About the role
Pom Friterie is looking for a motivated and flexible kitchen team member to join our team, working 50–75%.
We are a Dutch-inspired restaurant specialising in Dutch fries, featuring our signature Top Frites, which have won the World Championship for Fries. Our menu also includes traditional Dutch bitterballen and classics such as steak frites, fish and chips, and steak tartare.
We are looking for someone with the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in food and hospitality. Previous experience as a chef is an advantage, but it is not a requirement. For us, the right mindset, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well with others are just as important as experience.
Your responsibilities
Working in our kitchen means being hands-on and ready to help wherever needed. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing ingredients and cooking food to a high standard.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen.
Washing dishes and keeping the kitchen running smoothly.
Assisting with food service and helping deliver dishes to customers when needed.
Supporting your colleagues and helping out in different areas of the restaurant.
We are a small team where everyone plays an important role. No task is too small, whether you are a chef, a service team member, or the owner. We all step in and help each other whenever needed.

Previous kitchen or chef experience is a plus, but we welcome applicants who are motivated to learn and have the right attitude.
