Position Overview
As a Data Engineer, you play a critical role in building and maintaining the systems that enable reliable, high-quality data across the organization. You will design, develop, and manage the infrastructure that supports our analytics capabilities, ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and secure at every stage. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, you support the full data lifecycle – from ingestion and cleaning to transformation and preparation – so that insights can be generated effectively. In this role, you will partner with internal teams and external providers, manage incidents and change requests, and create data services and contracts that serve both human users and automated systems. You will also prepare the data foundation needed for upcoming AI initiatives, helping the organization advance toward smarter and more data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and optimize the data analytics platform to ensure high performance and reliability,
Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners to align data needs, solutions, and integrations,
Manage incidents and support change management processes to maintain stable and secure data operations,
Ensure data quality by securing accurate, accessible, and well-governed data across all systems,
Design and implement data services, pipelines, and contracts that support both human users and automated systems,
Build and maintain a robust data foundation that enables and accelerates current and future AI initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:
University degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field,
Solid experience working with Microsoft Power BI and MS Services (SSAS, SSIS, SSRS),
Strong programming skills, including and Python,
Proven ability to analyze large and complex data sets using a variety of data and visualization tools,
Good understanding of business processes with the ability to translate needs into clear reports, dashboards, and insights,
Strong data modeling skills and experience designing scalable data solutions,
A structured, logical, and quality-oriented mindset,
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to work with senior stakeholders,
Commitment to knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous improvement,
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and collaborative environment.

Meriting skills:
Experience in designing and implementing Lakehouse and Data Warehouse architectures,
Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365,
Familiarity with modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, and Databricks,
Hands-on experience with MS DevOps and dbt for orchestrating and optimizing data workflows.

Position Overview
We are building an intelligent AI platform on Microsoft Azure to transform how our teams work, learn, and deliver value. As an AI Developer, you will design and implement secure, real-time backend systems that connect large language models, knowledge graphs, and business applications. Collaborating with integration developers, data scientists, and product teams, you will help turn innovative ideas into scalable, production-ready AI features within the Azure ecosystem, empowering our teams and driving intelligent automation across the organization.

This autumn, we are relocating our production of manual parts from Stockholm to our new state-of-the-art facility in Birsta, Sundsvall, and will be launching our manual wheelchair production line.
We are now looking for several committed and motivated Production Workers within Assembling and Warehouse to join us on this exciting journey.
What You’ll Be Doing
Work hands-on in assembling high-quality manual wheelchairs or handling materials and logistics in the warehouse.
Contribute to smooth and efficient production processes with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.
Participate actively in building the new production setup and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
Learn and adopt the principles of Permobil Lean System (PLS) and Permobil Continuous Improvement (PCI).
Collaborate closely with colleagues and leaders in Sundsvall and Stockholm.
Training & Travel
To ensure a strong start, you will take part in training at our Stockholm site during the autumn. This means some travel will be required during the onboarding and transition period between august to october.
What We’re Looking For
High school degree in relevant area required. Experience in assembly, production, or warehouse work is valuable but not a requirement – we’re looking for the right attitude and willingness to learn.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative and evolving environment.
Attention to detail and a passion for doing things right.
Good knowledge in Swedish and english required.
Willingness for training in Stockholm.

