Your impact
As our Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in forging strategic partnerships with global companies that want to go beyond “checking the box” in human rights due diligence. You’ll help them identify risks, implement impactful training solutions, and create lasting change throughout their value chain as well as within the company’s internal teams.
Beyond driving new business, you’ll nurture and expand relationships with existing partners, ensuring seamless collaboration between our Commercial, Marketing, Learning, Finance, and Client Experience teams.
This is not just a sales role—it’s an opportunity to drive systemic change in how businesses engage with their workers worldwide.
What you'll be doing
Business Development – Global Companies (60%)
Identify and engage new premium-segment brand clients, turning them into long-term partners.
Develop innovative lead-generation strategies and attend industry events to expand our network.
Craft compelling pitches, proposals, and sales presentations that demonstrate real business value.
Own the entire sales process, from first contact to contract execution.

Business Development – Strategic Partnerships (20%)
Identify and cultivate key partnerships to amplify our impact.
Negotiate and execute mutually beneficial agreements.
Explore opportunities for joint ventures, collaborations, and new market expansions.

Key Account Management – Existing Clients (20%)
Maintain and grow relationships with key commercial accounts, ensuring long-term success.
Develop tailored account strategies that align with business goals.
Serve as the trusted advisor for clients, ensuring alignment between their needs and our solutions.

Qualifications
A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, communication or similar level
Proven experience from consultative (enterprise) sales and B2B business development (min. 4 years)
Excellent verbal and business writing skills [English]
Strong presentation, storytelling skills for web and IRL demo’s and natural drive in seeding personal relationships
Experience working with MS Dynamics 365/Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools
Strategic expertise on human rights, workers’ rights, supply chains and market context or a strong aptitude to learn.

Who are we looking for?
The Program Coordinator plays a key role in achieving Quizrr’s ambitious impact goal to reach 100 million workers by 2030. By supporting the development of strategic training programs and learning journeys for employees, suppliers, and brands in global value chains - this role will have an integral impact on workers' rights across the globe.
The program coordinator is a key part of the program team, using their knowledge and talents to adapt existing program curricula whilst designing new programs in key markets. The Program coordinator will work closely with the Program Managers, on key tasks such as reviewing and doing quality check on content, supporting the translation of materials, and undertaking any other tasks that may be needed throughout the program lifecycle.
This role will be a full-time, 12-month fixed term position, based in Stockholm, Sweden or remote, in Europe or North America.
Responsibilities
Conduct research on relevant labour and human rights topics.
Coordinate training translations and testing, both internally and externally with service providers.
Work closely with different Quizrr teams (Program, Engineering, Commercial, Marketing etc.) to ensure the successful deployment of digital training programs to external partners.
Coordinate and support the development of new training materials (script writing, development of quiz questions)
Coordinate with external production companies for content creation (animations and live action film productions)
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to measure the effectiveness of our programs and initiatives, ensuring accuracy and relevance in the data collected, considering the local contexts of training.
Support the preparation of reports and presentations to clearly communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to clients and other stakeholders.
Input to methodologies to improve our processes, including staying updated with industry trends to ensure our assessment methods are fit for purpose.
Assist other team members when necessary.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience or a strong educational background in sustainability, CSR, or related fields, ideally with a focus on human and labor rights (required).
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis (required).
Strong English writing skills for both technical reports and creative content such as scripts (required).
Experience managing fixed-term contracts with third-party service providers (desired).
Experience in designing program curricula and creating educational content (desired).
Experience in the edtech or e-learning space is a bonus but not mandatory.
Experience working in cross-cultural teams.
Quick to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to speak/read/write in an additional language is an advantage.
Willingness to travel.
