people's day. Our office needs full time supervision. As Office Mood Manager SNS World HQ, you will need to have the ability to structure and personalize this role.

We believe that you previously worked as an office manager, receptionist, perhaps in a hotel and restaurant. Or maybe you have experience of running a café. You may well, but it's not a requirement, have experience working in a restaurant kitchen since we have that in the new office. You like to cater to people’s needs.

What you will do:

- Make sure the office feels like SNS at all times and at all functions.
- Ensure that visitors are directed to the appropriate staff or department in a professional and timely manner.
- Organize catering for meetings
- Solve everyday problems that arise
- Support HR and the CEO as required
- Ensures that the office is always in top condition
- Planning and project managing conferences, events and kick-offs.
- Create surprising moments for the team
- Serve as the office “go-to” person.
- Manage scheduling and coordination of conference rooms as directed.
- Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail and packages to the right recipient.
- Order all things necessary for the office to function, from coffee to office supplies and everything in between.
- Responsible for all communication with outside services i.e. cleaning company, garbage disposal etc.
- Minor event planning, after works, parties, birthdays etc.


Skills:

- Independent, motivated, proactive and focused to take action.
- Organized and good with multi-tasking.
- Social, happy and easy going as a person. Preferably a morning person.


Requirements:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English.
- Previous work experience within service jobs i.e. office reception or a related field (hotel, café restaurant etc.).
- Positive attitude and customer service skills a must.
- Ability to use general office equipment such as computers, email, copiers, printers, scanners, fax machines, etc.

Two decades later, Sneakersnstuff is located in Stockholm, London, Berlin, Paris, New York City, Los Angeles and Tokyo.

The Sneakersnstuff family are rapidly growing and we are now looking for a full time Junior Accountant. You will report to the accounting manager and ultimately the CFO. The position is based at the SNS World HQ in Stockholm.

For this role we are looking for someone who will be able to independently handle their daily tasks and workload related to the monthly closing schedule. You will need to be able to take initiative and be proactive to continuously make the process as efficient as possible. This includes follow up and investigations of issues, questions and/or problems that might occur, to be up-to-date on regulations and laws. The Junior accountant should also make sure that the AP-ledger is correct and up to date.

Main responsibilities

- Work continuously according to the monthly closing schedule and meet set deadlines
- Responsible for the AP ledger
- Responsible of electronic invoicing system ExFlow
- Reconcile the bank, follow up on all transactions
- Update and reconcile Monthly Balance Reconciliation
- Code and post overhead invoices
- Control, review and book expense reports
- Process tax reports and payments
- Create, review and reconcile fixed assets
- Participate in requested and annual audits


Skills and knowledge

- At least 2 years of experience from similar position
- Education within accounting
- English and Swedish written and spoken (Japanese meritorious)
- General to more advanced bookkeeping skills and knowledge about balance account reconciliations. Understanding and knowledge about chart of accounts and of the classification of accounts, debit and credit, and the workflow of AP, AR and bank ledger
- General to more advanced knowledge of Excel, e.g. formulas, tables, pivots, vlookup etc.
- Periodic templates. Knowledge about deductible and nondeductible costs

The Sneakersnstuff family are rapidly growing and we are now looking for a full time Finance Assistant. You will report to the Accounting manager and ultimately the CFO. The position is based at the SNS World HQ in Stockholm.

The finance assistant should assist the finance department with various tasks related to the monthly closing of the legal entities to ensure it runs as smooth and correct as possible.



Main responsibilities

- Work continuously according to the monthly closing schedule and meet set deadlines
- Settle the daily intercompany sales between our stores
- Be responsible for email inbox and submit invoices to electronic invoice handling programs Readsoft and Exflow
- Match purchase invoices to purchase orders and received items
- Make sure purchase invoices are approved and posted to the vendor ledger
- Follow up on and reconcile received items not invoiced, claims and credit memos
- Ongoing contact with vendors, and reconcile statements
- Internal quality control of VAT postings and general ledger entries for G/L purchase accounts
- Be a back-up to the Junior accountant and assist with payments and reconciliation of the bank transactions


Skills and knowledge

- Education within accounting/finance
- English and Swedish written and spoken (Japanese meritorious)
- Basic bookkeeping such as chart of accounts and understanding of the classification of accounts, debit and credit, and the workflow of AP, AR and bank ledger
- Knowledge about balance account reconciliation
- Full knowledge and understanding of the VAT setup and codes in the ERP
- Basic knowledge of Excel

Sneakersnstuff is looking for an experiencedGlobal Retail Manager,to organize and develop the operations of our stores. The position is new, and you will get the chance to build well-functioning structures, routines and processes from scratch. Your main scope as Global Retail Manager will be to maximize sales and profitability and to work with continuous development of SNS business and Retail staff. We operate 6 stores today (Stockholm, London, NY, LA, Berlin and Paris), and new stores are opening in a fast pace why the role quite rapidly will grow to comprise a bigger scope. We are excited to expand in Asia by opening our first store in Tokyo during fall 2019.

We are looking for a self-driven, organized, energetic candidate to join us. We also believe that you have several years of experience of management within the Retail industry and understand the street and sneaker culture well. If you enjoy working in a fun, fast paced environment and to travel a lot you might be the candidate we are looking for.



Your main point of contact will be the Store Managers however you will also work closely with the Buying, E-Commerce and logistics departments to ensure strategic plans are followed and company goals is getting reached. You will be located at Södermalm, Stockholm and report to Head of Sales.

Main work tasks

- Set long term strategies to ensure sales targets and other important KPIs are reached on each market
- Recruit and train Store Managers to maintain development and keep high performance
- Lead the Store Manager team towards effective collaboration
- Support and coach Store Managers with problem solving and daily challenges
- Represent and drive store needs at HQ
- Set policies, guidelines and processed for SNS stores globally
- Optimizing store operations to ensure profitability and efficiency
- Overall responsible of ensuring stores are being properly merchandised and branded
- Collect data and analyze key figures and take action when needed
- Identify areas for improvement and innovation
- Support with opening of new stores

Requirements and skills

- At least 5 years of experience in a senior retail position with international experience
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Strong communication and delegation skills
- Strategic, analytical and goal oriented
- First-class problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor of Science/Arts in business administration, retail management or similar field
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