Position Overview
The primary purpose of this role is to strengthen Permobil's market position by efficiently driving the sourcing agenda within the New Product Development (NPD) process. This includes ensuring competitive commercial conditions for all products and services within the scope, maximizing supplier value, and proactively managing business risks. The successful candidate will play a critical role in optimizing the supply chain, negotiating favorable terms, and fostering strong supplier relationships to support Permobil's strategic objectives and innovation goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement the platform sourcing strategy for Chassis, Seat, or Electronics to meet customer needs and provide a competitive market advantage,
Oversee supplier relationship management to ensure quality, delivery, and cost targets are met throughout the development phase,
Manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain process, from supplier selection to delivery at production units,
Negotiate commercial conditions, including contracts and agreements with suppliers, to secure the best value for products and services,
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives,
Lead cross-functional teams to drive sourcing initiatives that deliver cost savings, improve supplier performance, and mitigate risks,
Identify new suppliers and technologies to enhance platform performance and reduce costs,
Conduct market benchmarking and analyze supplier performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sourcing processes,
Manage phase-in/out planning to ensure timely product availability and minimize risks of excess and obsolete components,
Oversee logistics and distribution to ensure timely delivery of components to designers,
Develop and implement Sourcing Concept Studies and facilitate supplier scouting if needed,
Evaluate make/buy alternatives and engage with regional operations teams to define purchase levels,
Create supply chain definitions and identify related risks,
Develop supply scorecards and production plans for prototype builds, aligning with R&D project managers,
Facilitate prototype handling and maintain sourcing data and agreement amendments,
Refine supply chain requirements in collaboration with R&D and product management,
Align product ramp-up plans with product management and R&D, and refine phase-out plans for obsolete items,
Coordinate supplier and production ramp-up plans with sourcing managers and production units,
Ensure efficient handover of revised appendices to responsible sourcing managers,
Ensure supply requirements are fulfilled throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, business, or economics, or equivalent work experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain, or similar positions,
Professional education or work experience in certified purchasing, legal awareness, business negotiation, supplier evaluation and development, lean production, supply chain management, logistics, quality systems, supplier relationship management, risk management, and category management,
Excellent knowledge of end-to-end supply chain and business negotiations, including contract management,
Good knowledge of business analysis, lean concepts, and production engineering,
IS/IT system knowledge,
Experience in roles such as Sourcing Manager, Strategic Purchasing, or similar,
Engineering or technical background is a strong advantage.

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Supplier Quality Manager to join our Power Supplier Quality Management team. This role will primarily focus on leading Supplier Quality activities and projects within New Product Development projects and assignments. The Supplier Quality Manager will spearhead the implementation of Supplier Quality Assurance Plans (SQAPs), ensuring alignment across R&D, Sourcing, and Supplier Quality. Additionally, this role will involve coordinating cross-functional activities and providing tactical support to project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Leading New Product Development projects and change management processes representing Supplier Quality
Owner of the Project Supplier Quality Assurance Plan (P-SQAP) including all sub-processes and parts approval processes (PPAPs)
Providing hands-on tactical support to project in relation to supplier quality activities
Ensuring high level of cross-functional alignment between R&D, Sourcing and Supplier Quality in executing projects and assignments
Coordinating activities related to projects and assignments within Supplier Quality and Supply Chain community
Ensuring mutual understanding between Permobil R&D and Permobil suppliers to ensure designs requirements are understood by and match supplier capabilities
Leading escalations and deviation management activities to ensure efficient implementation
Providing management and project reports including progress reports and action plans

Other responsibilities related to Supplier Quality activities outside projects may include:
Supporting supplier development and focus supplier improvement activities
Driving Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCARs)
Performing supplier audits
Performing supplier performance monitoring and reporting
Providing escalation support to the site SQE and Production Unit including claim handling resolution
Reviewing and approving reports and documents for Supplier Quality activities

Qualifications
Masters of engineering or science in relevant fields (production and engineering) or equivalent knowledge from work experience
Experience from working in high-impact New Product Development projects in global environment
Experience of planning and implementing Project Quality Plans (e.g. APQA/PPAP and similar methodologies)
High level of fluency in reading and understanding engineering 3D models and 2D drawings
Experience of working in cross-functional and cross-cultural environments and with close contact with R&D, Sourcing and suppliers
Experience with quality principles and tools including root cause analysis, issue resolution, etc.
Experience of performing supplier audits
Familiarity with root cause analysis methodologies and experience of driving such activities
Strong relationship management and communication skills
Ability to always have a global focus and holistic view
Demonstrating a fact-based way of deciding for and executing activities
Financial understanding for cost in dealing with factors such as price, lead time, quality, assembly time and inventory
High level of fluency in spoken and written English. Proficiency in Swedish is a strong merit.
Familiarity with materials and production methods and standards is a merit
Familiarity with medical device requirements is a merit
Preferably has been trained to audit:
- Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001 or equivalent
- ISO 13485 Quality System for Medical Device
- Regulatory requirement CFR 820 issued by Food and Drug Administration in USA.
- Regulatory requirement EU Regulation 2017/745 issued by the European Union

Confident PowerPoint and presentation skills
Experience with scientific literature searches in PubMed and writing literature reviews.
Experience with analyzing data in SPSS, R or similar.

