Role Overview
The Senior Schedule Manager will be responsible for the development, management and control of the integrated master schedule for a large Data Centre construction project. The role ensures effective planning, monitoring and reporting of project activities across all phases of the project.
Role Responsibilities
· Develop, maintain and update master schedule for the Data Centre project
· Monitor schedule progress against baseline, identify variances and recommend corrective actions
· Provide regular schedule updates and progress reports to the Project Lead and senior stakeholders
· Lead schedule risk analysis and scenario planning to identify potential impacts on critical path activities
· Ensure compliance with project controls processes, procedures and reporting standards
· Drive continuous improvement in planning and scheduling practices within the project controls function

Candidate Profile
Qualifications
· Construction related degree or a similar construction related qualification
Experience
· Significant experience in Planning/Scheduling role within the construction sector
· Experience working on Data Centre projects
· Proven track record delivering large scale projects
· Expert knowledge of managing schedules and integrating multiple workstreams
· Team management experience
· In-depth knowledge of construction project management principles, techniques, and best practices.
· Experience scheduling projects from conception through to completion (RIBA stage 1-5).

Role Overview:
The OFCI Project Manager will manage the procurement of critical mechanical and electrical plant and equipment for large-scale construction projects. This role ensures the timely, on-budget delivery of projects that meet client expectations and stakeholder satisfaction. The OFCI Project Manager will oversee the design, fabrication, inspection, approval, installation, commissioning, and handover of critical plant and equipment on behalf of the client and the project team.
The ideal candidate will have a mechanical or electrical background and will be responsible for monitoring day-to-day activities in the field. This includes managing and coordinating information flow, as well as reporting and tracking issues related to progress, quality, and safety. The role will also require client-facing communication with proven organizational and interpersonal skills.
Role Responsibilities:
Assist in the delivery of a wide range of projects.
Engage with vendors to identify project risks and ensure these risks are assessed and managed throughout the design, fabrication, and installation stages.
Review technical submissions from vendors and/or contractors to ensure compliance with the client’s specifications.
Prepare for and facilitate meetings, ensuring all minutes are recorded.
Attend meetings, monitor progress, and escalate any issues that may arise.
Implement project procedures and ensure they are consistently followed.
Assist with the change management process.
Support the implementation of key project processes to ensure successful project delivery, and monitor these processes while reporting and making recommendations to the client team.
Conduct regular site walks to promote safety and monitor progress; report and track corrective actions through to completion.
Regularly inspect the site, obtain progress and quality reports, and ensure non-conforming work is addressed.
Assist in the review and assessment of proposed variations and any delays to project progress.
Support the development of the handover plan, track documentation preparation, and coordinate snagging activities with the client, consultant, and contractor teams.
Work closely with the client’s vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation of critical project equipment. This includes equipment like Generators, MV Switchgear, LV Switchgear, BAS, EPMS, AHUs, UPS, etc.
Align the Vendor Equipment Schedule with the overall project timeline in collaboration with the Lead Project Manager and client.
Engage with vendors early in the manufacturing process and align factory witness tests with project milestones.
Work with the appointed General Contractor (GC) and specialist subcontractors to ensure correct work methods and installation requirements are followed. Ensure that method statements are approved in advance of installation.
Manage paperwork and sign-offs associated with vendor equipment installation.
Advise the client’s design team on vendor equipment-related elements, where applicable.
At the start of your involvement, review deliverables and role requirements with the Lead Project Manager and client program lead to ensure all client-specific needs are addressed.
Attend Factory Witness Testing (FWT) and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and visit off-site manufacturing plants to ensure quality control measures are followed and to inspect equipment prior to shipping.



Candidate Profile
Experience
Previous experience in Data Centre facility maintenance, operation, and/or commissioning.
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is beneficial.
Proficiency with various computer software applications, including MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Project, Word), is required. Experience with online document management applications (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam) is a strong plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience in Manufacturing QA/QC.
Fluent in English (both verbal and written communication).

Role Overview
As Quality Lead , you will act as the senior authority for Quality across complex, multi-phase hyperscale data-centre developments. You will lead the end-to-end quality management process across all project stages during design, construction, commissioning and handover.
This role requires deep expertise in data centre systems, including mechanical and electrical distribution, Integrated modular products, power generation, cooling systems, structured cabling, life safety systems and hyperscale digital infrastructure.
Role Responsibilities
Quality Assurance and Control
Develop and implement the client's quality management plan, processes, and procedures tailored to delivering the required standard of quality for the project. This includes setting up quality benchmarks and defining acceptance criteria.
Ensure that quality plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), construction plans, and material/technical submittals meet the required standards before construction begins.
Oversee quality compliance for all construction, MEP and IT systems

Coordination and Communication
Oversee the selection and management of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure they understand and commit to quality standards. Support pre-construction meetings to align on quality requirements.
Plan and oversee all off site Quality inspections such as FATs

Risk Management
Conduct thorough work package quality risk assessments to identify potential quality-related risks. In conjunction with key stakeholders, develop and implement mitigation strategies to address these risks before construction starts. Regularly update the risk register and communicate risks to relevant stakeholders.
Lead quality risk management workshops with the project team to effectively manage the quality risks for packages of work.

