Job description
As a Customer Support Manager at SkimSafe, it is your responsibility that all our customers get world class support and fraud assistance.
You will be responsible for developing processes, routines, and KPIs with the goal of delivering the highest possible customer satisfaction, as well as leading our growing customer service team.

Job description
As a Senior Developer at SkimSafe, you’ll work closely with our CTO to ensure our digital systems run smoothly, securely, and at peak performance. You’ll take a leading role in maintaining and developing our website, middleware, and CRM systems – and help us build brand new digital services that no one has built before.
For each market we operate in, our technology stack contains multiple applications developed using the following languages and platforms:

På SkimSafe är vår vision ”Du ska känna dig trygg i din vardag” och vi hjälper våra kunder att göra detta genom att erbjuda säkerhetsprodukter. Vår första produkt är ett skydd mot trådlös skimming av bankkort som lanserades under 2017 och vi har idag återförsäljare i Sverige, Norge, Finland och UK.
En mycket viktig del av företaget är våra Brand Ambassadors som besöker och stöttar våra återförsäljare med deras försäljning i fysiska butiker. Att vara Brand Ambassador innebär att vara SkimSafes ansikte utåt och dagligen sprida positiv energi och ge enastående service till både butikspersonal och butikens kunder.
Vi behöver nu utöka vårt team och söker två personer som vill besöka butiker i både Sverige och Norge.
Arbetet utgår från vårt kontor i centrala Stockholm, men du kommer att få resa mycket och se hela Sverige och Norge. Förmodligen kommer du att övernatta på hotell ca 50-75% av arbetsdagarna.
Du måste älska att resa och det ställs stora krav på att du kan ta ansvar och planera din arbetstid effektivt. Du kommer att ha daglig kontakt med dina kollegor via telefon men måste trivas med att arbeta mycket på egen hand.


Exempel på arbetsuppgifter
Presentera företaget SkimSafe för butikens personal och skapa en relation med personalen
Aktivt sälja SkimSafes produkter till butikens kunder (ca 75% av arbetstiden)
Säkerställa att SkimSafes produkter frontas/presenteras i butiken enligt aktuella riktlinjer
Självständigt planera arbetsresor, boka biljetter, boenden etc.
Jobba proaktivt för att få fram info om aktiviteter/event som sker hos våra återförsäljare samt delta på dessa
Dokumentera och rapportera butiksbesök i vårt CRM-verktyg