We are searching for a person with an interest in understanding the impact of wheelchairs (power and manual) and seating and positioning devices on the individuals who use it, as well as how the technology can be improved to meet the person’s needs as good as possible. This position will include a lot of different research tasks, from searching for literature, performing descriptive statistical analyses, to performing measurements in the lab on e.g. load and pressure redistribution when moving a wheelchair in different positions.
Tasks include
· Perform systematic literature searches in PubMed, perform systematic literature reviews and write research summaries.
· Host the online Permobil Research library and keep track of all latest research relevant for Permobil.
· Assist with writing White Papers: summarizing the latest available evidence on a certain topic. See example here: https://www.permobil.com/sv-se/klinisk-forskning/permobil-white-paper-a-systematic-review-of-the-evidence-on-power-assist-devices
· Perform measurements in the lab, e.g. pressure mapping
· Assist with developing surveys, program surveys in an online survey systems as well as assist with analyzing results and present in power point. Analyses are typically basic, and can be performed in statistical program SPSS, R or similar.
· Assist with qualitative research
· Explain and discuss clinical and research insights with engineers.
Required background
· A bachelor or master degree in physical therapy, occupational therapy, biomedical engineering, human movement sciences, or similar
Position
The position includes a replacement of maternity leave with start no later than June 2023 till January 2024. Start can be flexible, but no later than June. An earlier part time start can be discussed, as well as the final contract hours (between 20-40 hrs/week). In case of mutual interest, the intend is to offer a permanent contract starting February 2024.

We are now recruiting a Regulatory Affairs Specialist!

Regulatory Affairs is a part of Group Q&R and serve as support globally for the different regional Permobil organizations.

The Regulatory Affairs team is responsible to manage the registration of our products in countries where we intend to market our products, often through support or cooperation with our local sales organization or distributor partners. The team is also responsible for keeping up to date with current and future regulatory requirements and legislation's and to actively monitor, interpret and communicate the regulatory requirements into quality system and product requirements. Communication with various competent authorities such as in vigilance cases, submission or as part of audit preparation is an key part of our responsibilities.

Group Q&R is actively supporting the Regional QA/RC teams with compliance activities and are coordinating compliance audits across the Permobil organization globally. The group is also actively taking part in the product development process supporting with regulatory strategies, participation in clinical evaluation teams and managing pre-submission and submission activities.

Location of the position is preferably in the office in Kista, Stockholm but it is an international work scene and some travelling will be needed.

Assistant Business Controller to Permobil EMEA

In the role as Assistant Business Controller for Permobil EMEA, located in Kista, Stockholm, you will be responsible for keeping the consolidation, planning and reporting systems of the Region updated. IT Integration Architect

YOUR ROLE - Key responsibilities

Permobil is in the process of introducing new core systems. Therefore, this position will be focusing on integrating new technology with each other and with legacy systems during the transition. The new environment is built on, for example, MS Dynamics D365 and MS LogicApps integration platform.

In the role of Integration Architect, you will bridge the communication between the development team and its stakeholders to ensure that all integrations are built according to our architectural guidelines.

You are part of the integration team and will work proactively to make sure our individual systems work together as a unit. You will design and develop solutions based on Azure Integration Services such as Logic Apps, Event Grid, Service Bus, Functions, Data Factory and API Management.

In this role you provide technical leadership and are responsible for continuous update of integration strategies focusing on guidelines, rules and templates as well as to develop hands-on integrations with the development team when needed.

Using your knowledge and experience with integration architecture, you will be a driving force in projects across Permobil, working closely with technical teams, solution architects within other areas and the businesses, delivering tangible results.

YOUR PROFILE - Qualifications

You have a thirst for knowledge within your field, and are motivated by staying at the forefront of the latest and greatest integration tech. We are certain that one of your character traits is a generosity of your knowledge.

Besides technical skills you need to have strong communication skills and an ability to engage both stakeholders and team.

You have realized that technical seniority includes also knowing the details and prefer to share your time between hands-on integration development and an overall architecture perspective.

You are able to identify a vision along with plans which need to be implemented to meet the end goal, evaluating situations, decisions and issues in the short, medium and long term.



You also have experience in:

- Cloud based IT environments such as Microsoft Azure
- Developing integrations in large scale and high-performance environments with hands-on experience in Integration development using Azure Integration Services or similar integration platform
- Application development in modern languages and models such as C#
- Microservices
- Familiar with automation testing, build, and CD/CI concepts
- Using version control software, preferably Git paired with Azure DevOps
- You have experience from the IT industry in a similar role
- Degree from university in relevant area or other comparable experience
- You master English in speech and writing


It is desirable if you:

- Have experience of integration development in Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions or API Management
- In previously roles have worked in global organizations

We are now recruiting a Business Controller supporting our Supply Chain organization.