Construction Phase
Quality Assurance and Control
Liaise with quality management colleagues and the construction team to ensure an adequate level of inspections is taking place to comply with quality standards, specifications, and ITPs. Document findings and follow up on corrective actions.
Oversee the samples, benchmarks and 'first in kind' installations to ensure compliance with the required quality standards.
Progressively identify and address defects or issues throughout the construction phase, ensuring timely resolution.

Coordination and Communication
Maintain ongoing communication with the main contractor and client to address any quality issues that arise. Attend necessary meetings and workshops to discuss quality-related matters.



Reporting and Documentation
Prepare detailed quality reports for the client, highlighting any issues or data trends.
Ensure relevant stakeholders keep comprehensive records of all inspections, audits, and quality-related activities.
Prepare quality knowledge shares based on site findings to be used as notifications to the wider business.

Qualifications
Membership or working towards professional membership of a relevant construction or quality body, i.e. ICWCI, CQI or similar.
Candidates must possess a degree-level education or higher.

Experience
Previous experience in a quality-related role on a large-scale datacentre projects.
Proven experience in managing teams and building strong client relationships.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Role Overview
The Logistics Manager – Data Centres is responsible for planning, coordinating and managing all construction logistics activities on hyperscale and colocation data centre projects.
This position requires strong leadership, excellent coordination with multidisciplinary teams, contractors and client-side stakeholders, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
Role Responsibilities
· Develop, implement and maintain detailed logistics strategies and site logistics plans aligned with the data centre master programme
· Coordinate all material deliveries from off-site consolidation centres or curbside through to final point of use.
· Plan and manage the logistics of high-value, long-lead and critical-path equipment
· Manage crane, hoist and heavy-lift operations, including lift planning, permits, sequencing and coordination with construction and MEP teams.
· Oversee site set-up, access and egress routes, laydown areas, secure storage, traffic management, welfare and temporary works.
· Chair daily and weekly logistics coordination meetings to align deliveries, craneage, hoisting and installation activities.
· Lead all logistics-related health & safety activities, ensuring full compliance with statutory regulations, company policies and data centre-specific safety and security requirements.
· Implement and manage strict access control, delivery booking systems and site security protocols in line with client and operator standards.
· Deliver site inductions, logistics briefings, toolbox talks and daily activity briefings (DABs).
· Oversee fire strategy coordination, emergency response planning and incident management related to logistics operations.
· Ensure all lifting operations, plant inspections, permits, RAMS and compliance documentation are maintained and auditable
· Work closely with Project Directors, Construction Managers, Package Managers, MEP leads and Commissioning Managers to support phased delivery and handover.
· Act as a key interface with client-side teams, PMCs and data centre operators, ensuring logistics activities align with client standards and expectations.
· Coordinate with local authorities, councils and third parties regarding permits, abnormal loads, traffic management and access restrictions.

Role Overview
As Quality Lead , you will act as the senior authority for Quality across complex, multi?phase hyperscale data?centre developments. You will lead the end?to?end quality management process across all project stages during design, construction, commissioning and handover.
This role requires deep expertise in data centre systems, including mechanical and electrical distribution, Integrated modular products, power generation, cooling systems, structured cabling, life safety systems and hyperscale digital infrastructure.
Role Responsibilities
Quality Assurance and Control
Develop and implement the client's quality management plan, processes, and procedures tailored to delivering the required standard of quality for the project. This includes setting up quality benchmarks and defining acceptance criteria.
Ensure that quality plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), construction plans, and material/technical submittals meet the required standards before construction begins.
Oversee quality compliance for all construction, MEP and IT systems

Coordination and Communication
Oversee the selection and management of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure they understand and commit to quality standards. Support pre-construction meetings to align on quality requirements.
Plan and oversee all off site Quality inspections such as FATs

Risk Management
Conduct thorough work package quality risk assessments to identify potential quality-related risks. In conjunction with key stakeholders, develop and implement mitigation strategies to address these risks before construction starts. Regularly update the risk register and communicate risks to relevant stakeholders.
Lead quality risk management workshops with the project team to effectively manage the quality risks for packages of work.

Construction Phase
Quality Assurance and Control
Liaise with quality management colleagues and the construction team to ensure an adequate level of inspections is taking place to comply with quality standards, specifications, and ITPs. Document findings and follow up on corrective actions.
Oversee the samples, benchmarks and ‘first in kind’ installations to ensure compliance with the required quality standards.
Progressively identify and address defects or issues throughout the construction phase, ensuring timely resolution.

