Strategic Product Manager – Supertext Messenger

About the Role:
As our Strategic Product Manager, you’ll hold a pivotal position on the Supertext leadership team and the key person in further developing and refining our product. You’ll partner closely with engineering, UX, and international telecom operators to shape a service that bridges technology and user experience, balancing customer needs with our business goals. You’ll directly influence product roadmaps and high-impact decisions that shape how millions of users connect daily.


What You’ll Do:
? Drive Product Development: Lead the vision and strategy of our hybrid messaging service, ensuring it delivers seamless user experience and top-tier functionality.
? Collaborate on Innovation: Work side-by-side with the development team, translating user needs and business insights into technical solutions that set Supertext apart.
? Support Sales Success: Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide expert support during engagements with mobile network operators and community partners. Manage new product requirements arising from the sales process, conduct quick studies, and document product features to drive customer understanding and enthusiasm.
? Develop Strategies with Reach: Design and implement product strategies that add value for end-users, telecom operators, and advertisers, staying aligned with emerging trends in messaging, social media, and community services.
? Challenge Norms: Apply an "out-of-the-box" mindset to solve complex problems and create unique, market-leading solutions in messaging.
? Market research: Continuously conduct market analysis and user research to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement. Follow the latest market trends in messaging, social media, and community services.
? Roadmap: Establish the roadmap for Supertext that balances short-term wins with long-term vision, backed by market analysis, user insights, and robust data-driven decision-making.


Who You Are:
? Experienced Leader: You’ve been a product manager (ideally with a background in data communication or messaging solutions) and are excited to step into a role where you’ll drive real change.
? Technically Proficient: You’re skilled in data communication and software development processes – enough to collaborate and strategize with tech teams, even if you don’t code.
? User-Centric: Your passion for UX is evident, and you know how to design products people love.
? Creative Problem Solver: You don’t just see obstacles; you see ways around them and aren’t afraid to innovate.
? Globally Minded: With experience in international markets, you thrive in a multicultural environment and are ready to travel work with partners worldwide.
? Data-Driven & Strategic: Numbers guide you in understanding our users behavior and how to best design the product to fit their needs.
? Excellent Communicator: You can convey ideas clearly, inspiring internal teams and external partners alike.