Duties
As a business controller for Supply Chain you collaborate with colleagues both in operations and in finance. You will be a key member of the Supply Chain management team while at the same time playing an important role in the wider Group controlling team to secure that supply chain initiatives are translating into tangible savings in the P&L and cash flow statement.

You will Influence and develop the Supply Chain organization and regional operations with a financial and supply chain perspective. Also, you will lead and support business projects (including developing business cases and project plans), adding financial and supply chain perspective (e.g. distribution channels, production footprints etc.).

We also expect you to further develop the existing operational KPI structure to enable common definitions and lead forum with business units for tracking of operational key performance indicators. You will help to develop supply chain and product cost principles for improved control, drive and visibility.

Another task will be to support Indirect Purchasing to drive vendor consolidation within indirect spend and support indirect material project on global basis. As a business controller you will drive budget, forecast and monthly cost analysis process for Supply chain organization and be responsible for controlling the logistics spend, direct material costs and productivity improvement from LEAN and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

We believe that you have a university degree in finance and/or industrial engineering and

- Five or more years of operational finance or management consultant experience
- Preferable, experience from supply chain from large multinational company
- Preferable, experience from leading and/or supporting global supply chain projects


You are fluent in English and you possess drive and ambition. We believe you are creative, have good social skills and you thrive when taking on new and challenging tasks. Also you have analytical and problem-solving skills, including a demonstrated ability to interpret, communicate/present findings, and make recommendations.

Duties
As Project Sourcing Manager at Permobil you will work in an organization responsible for project sourcing activities. Your key focus will be on our Power wheelchair product portfolio, which represent the largest business unit within Permobil. The responsibility for the Project Sourcing Manager is to coordinate, lead and execute the sourcing activities towards our global supplier base in Permobil product development projects and assignments.

Apart from traditional sourcing activities, inquiries, bid evaluations, supplier negotiations, you will be engaged in supplier collaboration of various sizes making sure that the deliverables are in focus at all time with all stakeholders involved. As this role has a focus towards Electronics, you will also be an integral part of the Electronics category team established to ensure we are managing the relations to our supplier base to support Permobil ambitions and you will be responsible for selected suppliers within the Electronics category.

Your key targets in this role will be to secure time to market promises for new and changed products as well as sharp cost awareness. You will be monitoring and maintaining the long-term performance of suppliers within your responsibility and concepts within the areas of total cost of ownership, clean sheet sourcing and category management, are all well known to you. Furthermore, you will be part of a team driving alignment in global sourcing processes, methods, and tools throughout Permobil Group.

Qualifications
We believe that you have a university degree within supply chain, engineering or equivalent education along with a portion of work experience from Sourcing, Product development, Purchasing, Procurement, Project purchasing or similar positions.

You need knowledge in business analysis, business negotiations, Lean concept and production. You are quality concerned - regarding both products and processes.

As Product Supply Manager at Permobil you will work in our Group Supply Chain function, an organization responsible for Inbound Supply Chain Management, Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Quality Management. Your key focus will be on our Power wheelchair product portfolio, which represent the largest business within Permobil, and you will execute on product roadmaps to ensure supply chain readiness. You will partner closely with commercial and technical product management, product development teams, sourcing and operations.

The responsibility for the Product Supply Manager is to develop, coordinate, lead and execute the supply chain activities throughout the product life cycle towards our global supplier base and production sites in product development projects and sustaining engineering assignments.

In early stages of product development projects, you will define supply requirements, prepare make/buy decisions, supply chain definitions including inbound flows, NPI site selection, supplier locations, transportation mode and stock locations. You will also define and own supply related targets, such as direct material cost, value add and % of second source in the development projects.

In the later stage of the product development projects, you will be responsible for supply readiness including production ramp up planning and execution, risk buy decisions, approving product development milestones related to supply and the implementation of supply chain definitions.

Once a product is launched, the Product Supply Manager leads and coordinates changes in the supply chain to optimize time/cost/service, including production transfers in the supply chain. The role maintains a global ownership of products in the supply chain and contributes to production footprint strategies.

In this role you will lead a Supply Object in product development projects with responsibility for supply readiness, collaborating closely with the project manager, sourcing, operations, supply chain and product development teams.

Qualifications

We believe that you have a university degree within supply chain, engineering or equivalent education along with work experience from Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Engineering, Sales & Operations Planning, Project Sourcing, Product development or similar positions.