Coordination and Communication
Maintain ongoing communication with the main contractor and client to address any quality issues that arise. Attend necessary meetings and workshops to discuss quality-related matters.



Reporting and Documentation
Prepare detailed quality reports for the client, highlighting any issues or data trends.
Ensure relevant stakeholders keep comprehensive records of all inspections, audits, and quality-related activities.
Prepare quality knowledge shares based on site findings to be used as notifications to the wider business.



Candidate Profile
Qualifications
Membership or working towards professional membership of a relevant construction or quality body, i.e. ICWCI, CQI or similar.
Candidates must possess a degree-level education or higher.

Experience
Previous experience in a quality-related role on a large-scale datacentre projects.
Proven experience in managing teams and building strong client relationships.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a site-based role and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in QA/QC software and digital tools.

Role Overview
The Senior Schedule Manager will be responsible for the development, management and control of the integrated master schedule for a large Data Centre construction project. The role ensures effective planning, monitoring and reporting of project activities across all phases of the project.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Construction Safety Advisor/Manager to represent the client and assist appointed team in overseeing the implementation of Health & Safety management across Data Cenre site.
Role Responsibilites
Ensure Client complies with the national statutory Health & Safety requirements
Enhance, and improve, existing construction safety management procedures through a visible on-site presence, and through active participation in all aspects of day-to-day Health & Safety management on the projects.
Assist on an as needed bases in the development of specific safety programs.
Assist in the identification, and management, of high-risk activities at each stage of the projects
Develop, and implementing, reporting and communications structures on Health & Safety management performance to enable accurate assessment and evaluation.
Actively engaging with all aspects of day-to-day Health & Safety management
Carrying out independent Health & Safety audits on all aspects of construction management

Qualifications
H&S related qualifications

Experience
Proven experience providing client-side health and safety services within the construction or property industry.
Data Centre experience
Wide ranging sector experience and working knowledge of large scale/complex projects.
Excellent IT and communication skills.

Role Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Manager with a strong understanding of Swedish Compliance and Regulations, to ensure compliance with external statutory requirements as well as internal on various projects. This is a hybrid role, with a requirement to be on site once a week.

Role Overview:
The Mechanical Lead will serve as the client's key point of contact for mechanical engineering aspects in the development of a Data Centre project in Sweden. As a Mechanical Lead you will ensure that all mechanical systems, designs, and installations meet the client's expectations, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. You will oversee the execution of the mechanical scope, from concept to completion, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
This role requires strong expertise in mechanical engineering, particularly in the Data Centre sector, and a deep understanding of mechanical systems (e.g., HVAC, fire suppression, plumbing, etc.). You will work closely with the project team, contractors, and vendors to manage mechanical deliverables, resolve technical challenges, and ensure smooth project progression.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the client's main point of contact for all mechanical engineering-related matters, ensuring alignment with the client's vision and requirements.
Review and validate mechanical designs, specifications, and technical submissions from contractors and vendors to ensure they meet the project requirements and comply with Swedish building codes and international standards.
Monitor the progress of mechanical works on-site, ensuring that they are completed in accordance with the approved schedule and within the allocated budget.
Ensure mechanical systems meet required quality standards, industry best practices, and legal regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and work closely with the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) team to ensure compliance.
Proactively identify potential risks related to mechanical systems and take corrective actions to mitigate them.
Maintain open communication with the client, contractors, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that mechanical systems are delivered according to the agreed-upon project plan.
Oversee the procurement and installation of mechanical equipment (e.g., HVAC, cooling systems, pumps, air handling units, etc.) ensuring they meet specifications and quality standards.
Ensure that all mechanical installations are correctly implemented, including coordination of installations across mechanical, electrical, and other disciplines.
Supervise the testing and commissioning of mechanical systems to ensure they function as required.
Manage any changes to the mechanical scope of the project, ensuring any variations are properly documented, approved, and integrated into the overall project.
Prepare and maintain project reports, including progress updates, issue tracking, and meeting minutes. Document and report on any mechanical-related issues, with recommendations for resolution.



Candidate Profile
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Previous experience in mechanical engineering with a focus on large-scale Data Centre projects or mission-critical facilities
Deep knowledge of mechanical systems in Data Centres, including HVAC, cooling, fire suppression, plumbing, and air handling units. Familiarity with energy efficiency and sustainability in Data Centre designs is a plus.
Understanding of Swedish building codes, local regulations, and international standards related to mechanical systems in data centres
Proven experience in managing and overseeing large-scale construction projects, with a particular focus on mechanical systems and services.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Swedish language skills are a plus.
Proficiency with mechanical design software and project management tools
