About the role
We are looking for an Office Assistant for our office and warehouse in Nacka Strand. You will be part of our Operations team and work closely with our team members in Supply Chain and Customer Service.As an Office Assistant at SAM Nordicyour main responsibility will beoverseeing daily office operations. You will also have overall control of the pharmaceutical warehouse, ensuring the safe storage of radiopharmaceuticals and medical devicesas well as managing the in- and outbound deliveries. Another aspect of the role includes serving as the first point of contact for security and alarm companies. Additionally, you will assist with transport bookings, track deliveries, and provide backup support for order handling.
Your responsibilities include:
Purchasing office consumables, such as coffee and cleaning products
Managing inbound and outbound deliveriesfrom our pharmaceutical warehouse
Monitoring the temperature alarm systemand the office alarm system
Be a backup for the logistics and customer service team
Handling recycling processes
Participating in on-call duties

We are looking for
To be successful in this role you have:
A high school diploma
Fluency in Swedish and English in spoken and written
The possibility to work from our office in Stockholm, Nacka Strand

It is an advantage if you have
Experience in Microsoft Business Central or similar systems
Previous experience working in an office and/or warehouse
Experience handling sensitive products
References from previous employers

About the role

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at SAM Nordic you are covering the gap between customer service and sales, between the interest of the company and the customers as well as between product expertise and the needs of the customer. In this role you will work with customers in Finland and the Baltic countries.

As a CSM at SAM Nordic you work as an advisory function with knowledge of our products and offerings. Your role includes helping existing and new customers with everything from training to installation with the preparation of radioactive pharmaceuticals/nuclear medicine. As a CSM, you work strictly according to the industry´s rules and guidelines. It is important that you stay updated on customers business and that you contribute with your skills through a structured and creative problem-solving process. Your role includes travel and overnight stays in connection with customer meetings and congresses.

Responsibilities

- Customer relations in Finland and Baltics

- Help new customers with training and education

- Visit existing customers regularly to build good relationships and gain a deeper understanding of their needs and challenges

- Ensuring that Finnish and Baltic customer contracts are up to date

- Support customer service at SAM Nordic regarding product specific questions

- Represent SAM Nordic in the company’s stand at various meetings and congresses within nuclear medicine and oncology

We are looking for

To be successful in this role you have:

- A background as a Nurse, Biomedical Scientist, Pharmacist or similar

- Practical experience with preparation of radioactive pharmaceuticals/nuclear medicine or cytostatic

- And are located in Finland or Sweden

- Fluency in Finnish and have a very good understanding of English

- Be able to travel to customer meetings in Finland and the Baltics, internal meetings (Stockholm), congresses and events

- Valid driving license

It is an advantage if you

- Have experience in sales

- Are fluent in Swedish

- Have knowledge in some Baltic language

About the role

As a Supply Chain Manager you will lead a team of three dedicated employees. You will plan and ensure the supply of our radioactive pharmaceuticals from our manufacturing partners in Southern Europe to our customers. We have customers in the Nordic region as well as in the Baltic countries.

Together with your team you will be responsible for logistics, purchasing and warehousing. You will ensure that activities in this area are carried out by routines and service and quality objectives. As our Supply Chain Manager, you will be in contact with our partners and do monthly reports to the management group as well as to the board. You shall set targets and KPIs for your team and make sure to follow up on this.

We are looking for

To be successful in this role you have:

- Post-secondary education in logistics

- Great knowledge of English in spoken and written

- 5+ years of work experience, of those 3+ years work experience within logistics and warehousing

- Are located in Stockholm as you will be working from our Head Office



It is an advantage if you have

- Experience in handling fragile products

- Experience as a team leader or similar

- Experience in running projects and working with agile method

- Great knowledge of Swedish in spoken and written

- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Business Central

- Knowledge of ADR as we handle radioactive goods

About the role

As Head of Finance you will be responsible, support and coach the Finance Team which consists of three employees. You will be responsible for an already well-functioning team but have the opportunity to develop the work.

You will work with everything from budget and business plan to preparing economy reports for the Board. In this role, you will build processes for the finance department and make it more effective, professional and develop the financial work. You will also be responsible for currency hedging and doing business cases for business planning. As Head of Finance at SAM Nordic you will be part of the management team.
