As Head of Brand Activation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our overarching marketing strategy and translating it into impactful, consumer-centric experiences across global and local markets. As part of the Marketing Leadership Team, you will lead the planning and execution of brand campaigns, events, sponsorships, and consumer-facing activations—ensuring every initiative is consistent, culturally relevant, and commercially effective.
You will act as a strategic bridge between global vision and local execution, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration and championing innovative consumer engagement.
You will be working in a dynamic and global organization, where team work and passion are key factors for our success. The position is based at Peak Performance HQ in Stockholm, where you will be part of our Marketing t team and report to VP Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Co-develop seasonal strategies and activation concepts aligned with brand, commercial calendar, and company goals.
Own the global sponsorship and events strategy, driving community activation with creativity and innovation.
Support and guide local Brand Activation Managers (BAMs) in ideation, planning, and execution across all consumer touchpoints.
Ensure strong collaboration between global and local teams for consistent and locally relevant campaign execution.
Monitor market performance, measure impact, and drive capability building.
Evaluate and optimize sponsorships to align with brand values and business priorities.
Provide strategic guidance and toolkits rooted in consumer insights and cultural relevance.
Manage activation budgets across markets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Balance brand storytelling with commercial objectives, collaborating closely with sales, retail, and digital teams.
Drive support and activation for key accounts in local markets, innovating new ways to engage consumers both IRL and digitally.
Lead implementation of the global toolbox (Retail & B2B) and ensure flawless execution of selected campaigns and events.

Your main responsibilities will be to:
Optimize sales growth and profitability with the right quantity, the right timing and at the right place.
Participate in defining strategy and goals for your area of responsibility
Set and follow up sales goals, both short and long term, per product group and translate it into buy plans
Securing the right assortment mix and volumes per channel
Performing ongoing sales analysis and identify future potential and risk
Short- and long-term actions constantly optimizing the assortment and planning going forward

Being a natural DTC Ambassador to share knowledge, analysis and drive key topics cross functionally.
Close collaboration with E-com and store teams to secure product knowledge, consumer analytics and consumer feedback.
Be part of developing the role to make sure we always deliver on the strategic direction.



Skills & requirements:
A master’s degree from relevant study, e.g., finance, brand & textile management, business or business administration.
Minimum 5 years of industry relevant experience.

You will lead with a digital and DTC first approach to grow our brand awareness, consumer engagement and to build long-term relationships with our community globally. Main Responsibilities:
Manage, lead, and develop the marketing team resources & functions. The team consists of three direct reports (Sponsorship Manager, Sports Marketing Manager, Senior Brand Manager) & two indirect reports (PR Manager & Social Media Specialist).
Support and drive market expansion projects in partnership with an internal cross-functional team.
Provide insights and feedback to creative team regarding specific touchpoint needs to ensure relevant content are developed for each initiative to ensure an inspirational and engaging communication towards our community.
Define and agree campaign objectives and KPIs per initiative including but not limited to brand awareness and positioning, traffic and revenue, new customer acquisition and retention/loyalty/frequency of purchase.
Keep on top of consumers and market insights, trends, and development on an ongoing basis. Consider different customer segments in marketing – always asking who we are speaking to and how. Think global, act local.
Work with external agencies & partners to support our brand & business needs (creative agencies, material partners, production companies etc.)
Manage & track overall brand marketing budget.
Together with VP Marketing - develop and execute overall brand marketing long term strategies, and short-term tactical plans to support our business goals.
Own seasonal go-to-market strategies for the brand marketing organic and bought media touchpoint and ensure its in line with the overall business strategy and our brand positioning.
Ensure x-functional alignment by actively partaking in the new product development (NPD) process, from idea to execution.
Delivery of impactful and effective brand marketing campaigns, on time and within budget.
Develop key cities specific plans and activations that drives brand awareness and consumer engagement.



In this role you will be part of the global Peak Performance Marketing & Consumer Experience Team reporting into our VP Marketing.

As a Designer your main responsibility will be to design and secure the best products to our consumer and community with more style than anyone else does for the mountains, nature and city.
The job as Designer at Peak Performance includes all regular work tasks such as sketches, drawing in Illustrator, technical drawings/tech packs and entering these into our PLM-system, color concepts, mood-boards, graphic artworks and collection presentation.
You will also be responsible for development within the active area, working closely with our Sourcing & Production team, your Product Manager and Marketing team ensuring our high quality levels are being met and also meet our high demands of sustainability.

Create and drive new concepts within your category and cross functionally within the Design team to ensure strongest stories towards end consumer.
Responsibility for the category and the commercial development of the products.



Skills & Requirements
A minimum of a BA qualification in Fashion Design.
At least 8 years work experience as a clothing designer within the active area.
Leadership experience is a plus, but not required.
Advanced level Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop experience.
Good knowledge of pattern making, fabrics, trims, garment fit, garment construction and manufacturing.
Knowledge/skills in Centric PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and 3D programs as CLO is a plus.
Knowledge/skills of creating graphic artworks.
Speaks and writes English fluently
