About the role
As Support Triage Manager – EMEA, you’ll lead our 1st Line Support and own overall throughput. You’ll focus on driving workflow efficiency, ensuring ticket quality, empowering agents and customers, and keeping support metrics on track. You’ll also play a key role in shaping customer-centric processes, improving data quality, managing escalations, and collaborating with engineering to balance workloads effectively.
This role offers strong potential for growth and is expected to evolve into a broader support leadership position.
Responsibilities
Ownership of 1st Line & ensuring workflow efficiency, ticket quality, enablement & SLA adherence
Support CSAT activities, contribute to customer centric processes & drive data quality/categorization.
Ownership of escalation and workload/throughput balancing
Act as an internal customer advocate, working with teams to address any product-related challenges.
Manage daily incident handovers to other global regions
Monitor customer CSAT and health, addressing any risks of churn and implementing strategies to improve retention.
Ensure CRM data quality for assigned customers
Collaborate closely with the Customer Experience Manager and Sr. Director of Global customer care to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What we are looking for
Higher professional education (MBO) level or equivalent.
3-5 years of relevant experience in a customer support team lead role or similar
Strong affinity with IT, ideally within ERP systems.
Fluent in English, oral and written

Additional qualifications that would be a plus: 
Experience with D365FO or similar ERP systems.
Familiarity with customer success principles.

The position is a full-time position 40h/w, the start date is as soon as possible. The location is in Solna, right by Westfield Mall of Scandinavia and the commuter train. You will be able to work semi-remotely.

About the job

As Application Consultant at SignUp Software, you will be responsible for implementing ExFlow. This means performing hands-on ExFlow activities to meet the customer's needs. You will work both independently and together in teams since you will be working in parallel with several projects.

The ExFlow Application Consultant is expected to take full responsibility for the services delivered and make sure it's performed with high quality. You will be the real expert in ExFlow and vendor invoice process. The customers expect you to guide them during the activities and propose system setup and configurations which match their need.

When assigned as a tester, project manager, pre-sale, or support resource it is expected to fulfill the relevant parts of those roles.

Responsibilities

- Conduct workshops and training
- Application configuration, implementation, and testing
- Design and test new features
- Analyze and solve functional issues
- Act as Project Manager in internal and external projects
- Act as 2nd and 3rd line support
- Perform pre-sales activities
- Provide the best possible value for our customers
- Provide and implement the best practice of using our applications
- Understand our customers' internal processes


Required Skills

- Functional ”D365 BC/NAV” competence preferably within Finance
- About a minimum of two years experience
- Fluent in English, speaking and in writing
- Fluent in Swedish, speaking and in writing

- Post-secondary education in Economics / IT / Systems Science or equivalent
