We are looking for a Senior Test Development Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement cutting-edge test automation solutions to ensure high-quality software delivery. You will lead the development of test strategies using the Tricentis Ecosystem and collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize testing processes, enhance automation efficiency, and deliver exceptional results.
Your Tasks:
Analyze Project and Product Requirements: Prepare test plans, test executions, test reports, and summary documents based on project and product specifications.
Test Architecture Design: Design the test architecture, providing technological guidance and recommendations to improve automation efficiency.
Design and Supervise Test Automation: Lead the design and implementation of modern test automation solutions for high-quality software delivery.
Interface with Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, applying technical proficiency across various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Create and Maintain Test Scenarios: Develop, configure, deploy, and maintain test scenarios using TOSCA for automated testing.
Analyze Test Results and Report Defects: Review test results and promptly report appropriate defects or tasks to developers for resolution.
Adhere to Standard Testing Procedures: Apply industry-standard techniques and procedures while ensuring compliance with the company’s development and testing processes.
Establish Test Design Standards: Develop and enforce best practices and standards for test design and implementation within the organization.
Support Project Teams: Collaborate with project teams to achieve goals, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of high-quality software.
Estimate Testing Efforts and Conduct Risk Analyses: Provide accurate test effort estimates and conduct risk analyses to ensure high-quality project delivery.
Identify New Sales Opportunities: As a consultant, actively seek and identify new sales opportunities by engaging with different clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored test automation solutions that drive business value.

Requirements:
8+ years of experience in software testing, with 6+ years of experience in building and managing test portfolios using the Tricentis Ecosystem.
Proven expertise in designing test automation strategies to enhance software quality and efficiency.
Solid experience in Tosca automation, including Tosca API processes.
Hands-on experience in setting up and managing testing infrastructure involving Tosca Server, Distributed Execution, TDS (Tosca Distribution Service), and OSV (Optimized Service Virtualization).
Skilled in integrating Tosca with other Tricentis and external products to ensure seamless automation workflows.
Expertise in designing and implementing test automation frameworks using Tosca for various technologies.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience working with Agile methodologies.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment of automated tests.
Solid knowledge of various testing concepts, including functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and deliver successful results.
Proficient in both spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.

Preferred:
Must be certified Tricentis TOSCA product architect and Tricentis Product consultant.
Experience in working with Other Tricentis Products such as Testim, Qtest and Tosca Cloud.
Experience in product testing: SAP, Web UI, Mainframe, Database and other desktop systems

Nice to Have:
Experience with other test automation tools like Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG. and basic Knowledge in any one of the programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
Experience in mobile testing or cloud-based testing environments.
ISTQB or other relevant testing certifications.
